    @RogersHelps Hi! Our network has been dropping consistently for the last two hours. It probably dropped over 20 times (no exaggeration). We have rebooted the system already. Is there a know issue? It also drops regularly during the week.

    @gracienatalie @RogersHelps Constant service interruptions for 3 weeks now. And Rogers continues to ask the same questions. No there is nothing wrong with the wires or the cables. Yes, I rebooted a million times. Yes everything is plugged in properly.

    @Rogers The digital experience was so much better than ignite... if the modem goes down everything goes down... tv, internet and phone. Do you realize ppl r working from home? Idk who made this package...
