Congrats to @Rogers for their weird policies, dishonest messaging and making sure I never use their services again. Gotta go through some administrative hoops between provider not to get charged a 600$ fee because of the above. BTW, phone support in French would be a nice option

  • BridYYC BridYYC (@BridYYC) reported

@rogers worst CS experience of my life trying to sign up to be a cell phone customer today. Hung up on twice by the sales department the second I asked to speak to a supervisor. @CRTCeng

  • 4bellaestrella Star/Etoil/Estrella (@4bellaestrella) reported

@RogersHelps There is no need to DM just letting you know that your channels are incorrect. So you can fix it.

@miss_daniibabii @Rogers Right?! I wasted half an hour unplugging and plugging in the modem!! Then I called and they said there’s an outage in North York

  • rohitr12 Rohit Rumpal (@rohitr12) reported

Honestly, I always felt @RogersHelps atleast was quick in replying to customers but this just takes the cake. I’ve done IT Help Desk and when someone tells u to wait 15mins for a team to “get online” and then they tell you that your account is locked for 24hrs. BS

  • raks38 rakesh samal (@raks38) reported

@RogersHelps About to cross 4.5 hours on a call with Rogers customers care trying to cancel my connection. Bounced around different departments, supervisors are avoiding taking ownership. This is an unacceptable level of incompetence.

@LarryTill @RogersHelps @Rogers Bell for cable/internet and Telus for cell (not bad deals with QCC)

  • JPascalMercier JP Mercier (@JPascalMercier) reported

@RogersHelps Oh, I spoke with French support via Chat. Still made a customer make sure he would never get back to using your service by complicating a situation that could be fixed easily.
