    @RogersHelps Got my phone and Internet back but then I lost my cable tv which was in service yesterday? Is that common? In Toronto.

    @RogersHelps Unfortunately those that are still without services have no further information than we did 24 hrs ago and can't even utilize the virtual chat feature to contact support services as there's a higher volume of requests.

    @carollou72 @RogersHelps @Rogers Ya mine does the same...they still have network issues, the help desk just tells you to reboot the boxes, they have no idea of what is going on....funny they never miss sending the bills each month, keep removing channels and price keeps going up....
