@AboutRogers @RogersHelps I think it shows your lack of honesty when you call it intermittent and say that everyone is restored. I STILL HAVE NO SERVICE!!!!!! I’d call to complain but I can’t. This is not acceptable. 24+ hours!!!!!!! Absolute bullshit.

@RogersHelps Can you please define some. I had no network & you say SOME???? Atleast acknowledge the problem for what it was. I could not reach my kids, while I was at work.

Looking back on the @Rogers outage yesterday, it would have been a godsend to many if they had made any effort to get people setup with Wi-Fi calling.

The typical sort of weasel behavior you can expect from @RogersHelps - pinpointing the cause of blame to a vendor. Nope, it's on you. You didn't test the roll-out properly, or didn't vet the vendor properly, or whatever - it's always on you. Never blame a vendor in outage report.

@jmcahill1 @570NEWS @Rogers I do get that but if you read a lot of their messages and even the ceo yesterday, Ericsson name was dropped about 6 times. Rogers just needs to own it and they never do. I’ve had my Bill jacked 3 times in the last year. It’s to find this type of stuff. Falls on them IMO

@NockFourSix @Rogers Time for Canada to say no to these bastards. We pay higher prices than any other G8 country and on top of it they abuse us. I’ve never hung up the phone and been satisfied with their service. I feel defeated and powerless every time. Class action lawsuit for pain and suffering
