@Keeenss @Rogers @RogersHelps I agree that technology breaks sometimes, BUT, Canada pays one the highest cell phone rates in the world. With all the extra profit revenue the big 3 scrape in from customer, there’s zero excuse for that **** breaking. They can afford to invest in highly redundant infrastructure.

  • Angel__Puss RememberToBreath (@Angel__Puss) reported

Rough day. #Rogers outage affecting many across Canada today, I'm only now finally able to get my authentication via text to login 😑 @RogersHelps hoping I don't have to reach out to them for credit on account (should be automatic), working from home today was crippled as well.

@rogershelps Hey Rogers, you know that ppl who are trying to bank/cra etc using two factor authentication that sends a text to your phone, haven't been able to login to do their banking, taxes etc, ALL DAY. Even now CRA, National bank can't get the verification code sent! 940pm

@RogersHelps Needless to say I'm pretty confident that I'll switch to one of your competitors after being with Rogers for 13 years. Reimbursement for services not rendered is your obligation and not a "goodwill gesture" that a company uses to shut an angry customer up. 2/2
