It’s been a more than a month and I’ve never experienced “500 mbps” speed of internet which @RogersBiz promised. I always need to restart my modem to get at least speed of 200-300 and after sometime it is same(50-60mbps). Please advice @RogersBiz #WiFi #Rogers

  • john_cross_ The Third Snowman of the Apocalypse (@john_cross_) reported

@RogersHelps Some part of how you are doing what you do, recently, is not working well. ...for anyone paying large for the privilege of **** quality broadcast.

  • matthew_trono Matthew Trono (@matthew_trono) reported

@RogersHelps yo wth is happening rn? Another outage in Pickering or am I just the only one affected?

  • BlairScarlett Blair (@BlairScarlett) reported

Love when I call @Rogers for a billing issue, spend 33 minutes on hold and explaining the issue, they tell me this is beyond the scope of their authority and transfer me to @Fidomobile

  • lynngr Lynn Greiner (@lynngr) reported

Can't help wondering why @Rogers is making it so hard to hang on to the one service that actually kept working during the Great Outage last year. The "upgrade offer" we got was downright insulting (and funny - it said we'd save $815.50 per month - I wish!)

  • Neo_ONeill Craig O (@Neo_ONeill) reported

@RogersHelps Is there an internet outage in Kitchener or just my modem?

  • TechTalk2k Tech & Nonsense (@TechTalk2k) reported

Bottom line Rogers is a horrible company with horrible intentions and I sympathize with @RogersHelps employees who suffer the consequences of a corrupt company for the many who really do try and help with such a horrible operating system to work with customers.

  • PierreToronto1 Pierre_Toronto1 (@PierreToronto1) reported

Yet again on hold with @siriusxmcanada customer service! this is my 2nd-3rd calls on a radio signal issue in a month! Promised a reset signal to fix & calls from supervisors to chat about issue but to no avail of callbacks! They are worst than @Bell_Support /@RogersHelps !

  • JeremyDBradley Jeremy Bradley (@JeremyDBradley) reported

A night of DM'ing @RogersHelps and 2 hrs of phone calls (still on hold for "retention") PLUS an email to media relations for comment on radio... the account issue is STILL not resolved. Buyer Beware #CustomerService #customerexperience #consumerprotection @Rogers @RogersMediaPR
