@RogersHelps Hydro, natural gas, driver’s licence, health card, banks etc - literally took < 5 minutes each to change my address/move my service. I must have called Rogers 3-4 times trying to set up this move … last phone call was over an hour wait. It’s the ONLY company that was a hassle.

  • eagertoinvest Tom (@eagertoinvest) reported

@VeganSeanSloan @cogeco No it's not, the @Rogers 4k is garbage for me in Toronto. Had to turn it off. Normally it is crystal clear.

  • bds28 Brandon (@bds28) reported

Game package options have mostly gotten worse every year since @Rogers took over the #NHL rights. Every year is different and more confusing. I wish the @NHL would just keep it simple & let us buy the rights from them. Why are Canadians lesser value customers? Horrible @PR_NHL

  • sophz_aj avant (@sophz_aj) reported

@RogersHelps is your internet service down? This is getting tiring.

  • JakeTiggy JakeJakeJakeJakeJake (@JakeTiggy) reported

Man @Rogers your customer service has gotten just awful over the last couple years. Just awful.

  • moose_0721 Aaron Brandon (@moose_0721) reported

@Rogers @Sportsnet get your **** together. You take over the NHL streaming and 1) don't provide 60fps streaming consistently (or at all) & 2) where's our option to pick home and away streams? This service is garbage compared to where we were a year ago...

  • redslewnninja VeinZ (@redslewnninja) reported

Why are @Rogers 4K channels absolute garbage? Always stutters like crazy. I never watch them. It’s damn near in slow motion. It’s been like this for years. Apparently they upgraded my neighbourhood last week… made no difference. Pay for 1 GB download speeds. I get 30-40 MB.

  • ChrisNarduzzi Chris Narduzzi (@ChrisNarduzzi) reported

This is what you get when you sign up for @Sportsnet #premium and no it's not the internet connection. Everything else works except for this ****** ******* app. I guess @Rogers cell service isnt the only unreliable portion of their telecommunications service.

@RogersHelps I’ve already spoken with someone on the phone. Here’s my experience with Rogers so far.. first three days of buying your service my router wouldn’t connect. Paid my first month of $134 even though I didn’t have internet for the first three days…

@ronkchiu @Sportsnet Sportsnet now is a terrible product. Also, no refunds. @RogersHelps
