    Why is the @rogers website so terrible? "MyRogers" for self serve is so painful you just give up and pay for services you don't want. Is that the plan? The app is no better. #ugh #grumpythismorning

    @RogersHelps Any updates on disruptions in Ajax (L1T postal code). For 24 hrs my internet is very slow and packet loss is very high

    @AndrewMacIsaac @RogersHelps Yea I never noticed how bad the LTE was here in Ajax until today. The hotspot will barely load a page let alone stream a meeting.
