    I messaged a rep on Facebook before posting this thread. I want this issue resolved. Two weeks with no internet is half a billing period. I hope the math checks out for a credit for my internet services. @RogersHelps

    @rogers how do I speak to a person about terrible practices at a local store in regards to a senior citizen being taken advantage of. I've dm and called customer service no one can help me apparently.

    @Rogers I'm on the phone right now with your customer service team and I'm being refused the right to speak to a manager. I'm trying to upgrade to the fold 3 5g and this is the type of service a customer of over a decade gets? Guess you stopped caring about customer service?
