Both @Rogers and @cogeco both went down last night at 1am. Cogeco came back up in about 20 min. Rogers is now going on 14.5 hours and still nothing. Took over 6 hours just to acknowledge there was an issue. Not good. #rogersdown #cogecoup

@RogersHelps Service has been out literally all day. This interferes with work, as well as personal accessibility and safety when out of the house. Very disappointing. Would appreciate more regular updates and transparency on what happened and how you will prevent it from happening again.

@natnewswatch No one cares about your empty apologies, @Rogers, @RogersHelps, issue refunds for those who didn't have access today. Imagine having a monopoly on telecommunications and still not being able to provide the service...

@Rogers : Rogers / Fido cellular network is down, and We can’t call or receive calls. This really bad and with this type of services in telecom. We are paying very high to get cellular services in Canada. This is not acceptable at all.
