    @RogersHelps Answer the phone in the call centre. Have an objective to have hold times of less and three to five minutes. Being on hold literally for hours is the worst customer service ever. Customers don’t need new packages, deals offers, advertising. Investment in customer support.

    @RogersHelps It either applies or it doesn’t, you can’t play both sides. When you ran out of answers you starting asking for my husband. The decision to cancel is mine… funny how that works out. You pissed off the person who makes the decisions.
