@RogersHelps your streaming service is so bad. I have tried 3 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge), and it still buffers every few seconds and freezes for minutes at a time. What's the deal?

  • zaheedonism
Zaheed Bardai (@zaheedonism) reported from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

I get zero @RogersHelps coverage @LongMcQuade in #YXE. Rogers #Sask #YXE service in general is pretty terrible #Fact

@RogersHelps Or the movies or anywhere really. Although, my wife, on @koodo never seems to have problems. So it's not really an "indoor" problem. I just need to vent. Thanks for listening.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Interesting since @Rogers says none of its call centres are outside of Canada - Rogers Communications states that its customer service call centres are 100% based in Canada.

  • CognizantBeing
    ConsciousCreation Inspired CH. (@CognizantBeing) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers We need to start refusing to use business that give our information away to international call centre people. Than we wonder why our information in compromised. Even our banks are doing this....it needs to stop. We need complain as we are not getting customer service as we should.

  • ThomsFoolery
    Thoms Foolery (@ThomsFoolery) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers outsources their help desk to someone else. It is not a Rogers employee you are talking to, but a call centre.

  • mmaTR1LL
    TRiLL🇨🇦 (@mmaTR1LL) reported

@Rogers very accutate statement. Ridiculous prices for a connection that has issues multiple times daily.

  • the_truth1234
    The Truth (@the_truth1234) reported

@MattWalshBlog Cell coverage was better in 2009. Calls drop all over now even just outside major cities. It’s terrible service in Canada and we pay the highest fees. @Rogers @Bell

  • bbbrazil__
    BB (@bbbrazil__) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Syed57961202 @Rogers The data is still in Canada and all the big banks and most if not all big Canadian companies require Canadian data and cloud service locations. But it’s the internet and can be accessed from elsewhere.

  • keskindidem
    Didem (@keskindidem) reported

I’ve spent weeks trying to resolve billing issues caused after moving from Toronto to Montreal, where you couldn’t provide service. I’m being charged fees I was told would be removed, and my payment arrangement was changed without my consent. How is this acceptable? @Rogers

  • ColtraneB37457
    ColtraneBlues (@ColtraneB37457) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because it’s cheaper! Would you notice the difference if it was out of Brampton? Did they provide good service? Were they professional? Do you think being in Canada woulda have been a quicker call? Will you pay higher prices if you knew the company only employed within Canada?

  • mrajeshdav
    Rajesh kumar M (@mrajeshdav) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers I’m planning to move to a new address & you’re not able to same Internet service in the new location and giving me option either to downgrade or exit the contract and ask me to the early termination. For a network limitation at your end you imposing on me .

  • itswheezus
    Wheezus (@itswheezus) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I KNEW WE WERE ******* LYING WHEN I WAS DOING DOOR TO DOOR! We were told to tell people that they brought all their customer service to Canada. I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT!
