    @AboutRogers @Rogers My bills ridiculously increased this months, both home wifi and data. They raised to double. I wonder why? The speed is super SLOW and price is super HIGHT. I contacted @RogersHelps customer service and the agent yelled at me and hanged up the phone

    @RogersHelps no home internet in Scarborough, tried rebooting multiple times. Is this an area issue?

    @Rogers I am not going to sign another 2 year contract and pay $20+ per month extra just to return the phone after 2 years. Grow a brain! The 2 year contract IS your payment for the damn phone!

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps It’s rather funny how a public one day outage is completely unacceptable and Rogers is so sorry for breaking their promise but when it’s one customer at a time they change their tune. No service for 5 days because of their mistake and no big deal. Read the fine print. No promise
