@RogersHelps My internets cuts out intermittently and I’m directly connected via cable. The WiFi seems weaker on this modem than my previous. And the technician said it was affecting more than one unit. My issue is the fact that my strength went down when I switched modems.

@RogersHelps I am frustrated that I get a useless phone call saying that my service request is delayed without a clear indication of when the request is delayed to. I then cannot get a live agent on LiveChat or Facebook Messenger - bad customer service!

@RogersBiz Who do i need to speak to to get proper service? I ask for a new install since we move to a new place but I still do not have any. 3 techs since saturday. I have not even started service with you guys and its already been messed up!
