    @momluvsfood @RogersHelps @Rogers What annoys me is the "longer than expected". It's always the same. 2 hrs yesterday, no one. Chat today transferred me 3x and the agent was beyond rude.. I've worked in chat for a major bank and could never chat like that. I'm still not satisfied. Likely cancelling all products.

    @RogersHelps So far waited 3 hrs + on the phone .still unable to get hold of anyone. Do you know if phone support is open and operational ?

    @Rogers You got greedy and claiming GM Place but that wasnt enough you have to overtake Shaw. But what you didnt do was increase your staff to match your accounts accumulation...to the point where, I heard "Sorry, we are too busy to take your call, goodbye" Over and over and over for more than a month. Pssst It's Business 101 to NEVER EVER let that happen. Oh and Ive switched to Telus. Am I one lost customer, or 1 of many? ๐Ÿค”

    @RogersHelps your wireless service in Inveremere BC is absolute trash. I pay way too much for Iโ€™m getting.

    @RogersHelps customer service needs help! Sitting on hold 1 hour 20 min just to speak to someone. Problem isnโ€™t fixed. Sending a tech, but you guys canโ€™t accommodate work hours? Who works until 4 pm? You charge if tech comes early part of the window? CS hangs up on me.

    Hey @Rogers service. Iโ€™m trying to get support for someone to come deal with a downed wire in the street that belongs to you and the call centre has hung up on me twice when transferring me to the right people and virtual assistants are no help.

    Fck itโ€™s unreal how useless cell coverage is in NL. @TonyWakehamNL the amount of money wasted by certainly federal and maybe provincial towards @Bell and @Rogers while we have garbage service is mental. High cost phones and bills but utterly useless service โ€ฆ
