    @Rogers you guys are the worst company to ever exist. Terrible customer service “nothing you can do” for a loyal customer for 10 years to lower bill. Just keep gouging and scamming customers. Terrible. Will be telling everybody Rogers SUCKS

    Trying to cancel my @Rogers internet: -2 HOURS on hold with sales "sorry, that's cancellations, let me transfer you" -1 more hour on hold "sorry they transferred you to wrong department, I'll have to transfer you, it'll be 30+ more minutes" And they said 0 way to cancel online

    @RogersHelps Come on guys, paid for a 150 MB plan and get on average a download speed of 15 MB/ps. Absolute garbage, and its a good thing all of my friends have switched away from Rogers. The speeds are unbearable.

    @Rogers trying to either upgrade or cancel my service. I called @TekSavvyBuzz and got through in 2 minutes. I’ve been on hold with @Rogers for over an hour and a half and still no person. Wow.

    @RogersHelps Thanks for the reply. My neighbours and I have spoken to them. Despite none of us having working internet, they say everything is fine and send out tech agents. The tech agents say they cannot fix as the issue is the tower being oversold… corporate needs to fix this. #rogers
