    @RogersHelps I am NOT FULLY UP YET. Your reg Rog Tech team won't help me. It's now Sat 3:45.They transfd me 2 the IGNITE TEAM & they said they were 2 busy helping cust's & hung up on me! I'm one of those customers waiting 4 serv's I'm not receiving! It's been 2 full days now w/o reg serv's

    @RogersHelps My internet service is mostly restored but can't connect to Twitter (sending this from bell network) or steam chat. Most other things are functioning after yesterday's downtime. Any idea what might be wrong? I'm in the ottawa area.

    .@Rogers may be saying they've restored service but the reality is they've BARELY restored service. 3/4 the things I use the internet for still remain non-functional. I won't let them only think we've been down for 1 day - my bill is WAY too high for that. #rogersoutage

    so im tethering my phones internet by USB now. only have about 18 gigs of data before it throttles. cmon @RogersHelps fix the home internet already.

    @Rogers it’s been almost 36 hours and still nothing. When we finally got through to a rep, we were told that 15 out of 21 modems in our area are offline with no ETA for more than 71% of households who still do not have service. #rogersoutage
