@RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

@nxtom @BTtoronto Lol. We only have @Rogers TV because it's included with rent. Otherwise I'd never pay for TV, especially not that company. #cordcutting

.@Rogers don’t give me free services that I don’t really need! 😠 Give me free extra bandwidth for all the videoconferencing going in my home right now to support me in my work, my wife with her business, and my daughter in her end-of-term classes. #LockdownCanada

@bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

@Rogers I tried to cancel my Sportsnet Plus package today. I sort of thought @rogers would proactively wave sport programming fees during the pandemic. instead, it made it impossible to cancel the package without booking a call back. The reason is obvious NO SPORTS ON TV!

@georganneb @char_lawyer @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Georganne, nobody dislikes those guys more than me but the systems were not designed for this. Same for internet. It’s like a water pipe to service an apartment complex is a foot in diameter but not if everybody is always home and taking showers simultaneously. Get used to it.
