@santoselhellper @Rogers Threaten to cancel, they'll usually send you to retentions for a better offer. Same song and dance with most cell/TV providers in Canada. It's a frustrating process.

  • bignumber55 Sean, Nickname "Goody"..........just a dude. (@bignumber55) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps any chance you guys could fix the internet in North Whitby? Something kind of important I would like to watch tonight.

  • MartinVuille Martin Vuille (@MartinVuille) reported

@Rogers Internet out hours per day. CSR says multiple modems in area "way out of spec". Tickets closed "no fault found." Do you not understand "intermittent"? You have to investigate WHILE THE PROBLEM IS HAPPENING.

  • ly_archie Archie Ly (@ly_archie) reported

@Rogers yo fix your internet it’s been like 2 days now with rolling blackout. I’m so tired of your spotty service. I’m about to switch

  • ALL_CAPS David Hicks (@ALL_CAPS) reported

@ryanwright @Rogers @RogersHelps Oh boy, I missed the upload…yeah, you can't do anything with that and clearly something is broken. Usually download is asymmetrical and roughly 10:1 UL:DL for cable. Did you just move service or did something drop off suddenly?

  • Jaybewan Jaybewan (@Jaybewan) reported

@RogersHelps Got a good deal from @Bell they're coming Monday..Truth is you guys never upgraded anything for years never offered any deals to keep a long time customer... Let this be a warning to all TV companies if you don't offer your existing customers tv promos too.. they will leave!!!

  • julistarzz juliet (@julistarzz) reported

@Rogers **** YOU YOUR INTERNET IS LITERALLY SO ****** IM SWITCHING TO BELL GET BETTER BRAINDEAD COMPANY

  • MendelsonMark Mark Mendelson (@MendelsonMark) reported

Hey, @rogers…..now is not the time for my Ignite service to go wonky! You may not be aware, but there’s a huge @MapleLeafs game starting in 20 minutes. Just a heads up! And don’t tell me to turn it off and then on. Been there, seen it and done it!

  • ryanwright Ryan Wright 🌻💙💛🌻 (@ryanwright) reported

@ALL_CAPS @Rogers @RogersHelps I would be ok with the download speed (though disappointed, I can still do what's needed) - but the upload speed is severely limiting. New neighbourhood. Fibre optics. Broken service.

  • santoselhellper Mia Santos (@santoselhellper) reported

Honestly, if I am such a "loyal" customer why didn't you just give me the discount off the bat and warn me that my phone bill will go up in 6 months? I think that would have been a better tactic. Now I have to call again at 9am and get this figured out. Thanks @Rogers
