    @telusmobility you've made a long time loyal customer very angry. First you jack up your US/INTL Roaming Charges w/out notice and then despite me calling in and your agent agreeing to remove them, they still appear on my bill. Are you trying to be like @Bell & @Rogers ?

    @RogersHelps should be named @RogersDoesntHelp for all the help they actually provide and techs that never actually show. Been trying to convince husband to switch to ANYTHING else for years. Hell 2 tin cans and string is better than this (non) service #DialUpWouldBeFaster

    @RogersHelps @RogersMediaPR CP24 announced yesterday that ‘outage’ lasted 16hrs. Courtice & Newcastle were 48 plus hrs to be fully restored!

    @RogersHelps Ahahaha, your first mistake is that you're on a contract, if that the case, you cant get anything outta these guys. Month to month, you can bargain hard. I learned years ago, never be on a contract with any company period, b/c then they got you by the *****.

    @Rogers the most reliable network? The Ignite cable service buffers every 2 or 3 minutes. Horrible customer service as well.
