@blu_kryptonian It's hard wired into the cable box. @Rogers does everything in their power to make sure their customers are unhappy. It's really quite incredible. They actually have an automated message that says "We are too busy to take your call, goodbye" when you call customer service. Goodbye is right!!!

@RogersHelps Received a replacement Xfinity Entertainment box but getting error code 012 when I try to set it up. Customer service/technical support have been completely unhelpful...I have chatted with or spoken to at least 8 agents and spent over 3 hours on hold. Not great!!

@RogersHelps Eric. Thank you for the cut and paste reply. I'm not going to provide information on a publicly accessible platform. How about you schedule a call back from a manager to discuss the issue today?

Absolutely the worst customer service experience @Rogers For what we pay you in Canada it’s ridiculous. As much as you’d like to get rid of paying people your AI “agents” are terrible. Your customer service was awful years ago and it’s gotten even worse.

@RogersHelps this is ridiculous....I engaged in a chat to have one of my phone lines cancelled, the chat agent tried to upsell me, No, the line I want to cancel my mother in law can no longer use due to a memory issue, now I am on hold with the cancellation team, do better !

I will never again use any services from @Rogers! Had their home internet service on a contract after trying a few different providers and was pretty happy with the service, until I had to move to another province. They said I couldn’t transfer the account and ...
