Spoke to Ahmid @Rogers and he DID NOT KNOW what is happening with Aboriginal People in Canada. Disappointing to say the least. A conversation on how natives are sometimes given poor service, and given the run around; training issue on policy in this case 🤨#OrangeShirtDay

Very first world problems but I pre ordered the new iPhone sept 17 and got sidetracked because my kids HAVE COVID and realized it hasn’t come yet- just checked with @Rogers and they just didn’t submit the order! Apparently it’s my fault for not following up. I hate today 🙃

@RogersHelps I have had a plan since Jan. 2020 with Rogers RED Wireless, dealt with reps to confirm deal. Worst experience ever so far. Since Jan., have to call EVERY month to have bill fixed bc ALWAYS wrong n' additional charges constantly added on. Every. Month. :/ @Rogers
