    @heavyoilcontry Constant buffering, stuttering, server errors, and they keep advertising and collecting money for a service that does not deliver its promise. Is it legal to scam customers in this way? @RogersHelps @Sportsnet

    It’s funny how the @rogers #ignite modem I had problems with network and DHCP, overall connectivity but my own router things seem ok and after 6 months of @rogershelps I have given up on their gateway and just use it as a modem because it’s literally #crap

    @RogersHelps why does Rogers not have a solution to combat these automated spam calls? Other companies require a dial pad prompt in order to proceed with the call to ensure legitimacy

    @RogersHelps tried to contact customer support but they were asking to upgrade package to ignite. we have 500 mbps currently, there is no probs with speed but disconnection is an issue. we dont have money to keep paying n being blackmailed to change from fido to rogers n now to upgrade.

    @Rogers you are the single most incompetent company I have ever dealt with and 3 months later my bill is still not right. You are a disgrace to business and service. A couple decades later and THIS is how you treat loyalty? I'll remember that and make sure everyone else does too.
