@dylanblackradio Live in the Stittsville/Hazeldean area. Still without a @RogersHelps landline (fast busy dial tone). Also, internet is being ‘throttled’ (very slow).

@HowTrotter @Kompski @RogersHelps It's been confirmed that this was some kind of maintenance/ network update gone wrong but I agree if unacceptable for a million or billion dollar company and that being one of the main competitors in Canada doesn't prevent it from being hacked or cyber attack

@RogersHelps Time @CRTC imposes strict penalties on @Rogers and the government halts the acquisition of Shaw by this company. It will put too much power into its hands. Power that it is not capable of handling. Only if Mr Staffieri concentrated on customer delight instead or boardroom dramas

@grandpajoe68 @RogersHelps If this ever happens again to you. Please look for someone on another network. 50% of ppl had service so it shouldn’t be hard to find someone. Surely you’ve been through tougher times than this in your long beautiful life. Best of luck.
