A representative could simply call you and resolve it in a few minutes, but they won't. Instead they're asking you to spend more hours waiting on hold. Monday I got notice that the issue I had reported was closed as resolved, 2 days after it was closed & not resolved. Today (Wednesday) I got notice that it apparently has been fixed because techs couldn't find the cause. Not impressed.
