  • protocrone Just Beth (@protocrone) reported

@KimHalfyard @CheriDiNovo @Rogers There’s only one service provider for our area, so unfortunately, that solution doesn’t work for everyone 😞

  • triciac14 tricia campagna (@triciac14) reported

@RogersHelps ‘Continue to keep customers updated’? I’ve never seen less informative ‘updates’ if you can even call them that!

  • DojiInvestor DojiInvestor (@DojiInvestor) reported

@Rogers apparently just got through to support and "JOHN FROM HALIFAX" was able to tell them to reboot the router.... #RogersLetsNotTalkDay #rogersdown #rogers

  • protocrone Just Beth (@protocrone) reported

@CheriDiNovo @Rogers We were without services for 3 months this year, because our service provider refused to repair old lines that went down during a storm. We were forced to wait until the planned switch from copper to fibre this summer. CRTC did nothing.

@og_woji @CityNewsKIT @Rogers They are not going to be compensating for lost sales just lost time of internet service. If anything this should be a lesson for all that you cannot rely on that technology will work all the time, maybe not to have all services with just one provider.

@RogersHelps outage in your area? click a link or send an email using someone else's network because you know...

  • Lydialili22 Laydi (@Lydialili22) reported

@Rogers Did you intend to take care of the problem this year or have you already gone to take refuge on an island with all the money you steal from Canadians in exchange for a terrible service?

  • Jay__Feth Jay Feth (@Jay__Feth) reported

@RogersHelps What about the millions of non-Rogers customers who can't get anything done because of point of sale issues, etc? The millions of vendors and small businesses incurring huge credit card service fees from @Visa and @Mastercard because their customers may not have cash?

  • og_woji OG WOJI (@og_woji) reported

@CityNewsKIT It's time to dismantle the monopoly. Thankfully I'm with Bell so my service weren't disrupted. Unfortunately with debit machines being down it disrupted the majority. How is @Rogers going to compensate us?
