    @Rogers - Thanks for wasting my time in trying to help me with my phone issue. You wanted me to call u back to provide more info to my problem. So I did but the service person has no idea what info you require. So, now I am on hold while they review my issue!

    Tried streaming Sportsnet Now again, and all I get is buffering and playback errors. I had caved earlier and purchased, only to cancel my subscription after 30 mins. $15 not well spent. @Sportsnet and @Rogers, your service is complete ****!

    @RogersHelps No internet on cellular. Can’t afford this, as all my business is online. Fix it, or I’m switching my whole business to Telus. This is the major outage number 4 this year. Unacceptable!

    @rogers @RogersHelps FIX your infrastructure. Consistently been having internet issues the past month. No one has time to sit in a queue with support everyday answering a million questions, validating who they are just to receive help or to be told “everything is fine" #rogers
