    @Rogers I’ve talked to three agents since morning! All of them telling me the different things. How pathetic! Why do you guys have a customer care who can’t help their customers. PATHETIC! I’m done with the rogers. They will charge you any amount without any reason.

    @JonnyBowhunter @Rogers Sounds like they didn't put enough infrastructure in to handle much more than a handful of customers, then oversold. And their customer service doesn't communicate between depts Rural internet does suck, I got lucky & we got gig fibre in our area, even at our rural subdivision

    I feel good about leaving @RogersHelps after 13 years of price gauging service. Canadians need more choice and better options when it comes to mobile prices and services.

    @JonnyBowhunter @sunlorrie @Rogers Join the club. I was on the chat line for 4 hours trying to solve an issue with a defective replacement PVR they sent and yesterday I received an email informing me that I haven't returned it, which I did.

    @RogersHelps how do I get a customer service rep to answer the phone? As a paying customer a 2 hour wait every time I call is unacceptable. The online chat can’t deal with my issue. Your customer service is in desperate need of improvement! I need help!
