@RogersHelps 80% of my TV channels don’t work. I had 4 tech visits in 8 months (imagine the cost!), all establishing the same fact - the problem is the outdated infrastructure and the weak signal getting into my house from the outdoor box. And I live in the middle of Toronto!!!

@RogersHelps If you’re gonna make it impossible for your clients to make changes to their service online, you need to staff your call centres better. Three hours on the phone to change my plan is unbelievable.
