    @Liefx @Rogers @RogersHelps The agent's probably been called a bot by customers so many times, they're stupid enough to think it's a valid thing to say the other direction. My favorite part of tech support is getting script-railroaded by someone who will never learn as much as I've already forgotten.

    @wpgpolice @Rogers What am I misreading about this post other than pure stupidity? No landline. Many are the same out on the street or on bus. What do you mean "use another network provider?" If there are people around. Alone at home? How is this an acceptable response to an unacceptable outage?

    @RogersHelps internet has been down twice in the last hour and a half and now has been down 30m. This is really frustrating.

    Lovely. My @Rogers internet just went down in the middle of a Zoom call. Luckily I can continue the call on my phone, but not only does the timing suck, it wasn’t a professional look for me.
