    @RogersHelps My Internet service came up at around 2:15 am so it was a 21 - 22 hour outage. Needless to say it was an inconvenience for all us. Although we don’t yet know what was the root cause, let’s keep in mind there were also a lot of people working long hours to get it restored.

    @71GoPensGo87 @andreamcrae @Rogers Again, you don't. You get the basic day or two of service per day compensation for loss of service. You don't get all losses covered, as Rogers can only cover the loss of service. The rest of the other can be equally argued that may or may not have happened.

    @RogersHelps “Progress” okay. I wonder how many customer you’ll lose. Second major outage in two years. And how many millions the company will lose from refunds and retention resolutions.

    @fischer_catey @jtobinbartlett @RogersHelps 1/2 Toronto where? I’m in pure Toronto’s heart and I had to call the police from my recently (yesterday) acquired Bell line to report a missing CABLE+INTERNET bundle. He went out yesterday around 4 AM and never returned…
