    Thanks to the country-wide @Rogers outage, I missed my doctor’s virtual/phone appointment and have no idea when I’ll be able to reschedule. Woohoo! But will my next monthly bill still be for the same amount as always? I think we all know the answer to that.

    UPDATE: With the ongoing @Rogers @Fidomobile @chatrmobile issues we’re still receiving 911 calls but critical caller info is not available to our call takers. If possible, use a device serviced by a different carrier. Otherwise, pls stay on the line & confirm your location info.

    @RogersHelps Mine has been out all day. Tough to run a buisness these days; even more difficult running a buisness from home without landlines and cell phone service. You can be sure that our monthly fees will be processed without a hitch though. Come on guys - do better.

    @Rogers your online customer service is terrible. I know there's an outage at the moment but could you please have your online, over the phone and in store people all give the same information. It's about my phone I just bought that doesn't work even when the network is good.
