@Rogers I stand corrected.... SEVEN times I have had to reboot. I'm having to reboot every 5 minutes or so now. If you keep this crap up, I will happily cancel my service including my cable tv.

20 years of being a customer and @RogersHelps wants to charge me for a device I returned and then when I call to get it sorted, offers me 3 months of extra data. None of this is equal to the time I've spent (approaching 13 hours over 3 months) dealing with this.

Hey @RogersHelps we have been experiencing issues with our wifi for the past couple nights. It’s particularly frustrating because I can’t turn on my smart lights to feed my baby in the middle of the night. What is going on???

@RogersHelps Your service in Mississauga is like a yoyo. What's happening? Also, I called the tech support and there is no option for a call back... have you discontinued that too ?

@RogersHelps Rogers chat got back to me. Told me Rogers is doing equipment upgrades in my area and to expect intermittent service until 5pm. Ok, that's fine but it would have been helpful if Rogers would have communicated this to its customers to allow us to make alternative arrangements
