@Rogers, your customer service is terrible! My senior mother was charged bogus roaming fees, has called several times, only to be told you have high call volumes and to call back and the agent via chat wasn't helpful at all. You're charging fraudulent fees and harassing seniors!

@Berniceness @Rogers Exactly.I contacted customer service and they just go by the script in front of them. I knew it was the line outside that needed to be replaced but they wouldn’t listen or knew what to do. Finally after 3 months and 5or 6 indoor technicians it got fixed. No compensation.

@Expos4ever10 @Rogers @Sportsnet Why do our prospects never make the top 100 unless they are a well known prospect, we've have had soooo many prospects turn out really well over they last 5-8 years...pound for pound i believe we turn out more major league ready prospects then anyone else.

@billieroz @Berniceness @Rogers Yet we Canadians pay among the world's highest rates for phone service. It makes no sense, don't wrack you brain on it.

@RogersHelps Too hard and for too long and then kept yourself unavailable for resolution until you get your ching ching ching money you felt you had coming. I'm done. Not one more penny paid. The phone will be returned. I will move to another carrier. Goodbye and good luck

@Berniceness @Rogers I agree, but for context, when Americans called Sprint/Nextel help line years ago they were actually calling me in Ontario Canada. These giant corporations just outsource everything to lowest bidder. Been going on for years.

@Berniceness @Rogers @Rogers won’t respond unless you cancel your services or owe them money. After almost 50 years as a loyal customer, I cancelled all my Roger’s services after they contracted out their customer service to people that are clueless and always give contradicting info
