@AboutRogers @Rogers 20+ yrs Rogers customer here. If I see a $5.50 / one day credit on my next bill, I’ll simply assume that you don’t appreciate my customer loyalty, and search for someone else who will.

@Rogers — I’m not happy that I lost service with everyone else & then got it back briefly but lost it again on Monday. No TV at all & slow, spotty, non-existent internet since then.A crew is coming to my house Fri to fix it. Are you doing that across the country?! I need TV news!

@Rogers a 5 day credit isn’t sufficient. I was one of those people who had a medical emergency. This is the second time. If it’s unacceptable as your CEO states then why aren’t you giving everyone a free month? 5 days isn’t even a dent in profits and doesn’t say sorry at all.

@AboutRogers @Rogers The “credit” I see on my next statement will 100% determine whether I stay with your company or not. I’ve paid Rogers roughly $3k/year for well over a decade. It’ll be interesting to see what your value of me as a customer is.

@InTheMeatrix @Rogers There's a law firm in Québec who started a class action lawsuit against Rogers. We'll see if it gets approved by the court. Giving 5 days worth of service for inconveniencing the whole country is ridiculous.
