@RogersHelps Result from @RogersHelps I understand you were already speaking with customer service reps on the phone... you would need to contact the bulk department again. The number is 1-855-759-5856 Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. In other words, call our helpdesk. Thanks for nothing.

@peternowak @Rogers @Bell Set her up with Ooma. VOIP, about $5/month, $10 for the premium service. She keeps her #, and uses her phone exactly the same as she does now.

@Rogers I would not trust Rogers for anything. Not surprised they had the whole country out of touch this summer but also fail in the simplest tasks. I have been on the phone for one hour just to cancel my services and they fail to do so. Terrible company no one should be proud of.

@RogersHelps Hi EY, how about instead of me going through the same line of questions for a 5th time, someone on your team can proactively look into my ticket C181297993 and contact me with an update. I would consider that great customer service!
