    @RogersHelps I cannot imagine how what your call Centre performance metrics are given that one has the wait more than an hour to get help. Ridiculous! And I am paying for this.

    @RogersHelps Tried multiple devices, multiple reinstalls, still buffers often. I don't have this issue with TSN, Hayu, Disney, Crave, YouTube, Twitch, Discovery, Tubi, Prime, etc so I don't think you can help since others couldn't when they tried. Just gonna not watch hockey, I guess

    @Rogers So my security questions are leaked in a data breach that you don't tell me about and won't help me change security questions ... ALSO thanks for the notice that my information was leaked ... glad there are reporting requirements

    @RogersHelps @Rogers absolutely disgraceful service! The hours spent on the phone, crookedly charging for data add-ONs which have been previously cancelled & not providing refund due to their own problems.

    Why ******** is the Devils and Leafs blacked out on the SNnow app? I paid you to watch a hockey game where you own the team which alone in itself should be illegal. @Sportsnet @Rogers ******* sucks.
