    @RogersHelps can you please improve customer service as I have tried to call 611 and every time it tells me you have to wait for 30 minutes approximately. Difficult to wait so long for seniors.

    I’m one more buffering circle away from canceling my @RogersBiz service. The whole reason I went with them was to NOT lose connectivity. 😒
