    @Rogers @RogersHelps internet and tv go off every day multiple times. We’ve had senior technicians come twice and inevitably this still ends up happening. If you won’t provide a service I will not provide payment

    @Rogers is so interested in customer service it is always a 45 minute wait minimum for a live person. Either not enough service help or you got lots of people calling for help. Both are a indicent of how you value custumers #lessonsnotlearned

    @Rogers @RogersHelps what an utterly useless garbage internet company. I've been with rogers for since I'm 15 and the service use to be top class. Now your service is trash... I'll be switching services tonight when I get home.

    @RogersHelps Oh look its 7pm and just like all the other days since i last went on here my internet is broken. I shouldnt have to constantly be messaging people to have a service i pay for work properly. I am sending a DM now.

    Update: I was told by, lol, Rogershelps, that after 5 days no refunds are possible, regardless of all the issues and buggy connections. I showed an email i sent to snnow 4 days after requesting full refund and cancel. No replies with 2 follow ups until cpl days ago, Refunded!
