CasPer Anton (@Cas_33_Per) reportedHi @RogersHelps, I was charged a $70 “Transaction Fee” for a single declined pre-authorized payment. This seems disproportionate — can someone review and help waive/reduce this? Thanks.

Michael Gallo (@galloots1313) reported@RogersHelps I never got a notification any discounts were expiring. I just got a new bill that went from $60 to $153. Unacceptable Why can’t I speak to a person about this? I’ve waited on the phone for 5 hours last 3 days. I don’t have time to waste my entire day to fix your error

Colleen de Papp (@colleendepapp) reported@alancross @Rogers I agree! When trying to find out if there is an internet outage in my area it's like pulling teeth trying to get an answer. #shameful
-
Dogfish Enterprises (@dogfishent) reported@Rogers VERY disappointing interactions this last 2 weeks with customer service. Misleading practices, then apathy to your customer. I think Bell gets the customer unfortunately.
-
Paul R (@doonboy) reported@RogersHelps Wifi calling not working so only way to fix it is by contacting an agent. Even your AI agent said that. Apparently it has to be reprovisioned.
-
ridi (@riditweets) reported@RogersHelps you never have any live agents available calling. You’ve raised my bill twice in the past year while providing horrible customer support and calls not getting through constantly.
-
Dave (@Goodwaaan) reportedWhat is the next step to resolve an issue @Rogers ? I literally cant even get on hold in your queue . Is the next step filing a complaint with the CRTC ?
-
comm eng (@CommEng) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?
-
Shitcoin Billionaire (@RicoRicoRico0x0) reported@Rogers @BlueJays Are we tanking now?! Im confused. WTF is Going on here.

Jay Belliveau (@Gruesome3) reported@Talon_Jenkins94 @Rogers @NHL Where can I watch my teams in Canada without sportsnet? It sucks. It freezes all the time or just stops working. Not worth the price at all!
