    @RogersHelps it would be absolutely incredible if you could provide 100% data coverage between collingwood to Toronto. Or better yet all of southern Ontario. So many dead zones!!! Such incomplete service!

    @RogersHelps Here we are into month 2… constant disconnects, every 30 minutes. Which means my stream goes down. Which equals less and less viewers each time. I depend on your internet service to uphold its side of the contract. I am not happy. And I’m a new customer

    1 -@Rogers You're discontinuing Nextbox. Only refurbs that constantly break are available. So much for watching Blue Jays. So will you replace my good working tube TV in my bedroom in order to get Ignite? I like Nextbox. Even your techies say your refurbs are garbage.

    @RogersHelps I’ve already spoken with someone on the phone. Here’s my experience with Rogers so far.. first three days of buying your service my router wouldn’t connect. Paid my first month of $134 even though I didn’t have internet for the first three days…

    The issue still hasn’t been resolved and multiple of my neighbours have called with this same issue, it’s been escalated a few times and still nothing. @RogersBiz @rogerstv come and fix this issue and I expect credit for me using all my data. This is Getting ridiculous.
