    @p_khunger @RogersHelps i hate to be a jackass but depending on your device you should be around 200-300 download, its a shared speed, so 3 equally powerful devices getting 300mbps, or 5 laptops getting about 200mbps each, yes 18 is bad, mine was 30 paying for 500.

  • ATchorbadjian Johnny Bravo 🇨🇦 🤞🚀 (@ATchorbadjian) reported

    @KyleMacLeanX @Rogers Put me down for 5mil.

    @cooper_kunz Cornwall Ontario Canada last Friday It was a natuon wide outage of the largest provider in Canada @Rogers Not only was it internet it affected POS systems, certain banks, emergency services. Perfect example of why the world needs to be on decentralized systems. @leemonbaird

  • LeezerShort Lisa 🇨🇦 (@LeezerShort) reported

    @Rogers Hey folks, I know you just had a massive outage, but did it fry your billing system too, had a friend of mine get a bill auto drafted for like 100 times the normal amount? what's up with that? and you customer support said "tough luck bud"

  • hdfatguy JC (@hdfatguy) reported

    @RogersHelps OK Rogers help! I'm going to try my question one more time. My home services were down for 5 consecutive days. Given that you are crediting customers for 5 days regardless of the down period, do you think that it's fair compensation for me?

  • theweimlady Jennifer Deveau (@theweimlady) reported

    @RogersHelps 5 days credit doesn’t make up for those who lost a whole days pay or more and access to 911 emergency services. For the prices you charge that’s not acceptable, we pay through the nose for high speed RELIABLE service

    @RogersHelps That’s awesome! However, I’m a truck driver and need my phone for work. During your “outage”, I was on the road in the USA. I was roaming like home @ $12/day. Will I be reimbursed for that as well as 5 my days? Let me know!
