@FarmsCanada @Rogers We’re lucky - the service came back yesterday, including our landline (which is hooked to the modem). I was told that we’d get an SMS when the service would be back - we never did… found out internet was back randomly, when looking at the light on modem Poor comms from Rogers

@RogersHelps since you won’t give anyone an ETA how about explaining what is broken? Is it tied to the hydro outage? Something. It’s almost been a week with not much more than ‘we are working on it’ or ‘I know how you feel’

@RogersHelps Last time the tech came to my house and said, "looks like you had some renovations done recently, maybe they damaged the cable?". There was 0 underground work done, just coming up with excuses for your ancient infrastructure. You will never fix it, im going to starlink once ready

@RogersHelps I WILL be seeking compensation for the days my service has been unavailable, overages on my mobile data plan and potentially more. This would not be an issue if you would inform your customers appropriately.

No Internet since 21 may in #Brampton @Rogers @RogersHelps can’t even give a time line after 5 days when it will be back on. Doesn’t feel first world at all with this whole experience #internetdown #outage
