@RogersHelps I have been facing intermittent internet issue for last 1 month. I have called help desk several times, few of the time technician visited my house but it was not resolved. Then help desk recommend to use Ignite Internet for higher package, I even took that as well

@jdgompf @RogersHelps Absolutely. Ignite internet is pathetic and their support as well, even after a month they are unable to resolve the intermittent internet issue

@RogersBiz struggling to transfer my e-sim to the new iphone 13pro. Transfer from 12pro went smooth but esim never got transferred. Now my phone isn’t working at all. Call centre tried couldn’t help. Rogers store said they are having system difficulties activating new sim! Help!

I just had the worst experience with @Rogers but I am not surprised. I reserved an Apple Watch back on June 11th and still have not received it. I am trying to cancel it now and get my $40 reservation fee back and now they’re saying it can’t be done..Rogers really are robbers
