@Fidomobile @CRTC @Rogers WARNING about Fido Roam, I got charged $15/day on a recent trip, even with foreign SIM card. Just turning off airplane mode when landed will charge a roaming fee. Shame on you, and your sneaky shady $ grabbing practices. Def changing service! #dishonest

@jenhill @Rogers @TELUS Check the tweets, Telus is up to tacking on new fees. Can’t win with any of these garbage telcos

  • BoekFayek Fayek Boek (@BoekFayek) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS MyTelus is down, customer service lines are clogged (2 hrs on hold) AND you email us to say you will be charging your customers credit card fees???!!! 😡 Sorry to say but a move to @Rogers is now a must #telus #badcustomerservice

@theJagmeetSingh Internet is also big headache. @Bell @Rogers charge ridiculous fees, their services are bad, compared to G7 countries which offer a lot cheaper. Internet is lifeline now. My condo only allow us to have either Bell or Rogers. No choice. Not fair and they don’t offer us good deal.

Called @rogers to +US texting. Did the “call me back” opt. Wait time 20-30 mins. An hour & 40 min later I get the call back, “Please press 1” Press 1. “We’re sorry. Our office is closed” —literally called me back just to hang up on me!! Hey @TELUS what cha up to tonight?

  • docgirl58 Darlene Davey (@docgirl58) reported

@RogersHelps we have lost 90% of our channels due to a damaged cable. Every time we have an appointment to have someone come out to fix it about an hour before we get a text message that the appointment is canceled. We have made several appointments and all are canceled.

Listening tot hat music between innings isn't enough Apple TV, now we have to get snippets between replays? **** this is bad. If only @Rogers streamed the #BlueJays radio broadcast. I mean who ******** has a radio in their home anymore.

@RogersHelps @HeHateMe47 Paying hundreds a month for overpriced Rogers service specifically to watch live sports, only to be unable to watch the Rogers owned Blue Jays on a Friday night is the kind of bullshit that makes people cut their cable
