I needed this set up for Dec so I could work reliably remotely to run scheduled grief support groups on off hrs as I don’t feel safe during closed office hours to be in the core alone. This has been ridiculously stressful @startca @Rogers 2 wks (4 since pmt)—still no internet. 6/

@RogersHelps Hi, the internet is down again in my area. I believe I saw some communication vans around my area earlier to fix something, and then my internet went out after that. Please look into it as I’m working from home.

@Rogers when is the cable going to be fix? People don't have internet, phone or cable. The least you could do is keep us posted. Doing nothing is bad customer service. Pathetic.

@RogersHelps really a 90min plus wait time to get to a live CSR to fix something like for the 5th time something tells me even your twitter or other social media accounts would be as useless.

@RogersHelps nope!!! I called through Cable Tech support, and it rang like someone was going to answer but it was just a man, women & children screaming at each other in the background.... I assume somebody left themselves logged into their telephone/softphone and walked away
