Ray M (@_Ray_Men) reported@gmbutts @Rogers Will cut them off, even it it costs me more, the first chance I get. Obviously Rogers never heard that it's cheaper to retain a customer than chase after new ones. Can hardly wait for the day I'm Rogers free.

Andrew Rolfe (@rolferrr) reported@Rogers Thank you for responding. Every 5-10 min the stream buffers, stops, or cuts out completely. Resetting often results in a not available error. I have tried the ps4, Samsung smart tv and iPhone apps and get similar results on all 3. Never had any issue before the recent app update

Sending me a 13 pro & saying return & re order is ridiculous! If Rogers doesn’t care for it’s clients then just say so!!
