@Rogers Customer service in a nut shell. Wait on hold for 1h get hung up on, 1 live chat for 1h no resolve. 1 trip to the store no resolve, 2nd live chat for 1h no resolve, 3rd live chat for 2.5h no resolve.. but still gotta pay my bill on time for service I'm not getting.

@CamLeetham @SherriffMTwitch @Rogers I contacted them at 3pm and was the first to report the issue. The technician said he could see all the modems in the area were doing the same thing. Then proceeds to tell me it will be 24-48 hours until it's fixed. lol Like you said this has been going on for three weeks.

@RogersHelps It's been better the past 20 minutes or so. Although I had to settle for watching 135 seconds behind the live feed. Using Chrome. Also tried in Firefox and Edge and had the same issues.

@CamLeetham @Rogers Yes it has been a problem for weeks and there's no sign of it getting resolved no idea what is happening but it doesn't look like there gonna fix it anytime soon. So I decided if I make some noise on Twitter they will listen when more people Join in.

@SherriffMTwitch @Rogers I am also in the Williamsburg neighborhood in Whitby and your service has been a joke the last three weeks. I have had to reset the router more than 10 times this evening alone and it cannot hold the signal.

Spent an hour on the phone with @RogersHelps over the weekend, re-confirming 20 times that I wouldn’t get charged a $450 fee, only for them to not only charge said fee they said I wouldn’t have to pay, but also got charged an additional $40 DOWNGRADE fee?!! Wtf 🤬

Hey, @RogersHelps, are there internet services outages in the east of the Annex? I've been waiting for a live representative to chat on the Roger help for over 2.5 hours, all to no avail. I need internet connectivity to be able to work.
