Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JDintheskies Judy Davidson (@JDintheskies) reported

@MollyMiksa @Rogers CSRs I've spoken to are very polite, nice people. But the system is ridiculous. Customers should be able to order the products (cable, internet, phone, etc.) online, like almost all other retailers. Contacting a CSR should be the last thing a customer needs to do, not the 1st.

@RogersHelps i am having 9 mbps speed in Scarborough, is there any issue going on in woburn area ?

  • JDintheskies Judy Davidson (@JDintheskies) reported

@MollyMiksa @Rogers Handing out better rates because someone complains online doesn't seem like a transparent way to treat customers. Feels more like dealing with a shady used car dealer. I propose creating a Rogers Customers Bill of Rights and sharing. Thoughts?

  • pamjb1 Pam B (@pamjb1) reported

@RogersHelps Please can you DM so we can cancel my order. I don’t like the lack of appreciation for existing customers.

  • pamjb1 Pam B (@pamjb1) reported

@RogersHelps I just signed up for Rogers Ignite for a 2nd property. Technically that address is new but since I am a customer at a different location I am deemed an existing customer. I would like the prepaid MC offer being offered today otherwise I wouldn’t have signed up.

  • Bittez Rach (@Bittez) reported

@Bell I’m fed up with @RogersHelps their internet connection is unstable and they can’t fix it. But @Bell you’re extremely expensive for your fibre internet. #feelinghandcuffed #broke #teacherneedsinternet

  • JayantiSoomai Jayanti Soomai (@JayantiSoomai) reported

@RogersHelps Your customer service rep, Prakhar, was very kind & understanding so my grouse is NOT with him. I asked multiple times to speak with a manager & apparently, the manager REFUSED!!!! Disgusting!

  • MollyMiksa Molly Miksa (@MollyMiksa) reported

    @JDintheskies @Rogers I'd support that, Judy.

  • realbenfeldman Ben Feldman (@realbenfeldman) reported

Good god I hate @Rogers / @RogersHelps — Nothing but absolute lies and deceptive employees that blame the @CRTCeng instead of actually solving problems. #FedUp

  • The_Butte_Man Trevor Butte (@The_Butte_Man) reported

@RogersHelps just sent a DM can you help?
