    @RogersHelps service has been down for 5 hrs, and I am told that it is priority but still could take 24 hrs - dsnt sound like priority to me-internet is essential

    Hi @Rogers my internet is down yet again. I was told with the ignite modem this wouldn't be an issue. Yet this keeps happening, what is the excuse this time? #rogers #Shittyinternet

    So others in @CityBrampton are aware. The internet lines for @Rogers are over capacity and will not be addressed until September. Such quality service you provide, the node is at 86% percent capacity and it doesn’t get fixed for 9 months. You were notified of this in January.

    Oh, @rogers and @rogershelps. This has gone on too long. Someone will call you in 72 business hours. What does that even mean? 24 hours in a business day? 8 hours, so expect a call in 9 business days. Why is it so hard to be a Rogers customer???
