Really frustrated that after talking to 2 live agents @Rogers can't solve or figure out my ignite TV problem. To quote "I've never seen this happen before" "& give it a few days to resolve its" Flex channels gone. Subscribe channels gone, but have access to channels we don't use

@DrGiesler @Rogers Could they add business practices/customer loyalty as well? It shouldn't take a 3rd party playbook created by irate Rogers customers to get affordable internet rates. I was promised my rate was the best rate possible by a CSR and managed to get one 50% cheaper the same week.

@RogersHelps I try my best to deal with your inconsistencies but tonight's enough. For the last 4 hours in the L7A area code we have had no internet. I am redirected to a page saying my coax cable may not be plugged in etc. It abruptly happened 4 hours ago and never came back.

Hey @RogersHelps Why do your reps suck at explaining my bill? Also, why do they cause problems on my bill that force me to call in and find out that they suck at explaining the problems on my bill that they created? You owe me $80 and two hours of my life back
