@RogersHelps Or the movies or anywhere really. Although, my wife, on @koodo never seems to have problems. So it's not really an "indoor" problem. I just need to vent. Thanks for listening.

I get zero @RogersHelps coverage @LongMcQuade in #YXE. Rogers #Sask #YXE service in general is pretty terrible #Fact

@RogersHelps your streaming service is so bad. I have tried 3 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge), and it still buffers every few seconds and freezes for minutes at a time. What's the deal?

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because since 2008,many companies were offered outsourcing financial incentives and generous tax breaks. I personally was on a team that closed a contact centre in Canada to relocate to the Philippines. I can tell you that it has nothing to do with superior customer experiences.

@RogersHelps Just recieved a call from Rogers regarding my formal complaint with CCTS in which they offered a vague apology and did not fix the charge against my credit. Filed another complaint with TransUnion

@Rogers very accutate statement. Ridiculous prices for a connection that has issues multiple times daily.

@RogersHelps Bull! The call cuts off after 2 hours, and I’m Not starting again. Either someone contacts me for a service appt, or I’m returning every piece of your ****** equipment to one of your useless outlets

  • EhmTEhf
    MTF 🇨🇦 (@EhmTEhf) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers There was a documentary a while back which companies use AI to change and hide most of their foreign employee's accents. This has been a trend for most big Canadian companies hosting their support in these countries.

  • AWOLProductionz
    A.W.O.L. Productions (@AWOLProductionz) reported

Holy fk @Rogers Ai is pure garbage! God damn this monopoly in Ontario. They’ve really made it impossible to get through to anyone

  • RKBalsara
    R K Balsara (@RKBalsara) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Some of the best technical support folks in the world today are from India. Check out Zoho support or Microsoft 365 support. Try Bell or Rogers, they are a nightmare.

  • MaahirMomtaz12
    MM ꕥ  (@MaahirMomtaz12) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers has outsourced their call centres for years. They preach Canadian but most of their customer service is foreign

  • EhmTEhf

@JustMeJamie64 @Cdhd123 @Rogers gotta love "one view" no more Vision 21 access. so ya everything needs a manager now. I used to have V21 access and never needed a manager. Unless it was revenue based.

  • cal920c
    Calvin Ing (@cal920c) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers When I called bell, unless it was an after hours call. It was usually from a Canadian call center. Same with Air Canada. When I called at 2:00 am though, I did get an Indian call center, but thankfully my problem got solved.
