    @RogersHelps It was supposed to be but it snowed so they didn’t now I have to wait a week. Plus I was on the chat for over an hour and a half just to re book it. Terrible customer service

    (2/2) Gramps' friend is an electrician. He agrees. The technician starts cursing at them and gets in his little van and calls them idiots. Didn't realize this is what constitutes as wealthy customer service nowadays. @Rogers

    @RogersHelps looking to possibly upgrade my iPhone X - what is this ‘Upfront Edge’ that is mentioned?? After 20+yrs as a customer, it’s always so hard to upgrade - it’s like a punishment for retention!
