@Rogers seems like you have a security issue and you randomly locked access to MyRogers account, and now you have me on hold with your fraud team for one hour. What fraud team keeps calls on hold for one hour!

@RogersHelps I have replied to your DM. It was 3 hours in the phone queue. Fortunately I tried the online chat in parallel but systemic system issues still took over 2 hours to resolve. It’s simply not good enough. As a 14 yr customer, do I feel valued? Absolutely not!

@Rogers why won't anyone at your store on York Mills in Toronto pick up the phone? It rings several times then goes to a busy signal. You can't even leave a message. Ever since it opened at 10 a.m. this morning.

@RogersHelps Yes I was charged $400. I contacted customer service they said even if cellular data and roaming off they charge if I use wifi. That makes zero sense. I've travelled twice this year no issues I switched to Rogers and now I am being charged for using free wifi

@RogersHelps Thank you for getting back to me! I don't know what the problem was, but someone finally answered the phone after 90 minutes of trying. They had the product we needed and we picked it up, so we're good now!

@linwood_barclay @Rogers I'd assume you originally had a promotion that has since expired...they don't tell you it's going to expire. Just note the length of it when you sign up. Also like insurance Loyalty only benefits the company not the customer...don't be afraid to change services

@RogersHelps I just want to know when you will stop running your super annoying ads on the radio? "TV sounds like this, TV sounds like that.." That must of been created by mentally sick retard..Absolutely horrible marketing ...
