He responded on more than one occasion “ YES NO PROBLEM” Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. “Sorry 2cu go”

Jennifer Leigh (@WriteLinesInk) reported@RogersHelps Then I do now. And I never ever had an issue with speed. And then I switched to your $34.95 package and that speed is iffy and slow quite often. And then I convert to the $14.95 package which is exactly the same SPEED pkg I used 4 9 yrs w/o issue. So what's at the bottom of that?

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reportedI've just been told by @Rogers that their customer care people can't assist me after I was transferred to them by their Tech Support people who I reported a problem to. Customer service does not exist for Rogers' customers. This is disgraceful.

It has so many issues that I don't even have time to list them all but you think that I can't return it. Well the government doesn't know I have it. The government doesn't know that they are apparently paying you for it.
