Anyone else with @Rogers ?? Just wondering if your service has been as crap as mine lately. Nothing like paying an arm and a leg for poor service @RogersHelps

@gmbutts @Rogers So Tesla owners, is this an issue? Might a key fob and stereo, navigation still operate via your phones, or how does that work anyway?

  • zhangquan0126 Quan Zhang (@zhangquan0126) reported

I honestly think Canadian government should give a punitive fine to @Rogers due to two global network outages, or to have an antitrust investigation. @CRTCHearings #Rogers #rogersoutage

  • ThorneSD35 Tracey Thorne (@ThorneSD35) reported

HUGE frustration with @Rogers @RogersHelps today. My son believed he could use Messages with wifi access. Just got a bill for $300 with no notification, and Rogers refuses to help. Over 100 messages sent, and they just kept charging me for each one. The customer service sucks.

  • Coog49278065 Coog (@Coog49278065) reported

@RogersHelps Good evening I was recently charged for 130 messages that I did not send from my phone. I have been a Rogers corporate customer for several years and am very disappointed that Rogers would want to lose a customer over $80 of unfair charges. How do I cancel account?

  • mrFlodstedt737 Liam (@mrFlodstedt737) reported

@Rogers Hey so I live somewhere in British Columbia where the service sucks. I was told by your tech support there’s too many people on our town’s single tower but we’re not a big enough town for you to do anything about it. I checked the FAQs but weirdly no luck.

  • FULYAH Fulya Yasaroglu (@FULYAH) reported

@RogersHelps I am not able to sign in my rogers app due to system error from your side and I am not able to get in touch with Rogers live chat, the page is not working. Could you please help me to solve the issue? I am not even in Canada since May and I dont use any phone numbers

  • mng_io mn (@mng_io) reported

@RogersHelps @apsrisam Internet is again down. You guys suck. Can't wait for Bell fibe to be ready

  • ANickelUnder Chris Gigliotti (@ANickelUnder) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers The apology is nice and all. However, with SLAs, you have a LEGAL obligation to compensate those with agreements in place. Plus, the danger you put people in those areas that 911 service failed is unconscionable, and there needs to be full transparency wrt root cause.

  • cottrillc Cheryl Cottrill (@cottrillc) reported

@Rogers Wow! I switched to Ignite for double the price with much less reliable service - way more drop offs - when I ask you to send a technician to trouble shoot you tell me I’ll have to pay. About to switch providers. Thanks for nothing.
