@RogersHelps my friend pays $65 for Ignite500. When I called same day - I was offered $109. I have been a customer for >25 yrs and have multiple services. My friend 2 yrs & only internet. On the phone for 3 hrs with Rogers today and you hung up on me & didn’t call back. Pls call

@rogers - can you please explain to my why the internet in my area is down again. This is a recurring theme it seems every other day. Maybe it’s time for me to cancel all my services and move somewhere else if you cannot provide a reliable service

Feel like in a developing country you’d get better service than if you lived in Toronto and had @rogers Ignite. #day8 lots of visits but nobody capable of fixing! Let’s open lots of tickets though $$$!!

Still no service after 24 hours from @Bell_Support. They say wait another 48 hours. In TWO DECADES, @RogersHelps was NEVER this bad. No resolution. No support. No alternative solutions.
