    @RogersHelps Yea, I had called and was offered the same response. Can no longer offer that solution… at the lowest option, it’s basically another plan anyway. So much from migrating my GF from a competitor to you. No need for DMs, if there was a good solution, it should be public knowledge.

    @RogersHelps I can never forward ports now that we have rogers ignite. I’m unable to play multiplayer on Xbox because of this. Always says “we’re having some trouble, please try again.”HELP!

    @Rogers claims that high speed internet is better than Bell. Mine was down 2 times this week. Lost half a day’s work and this morning service is down again.Real great service.

    @RogersHelps what the heck is going on with the service that I pay for. My TV is freezing up...DO NOT TELL ME TO UNPLUG & REBOOT...it does nothing. This is unacceptable service!
