But there are many who would face greater financial hardships due to their internet being cut off. I know this won't shock anyone - big telecom service is unconscionable.

Dave Fenicky (@Dfenzky) reported@RogersHelps My neighbour has now pulled the cable taut so it hangs higher. I've had a technician come out at least twice. The last one told me he would escalate the issue and follow up. He gave me his phone number. He has not called and has not answered when I do.
