Peter ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐น (@PistolP50122591) reported@RogersHelps TV's are all fine. It happens on all the TV's I have. It is definitely a Rogers issue. To rectify the problem I have to unplug the ignite box and reconnect it and then it reloads and works. Sometimes I have to it multiple times.

Charging $745.80 after 20+ years as a customer feels excessive, especially when competitors cap these fees far lower. Iโm asking Rogers to review this situation and provide a fair resolution for a long-time customer.
