@CIK_Telecom @RogersHelps @Rogers Where is the wifi in Markham? Internet service was back up briefly on Saturday and it's been down now since 7am yesterday Sunday. Fix this, I had to make a last minute trip to the office this morning because of your incompetence.

@RogersHelps Looks like bell and 3rd party companies will be getting new customers interac as already said they will be looking to add more service providers since rogers cannot keep their services up properly

@RogersHelps still not getting channels on my NextBox. I’m not paying $100 to get only 10 channels. When is the Estimated time for all cable not ignite but the good old wired cable going to be showing all channels again. Do I have to call and wait hours on phone to fix this? Help

Day 4 of #Rogers Connection issues. Websites don't load. Apps aren't working. Speed ranges from dial-up to OK but not even half of what it should be. And no response from @RogersHelps at all. It has to be something with #Rogers because if I disconnect from WiFi it works OK.

Ok this @rogers outage is getting out of hand. I still don’t have internet at home going on 4 days. It’s at a point that I’m ready to switch to ‘the other one’

@Rogers @RogersHelps Still no internet service, you keep telling is restored for "most". Apologies and copy paste script is not helping. Is now 4 days with our service. With home office and other activities. Is irresponsable not to share real updates and outage map
