    @Rogers @Rogers are you able to make changes / cancel to Ignite internet as I have been informed that only a select few can handle those inquiries?? As I now have 3 accounts in error and your hold times for customer service at 2 hours and 20 mins to 3 hours and 27mins.

    @harry_fine @Rogers @TorontoStar As a property manager, I completely get it. Landlords aren't always right Tenants aren't always right Much of my job involves keeping landlords out of trouble of their own making. An argument could be made that the current rules and emphasis on legals is counterproductive

    @Rogers my customer service experience. Call rogers 8:30am get through to agent 10am. Working on solution got disconnected at 11am. Called back on hold for 3 hours and counting its 2:24pm. Excellent as always!

    @RogersHelps Seems like Im having issues with ignite tv. Screen is showing an error. Is there an outage in Pickering Village/Ajax?!?

    @RogersHelps I’ve had continuos problems with wireless internet. Recently upgraded to Ignite 500. Problems actually worse. I’ve been on hold for hours and the calls keep getting discontinued. Please DM me as I need someone to call me. Thanks.
