    A laughable response to a 25-year customer. Just received a credit from @rogers for $9.35 for the loss of their services for over 24 hours during which time I could do no business by phone or online, couldn’t withdraw cash or buy anything without it. I did save $1.22 in taxes.

    @RogersHelps I just upgraded my device and it isn't reading my sim card. I tried using Anna and it gave me an error and said I would be connected with support. I was not. How do I fix this? Thanks!

    @FidoSolutions @RogersHelps As if the July8 outage was not enough, home internet is down again since 7 AM today (4-sep-22)Tech support says the ETA for resolution is 3 PM,wow!! is this the kind of improvements you guys were working on!! #rogersoutage

    @RogersHelps Internet down for 2 days, project deadline approaching, so I was eager to know and after some investigation, found out Rogers ACCIDENTALLY CANCELLED AND PLACED PENALTY on my business account just because I asked how much is cancellation fee 2 days ago. WOOOW!!!
