So @Rogers @RogersHelps, With us experiencing a lot of home internet issues & after being told your tech support is open until 22:00 local time when I call in well before that time your automated system ends the call because you guys aren’t willing to handle customer issues ?

@RogersHelps Private tickets are a slow incident detector. If this maps to one update, post the intake, carrier settings/iOS fields to capture, and who owns rollback.

@RogersHelps @ahmadbabar Same here. Internet is down and your outage map is not working. Had to check elsewhere to get info and your helpline hung up almost immediately because of high call volume.

@Poppins1971 @RogersHelps @suresh__cp Yeah and the link they provided doesn't work. Definitely an issue right now in Ottawa. It dropped at 1140am and hasn't come back up since

@RogersHelps Calling again. I did end my account with Roger's last August... an account I had since 1987 when I got my first mobile phone. After 38 years of being a loyal Roger's customer I finally had enough and have transferred my number to a new service provider.

@tobi @Rogers A silent carrier update breaking hotspot with zero release notes, discovered while stuck in traffic — that's a genuinely terrible way to find out. Carrier software QA is some of the worst in the industry precisely because customers have nowhere else to go.

@RogersHelps I'm trying to switch a mobile phone to wireless home phone (which still falls under mobile) and it's just impossible. Help please!
