@AboutRogers @RogersHelps #Rogers being down is one thing, but the fact that @INTERAC relies solely one 1 service provider and no backup in place is appallingly.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps I am in ottawa and my internet is still not working… which means I am racking up more data usage on my phone :(

@RogersHelps @IshatReza You will need to credit customers with more than 1 day of lost service. Unless you want to experience many lost customers. Being in Qc, Vidéotron a more attractive option.

@FictionalDiary @RogersHelps Rogers prioritized restoration so that Wireless customers will get their service back first. They worked hard all day yesterday to do this first. Service outage is one those things that happens and you have to accept it.

@Erenskill @AboutRogers @RogersHelps We pay $152 / month for TV, internet and landline phone. I can get on the internet using my cellphone as a hotspot, thanks to Koodoo and Telus. This outage is maddening. More than 24 hours later, still no service.

@RogersHelps Just curious, how will you repair the damage caused to non-customers? I've had no access to my own money, and neither has anyone else without a credit card...

6:12am et… @rogers @RogersHelps I still have no internet or home phone! That is now more than 24 hours with no estimate of when it will be restored and you have still not provided an explanation. Your customer service has always been bad but now #abysmal.

@KitchenerTesla @_BrandonRussell @Rogers Of course. Criticizing them on one point doesnt mean I'm saying they're terrible as a whole. I've had great service mostly. But this is a different matter altogether. Unless it was an especially advanced cyber attack which has now been ruled out, this is a huge vulnerability.
