    @RogersHelps is doing everything possible to bring services back asap. Tip: If your neighbours have service but you do not – power off your modem for 2 mins then reconnect. That reset is sometimes really all that is needed! Reminder, free wifi at Navan arena/François Dupuis.

    @adverbmc @RogersHelps @HydroOne Do you have power? I don’t yet. Hopefully soon. The outage map wasn’t available or kept up to date. But given the severity of the damage, that’s understandable. But both good points nonetheless. Also, ‘customers’ is not number of people. Use plain language.

    @RogersHelps Sounds like you're counting on individuals to ask questions instead of asking the masses to send damage information. Having single people DM you is slow. But a post requesting people to report physical infrastructure damage seems faster and more reliable for locating purposes

    @Rogers @IceSinghHNIC @Sportsnet Maybe spend moore time on your service and less on trying to look good on Twitter. issues for 3 months now. Nothing done after report after report being made with speed tests supplied. Nothing ever gets done. And funny how I'm finding more and more people with the same issue

    22 hours without cable service. Come on @rogers this is perfect spring weather in the middle of Toronto. Get in the game. Fix it. Scarborough deserves better than this. @ScarboroughBA

    @RogersHelps it’s odd why, as a “preferred customer” you require an additional $5 a month for waiving the automatic withdrawal but as a regular client, there is no such request to waive or fee.
