    @Rogers has hands down the most mismanaged network in Canada. Instead of upgrading their network because they over sold it, they've taken to ILLEGALLY throttling customers.... AGAIN! #CRTC

    @RogersHelps this is bull .. 2 hours on hold to cancel account and get disconnected. 2 hours online chat still 6 in queue .. do I need to contact lawyers to get account canceled.

    @gracienatalie @RogersHelps Mine has been dropping for 3 weeks now. Why are these service interruptions constantly occurring? What is going on with the technology? Why aren't there any updates? You claim to be the fastest & most reliable service in Canada. This is not true.
