I see @RogersHelps again is just pitching their customers to the wind. Having a bit of a rough go so I have been paying a month behind for a while. Today's "you're behind" email states pay in 24 hours or we're cutting off your data. 25 years straight as a customer this year.

@RogersHelps @rogers how come it takes twice as long to upload content on Rogers Anyplace than it does on Ignite TV? Just bc you want me to switchover doesn’t mean service I am paying for should be inferior.

@busyNLmomma123 I am with Rogers Ignite; no longer home phone & they worked with me on creating an affordable package on what I required. No issues at all & I will say any support I needed over the years they have been great! @RogersHelps

@Rogers @RogersHelps on the phone for 1hr & 21 mins & my service has not been restored since someone cancelled my Rogers Internet, Instead of Fido Internet between lastnigt n 8am this morning. I've missed my 11am client meeting. CSR has not been helpful!

Hey @RogersHelps I am paying for NHL Live and I can't stream the Habs vs Leafs game on my phone because it's blacked out. What's up with that? I don't live in Montreal. Did I mention I am paying for that service...which used to be free with my Rogers service. #nothappy
