    PSA for all travellers using E-SIM cards overseas. Make sure you read the terms and conditions and change your carrier to the new SIM card otherwise @Rogers will still charge you roaming even tho you have an overseas SIM card installed. Immensely terrible service. Canceling everything today.

    @Rogers your customer service is BS. I have been trying to call for weeks now for something your FAQs and AI can't help with, yet everytime you're experiencing "extremely high call volume" and hang up on me. If you're that busy why don't you HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!

    @RogersHelps It doesn't matter what the issue is. It's an embarrassment that you would EVER have a customer or potential customer wait on hold longer than 10 minutes. That is a corporate choice.

    @Rogers-My Mom is upset as she waited 37 minutes to find out what channel the ladies US Open tennis is on. Nobody answered. This is entertainment for her. We had a Rogers outage for a full day last week-Internet, cable, phone; the guide button hasn't worked since. Pls help.
