As I sit and paid my @Rogers bill of over $300.00 I am wondering why after looking a day of pay due to their issues I can't get any relief ? @RogersHelps offered 3GB more data for a month... we used 3.2 this month so nope... no break on the bill except one day service... joke

@yurkshirelad @RogersHelps My cable is acting up too today. Fix the node and stop wasting everyone’s time with filling out the DM every time. This has been like this for over a year with no resolution in sight and countless DM requests. Very annoying to say at the least

@Rogers Supporting the existing network is also important, you are taking more than 40 days resolve an issue here in Kamloops for customers. Please have your tech teams look into it.
