@AboutRogers @Rogers I’ve been back in Ontario for just under a year after being in Alberta and having Telus for over 10 years and I can tell you this is the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced with regards to internet speed, constant packet loss/ latency. Worst internet provider out there

@RogersHelps Internet speed is still very slow. My download speed is supposed to be 500mb, but I got only 2mb to 4mb speed. Video streaming is almost impossible. When are you going to really fix it?

@RogersHelps @john_bryja Rogers Ignite is still unwatchable here in Markham. Can’t watch the Jays game and assume the F1 race will be unwatchable tomorrow too. Picture and audio stutter, screen blacking out. I can stream on my AppleTV perfectly now. Just the Rogers Ignite product that sucks now.

@vote4robgill @Rogers It is not enough. The refund should reflect the costs associated with the lack of service.

@RogersHelps Glad to say I was helped at midnight by a guy at the Broadband #. How to reset the router without a signal sent, if possible: 1) Unplug cable in Port 4, 2) Unplug power cord from router & outlet, 3) Plug in after a minute, 4) Plug in Port 4 & other ethernet. Reset on computer.
