The only reason to punish your clients is to train them to use online services and robots. Theyโre definitely looking to replace humans.

AP (@ap210) reported@RogersHelps Very helpful - I already held for over 2 hours only for the agent to not fix the matter, despite assuring me it was fixed. Then I waited for 2 hours for chat support online only to be cut off. Loyal customer since 2000 and have 5 lines. But Iโm done with this.
