@Rogers I've DM you the case number @Rogers. ReOpen it and fix the problem otherwise I'll have no choice to reevaluate my options

  • leedunbar Lee Dunbar (@leedunbar) reported

@RogersHelps Longterm issue with a lot of excuses ... only solution that has been offered by @RogersHelps is to turn to HSPA only. $300/mo for what are essentially 4 wi-fi only devices when used in my area. Based on my travels, the whole HWY15 corridor seems to be impacted.

Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps I cancelled your services. I attempted to return your modem/router. However your Bowmanville store is closed. Why ******** is this? I've done my part in attempting to return your item. You were not there. What a ******* joke.

@lukeincanada @Rogers Ever since the storm four weeks ago I basically can’t even talk on my phone at my house . The signal sucks !! Loses the connection for the call all the time..

  • lukeincanada Luke (@lukeincanada) reported

@MattKhamis @Rogers Credit to @Rogers help. They contacted me after that tweet. Kimberly asked me a few questions and created a service ticket. This morning I got a text message at 7:30am that the problem was solved. So far so good. Thank you!

  • KebabsRLyf Kyng (@KebabsRLyf) reported

So it isn't @madebygoogle fault that the mesh network doesn't work the way it should. @Bell confirms there's no bridge mode on the HH4000 and to achieve what I want I need to setup Advanced DMZ and PPPoE. Hard pass. Should have stayed with @Rogers it was literally plug n play.
