@RogersHelps Hi! I've been in queue with Rogers concierge for about an hour now. I understand you all are busy, but don't you think that's a bit too much? Here I thought the concierge number would be dedicated to making longtime customers experience with customer service easier.

@RogersHelps but ignite has been around for AGES now, how is this not a priority?? or allowing customers to save things longer than a year? or finally adding a slow motion feature like on the old boxes? i can’t figure out what these nightly updates do considering nothing ever changes.

@Rogers I've been with you for over 20 years, cell phone, home phone, internet and cable. Because your customer service rep made an error I've now lost my home phone # and NO ONE in your ENTIRE company can help me get it back. Why aren't your employees help accountable?
