@RogersHelps WHAT is going on? In Streetsville area and your service has been garbage since his morning! My work will have me go downtown into the office if you guys don’t fix it soon! So much for all the money spent of fixing you piss poor systems. FML

@Rogers It would be great customer service if you could text customers when there's a local outage, and tell them what's happened. Saying it'll be fixed soon doesn't fly after 12 hours. Being open and honest works wonders.
