    @RogersHelps @BrookieBoo01 The fact you're not seeing issues is troublesome as I've received information 45 minutes ago from a live agent chat that there are issues in Maple.. Please be consistent with your messaging and help figure the root of the issue. 90% of us are working from home. We need internet.

    @dude_largepants @XboxGamePass I have no clue which wifi signal I’m on... up here I’m on @ROGERS Infinite & their gateway doesn’t show the SSID as either one.. (I just get 1 SSID)

    @RogersHelps @Rogers It’s the whole area it’s always the whole area outage still doesn’t help any of us that deal with this more regularly than we should never had this problem when I was with a different company and that is concerning to the product I’m receiving

    @RogersHelps It's not even only about notifications set up anymore - I'm now seeing some new gateway issues from Rogers which I've never seen before so I'm completely locked out of accessing and managing my internet service. Confused & overwhelmed over here
