    @RogersHelps I am having major issues with my Rogers cell service. 5 times today my phone has gone to emergency calls only. Then it works but I only get <5 Mbps. At other times I get over 150 Mbps. The service is so inconsistent my phone has become unusable for work.

    @RogersHelps All devices. Not on the outage map, but down detector has lots of reports. It drops every few minutes. I've done all the trouble shooting, and the queue to talk to a rep is 86. Been happening since yesterday.

    @LoveMy7Wood @RogersHelps I always select the option to cancel services. They seem to answer quicker.

    @RogersHelps Nope i already tried it's stupid. You guys removed it cause you guys messed up but i get punished. So ya you will lose a long time customer

    @RogersHelps It's not yet setup. I received the email to setup the account, but while setting up it is asking for account number, which I don't have . I called customer care and still no-one shared. So I am frustrated.
