    @RogersHelps your internet service the past 2 months has been an absolute joke. Every 10 minutes the connections drops about 3 times. Can’t watch TV, Can’t play games. I can’t imagine if I actually had to work or do schooling from home, how impossible it would be. Unacceptable.

    @RogersHelps You sent your service technician to london when my address is in missisauga. I have been forced to work reduced hours because of this. I need this resolved TODAY!!

    @Bell Fibe Internet down since morning. Tech support asked me to change the modem which I did and the modem still cant communicate to back to mothership. Never had this problem during the 11 years I was with @Rogers 😰

    @Rogers and their super unreliable internet is down again. Misleading commercials. More headaches than any other provider.

    @RogersHelps Pathetic. They are happy to tell me it will be up and running after about 8 hours of it being down. You advertise less headaches. No downtime. BS
