    @RogersHelps There’s zero question this was setup in a scam-y way. The bill is now in collections because your agents couldn’t help. Even though I brought up concerns about this contract within the first couple weeks, I was assured this was just a document error.

    What a great experience with @Rogers this morning 1) spoke to an agent in Morocco (I thought it was Canadian’s who worked for you IN CANADA) 2) got bounced around to like 4-5 agents in less than an hour, had to threaten cancellation and CRTC to have someone help. 1/2

    @tobi @Rogers If a carrier update can kill tethering in traffic, the rollout needs an owner and a rollback path, not a support ticket.

    @EmmettMcEachern @Rogers Even the outage map doesn’t work 🤧

    @RogersHelps But it's not a new service and it literally says I can get it via live chat at the link I shared. I'm keeping the same sim card and putting it into a new device and changing my plan, much like if I bought a new phone and wanted a new plan. This is so frustrating.

    @Rogers I have been trying to contact your customer support for almost half a day. But I am unable to contact via call or chat. This is irritating. Bell dint have good coverage but I was atleast able to reach their customer service.

    @RogersHelps Haha funny. You may care, but the company that employs you doesn't care. Over the last 6 weeks I've probably spend over 10 hrs on the phone with your employees, every time i think the issue has been resolved, only to find out nothing has been resolved. It's rinse n repeat.

    @tobi @Rogers That’s been bugging me for a while. I gave up trying to contact support. What a joke of a company.

    @RogersHelps On live TV. What you're seeing is CNBC WORLD, and not the regular CNBC closing bell. Others I know have the same issue.
