    I wonder what's the number of people that missed payment on time yesterday on a @Rogers bill and they still contacted them via email since phones don't work. Too inform them that they are late. They are more worried about late payments then actually fixing the issue of no service

    @RogersHelps When will my Rogers ignite wifi finally be back up and running? This is absolutely absurd how long it is taking. As a student, we are in our finals and this outage is hurting us. This should not be taking more than half a day to fix.

    @RogersHelps so why do I pay almost $100 a month to not be give updates about your service outage ? Customers better be compensated for the day of service lost. @RogersHelps why can’t you even tell us what’s wrong ? @RogersHelps you either don’t know, or you’ve been hacked.

    @RogersHelps Is there any update & explanation on the cause along with an ETA on resolution? Both my work cell phone (which is also my 'desk phone') & personal phones have been down all day. A major outage like this requires regular updates & better info on the cause & an ETA to resolution.

    @RogersHelps Hardly 'intermittent' when the service has been down since at least 8am, without ever coming back up.
