Dershland Gaming (@DershlandGaming) reported@Martyupnorth @Rogers are the biggest peices of **** Cell providers. I remember back in the day when I had a Sony Ericson when data was charged by the KB. Rogers used to send me advertising txts every day or so, and was charging me data charges for them to send me ads. Soon as I noticed I got more than $120 refunded from being nickled and dimed by their shiester fraud, then cancelled service and never looked back (20 years ago).

Considering all the money we pay you, this is all completely unacceptable!

I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

His wi-fi assisted calling works, but mine recently stopped functioning. I got dropped from on-line help yesterday (after 2 hrs waiting, I was 4th in the queue). Been on hold for 1:15min.
