@Rogers I have been on hold 2 times today for over an hour and half each time and still currently on hold - to no avail. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I am looking to purchase items.

I just signed up with @LuckyMobileCan -it was easy to switch. I was having technical difficulties with @RogersHelps and no one would talk to me because I was 'pay-as-you-go'. Catch-22 is why would I pay for a service that doesn't work?

@Countrifiedgent @Rogers @Bell Honestly everytime I deal with them to fix something, they screw up something else. It's not a difficult job - I've worked for them, so I know personally. And they're goddamn criminal in their rates.

@RogersHelps I am now on Day 5 of my Rogers Ignite service being down for extended periods of time. What’s going on and when is it going to resume “normal” connectivity so I can work without interruption?

@RogersHelps Up in Haliburton and despite being connected via LTE I do not have voice call abilities, even with VoLTE enabled. I am connected to Rogers-EXT network right now.
