@Rogers we have 152 units in this building and we HAD a deal with you guys to be the provider, but ****, with how long the hold times are and the fact your customer service reps put us on hold and NEVER transfer us or come back when we ask got a manager, why are we with you?

  • joannejpeg Joanne Lau (@joannejpeg) reported

The audacity of @Rogers, telling my parents they don't qualify for a new customer promotion when porting their numbers to a new Rogers account, but still making them pay activation fee for both lines. You know, like the same activation fee a new customer would pay...

  • dhinu05 Dinesh (@dhinu05) reported

@airtelindia i am unable to get my sim registered to any local network in Canada. It was working until last week(mostly registered to @RogersHelps) Can you please assist me?

  • graciedrewwho grace 💫 (@graciedrewwho) reported

I am now stuck with two phones, two phone bills, and an endless number of service reps in person and on the phone who refuse to assist. @RogersHelps Why bother even having storefronts if none of the reps are able to do anything in person?

  • gtsweets_ sweettzz (@gtsweets_) reported

Is there a reason why the internet goes down at night??? @Rogers its happened for 3 straight days.

  • Who_knewit Intrepid Critic (@Who_knewit) reported

@Rogers and I don't think asking for a little customer service is anything out of the norm. It's just crazy to me that this is how you deal with multi-million dollar accounts. I mean, how are you guys still around if you treat everyone like ****?

  • PeterNBarker Peter Barker (@PeterNBarker) reported
