Bat Flips & Maple Dips Podcast (@BFMDpodcast) reported from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan@RogersHelps your streaming service is so bad. I have tried 3 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge), and it still buffers every few seconds and freezes for minutes at a time. What's the deal?

Jeffrey Brinson, Ed.D. 🎗 (@JeffreyBrinson) reported@MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers So I got disconnected (seems convenient) and called back. To get through, I called the new product line. Picked up right away. Of course they couldn’t handle my request so I’m back in the cue. 28 minutes. So 2 hours so far to get a resolution.
-
Jared Hanson (@JrdHanson) reported@RogersHelps @reptoid27 Roger’s your service sucks
-
Brockus (@BrockWarkentin) reported@mattsekeres @Rogers @CorusPR They don't see it, they never saw it & I am sure the unfortunate people being laid off some how accept their sacrifice for their more Enlighted Toronto comrades. The irony is Brian Mulroney's talk show is probably the last thing left that gives Corus any relevance.
-
BrianM (@briangm11) reported@globeandmail Such a bad team this year. No better next year, either as all responsible are on long contracts and @Rogers is laughing all the way to the bank with 41,000 tickets sold for every game!
-
Sharon McKinnon (@SharonMcKinno16) reported@RogersHelps I've never experienced such poor service from Rogers until the past few months. I've called several times trying to resolve issues and get nothing but run around. I'm done. What a disrespectful way to treat your customers.
-
Arbutus Running Fox (@xuanyuanxiaohei) reportedI called Rogers on June 22 to cancel my internet effective July 2. Rogers sent me a gateway return label on June 23 and confirmed receipt on July 13. On July 15, I was billed again and told there was no cancellation request on file. Always get written confirmation. @Rogers

Irene-Irka😺🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@Irene_NoKillTO) reported@RogersHelps Why can't your customer service staff provide that information. I specifically asked their manager for an alternative contact.
-
Dragon Was Slayed (@522IntoOvertime) reported@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers Another example of why quasi monopolies are so bad for consumers... there's no accountability for ****** customer service, because there's no real alternative (try getting through to a human at Telus 🙄)
-
Kian Zachary (@kian_zac) reported@RogersHelps eSIM issue originally .. but switched to physical SIM at the store and still issues has not been fixed.
