    @RogersHelps Not getting much help there

  • DurrHurrDurr DurrHurrDurr (@DurrHurrDurr) reported

    Honestly, the amount of incompetence required to go two tickets and six days without any resolution is staggering. I'm pretty much impotently tweeting at @RogersHelps at this point because it makes me feel better, but my roommates are livid and one is planning to "go full karen".

  • drdmx 𝖉𝖗 𝖉𝖔𝖔𝖒 (@drdmx) reported

    @RogersHelps my neighbour recently had fibre service installed and the tech ran the line above ground from my home into theirs without notifying me. I now have to limbo when I go to my backyard.. Can someone please reach out of me to resolve this ASAP!

  • JodyJodyJody96 Jody (@JodyJodyJody96) reported

    @RogersHelps spoke to someone an hour and a half ago about an outage in London. No wifi which also means no ignite tv. When will this be resolved? I’m home with a broken arm and you’re really limiting the activities I COULD do.

    My @rogers internets keeps on going down... this is so annoying while I am working. #annoyed #rogers #rogersinternet

  • Mcquells JPS McClelland (@Mcquells) reported

    @RogersHelps This issue has been documented in your system multiple times. I have spent hours speaking with reps about it. I am at the point where this needs to be public that your internet lines are too congested and people are getting ripped off. I know how my internet should work

  • TheGospelOfChad Chad R. Smith (@TheGospelOfChad) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

    @RogersHelps Another day of the week ending in "y" and another lie fed to me by Rogers. I was assured multiple times by phone and DM that the work order to fix my cable TV issue would be fixed by Tuesday July 13th. Just checked and all my channels are still out.

  • mattyvill Matt Villemaire (@mattyvill) reported

    I’ve been with @Rogers for years now and can truly say that they always deliver great customer service. Got a new iPhone this week with Pro-On-the-Go and it was so easy, they even delivered it right to my front door! Michael was so friendly and accommodating!#RogersPOTGContest

  • myhoope Jeannette (@myhoope) reported

    @RogersHelps Alright, I've DM'd my problem.

  • Mcquells JPS McClelland (@Mcquells) reported

    @RogersHelps I ask that you spend the money required to update your infrastructure in Brampton and give people what they pay for. Stop the delays and excuses, fix it! You have been aware of this for 6 months, is that not enough time to address it?
