    @RogersHelps what kind of customer service is that when I call tech support to report an issue with my tv, and the recording says they’re too busy to take my call right now?

    @RogersHelps Hi guys - Ignite is MIA on one tv but fine on another - have tried unplugging and replugging the box but no luck - even recorded shows won’t play - weird that service is only disrupted to the one? Don’t really want to stand in my kitchen all evening 🤪thx!

    @RogersHelps I'm getting an error code XRE-03137. I can log into 3rd party apps but cannot get any other channels. Rebooted modem and box. Did not help.
