@RogersHelps why offer a free day of roam like home and then charge the customer…when is credit issued, like your text message indicated? Why isn’t credit issued on same bill? Does the credit include interest accrued, as it should?

@RogersHelps over the phone agents are telling me there’s a outage in my area for ignite, I can’t see anything online or with ANNA to support this. They’re telling me more than 24 hours to have this resolved! Not good…
