Monarch Butterfly (@savemilkweed) reported@Rogers I can’t reach anyone at Rogers… you used to have wonderful service but now there is honestly no way to reach a human being even after 20 years of being a customer- but hey, if I worked for you and needed to return equipment, there’s an option for how I should do that

Ty (@BeardGuyTy) reported@4thLine4Life @RogersHelps I'm in Manitoba, and all Rogers cell phone users I've talked to are having issues with data, calling, and texting. Overpriced underserviced garbage
-
May Daze (@DJMayDaze) reported@Rogers You need to stop charging people a month ahead for service they haven't even used yet, it's stupid.
-
UntamedVoice (@UntamedVoice) reported@Rogers still no resolution. Why would you email an offer $45 after autopay for 5G+ unlimited data popular high speed, and then put $50 on offer page? Yes I’ve been on phone with your customer service for 4+ hours. This is ridiculous.

ridi (@riditweets) reported@RogersHelps Multiple people tell me they call and it goes straight to voicemail when others call the same time and it gets through. Also, my bill has gone up twice in the last year, with the lack of consistent service and no customer service help I demand a reduction in my bill

Obaid (@0baid0mer) reported@RogersHelps @melaniejoly Rogers customer service wait times of over 3 hours are unacceptable. Canadians pay premium prices for telecom services but struggle to get basic customer support. Please take action to improve accountability and service standards in the telecom industry.

kenny (@kndalglish) reported@alancross @Rogers I feel you lol I am a new rogers customer and ordered Roger’s for the place I am moving into. I ordered it in early July for an August move in date. I got a bill already lol for a service I havnt even used yet. Apparently it’s Roger’s practice to bill from order date.
