@Rogers @EdwardSRogers almost 14 years as a loyal customer, just called to renew, see what deals exist, told nada/nothing just that when the deal expires cost increases. Hmm no loyalty discount at a minimum! Wonder what the competitors will say, prob the same hiding behind covid.

@Rogers Not a good experience, have to wait 5 business to speak with a supervisor for an issue that was not resolved even after getting confirmation from a supervisor last month. Already wasted lot of time on this. Hope someone will reach out to assist me. 😡😡😡

@RogersHelps @Bell so the saga continues with garbage Internet service provided by Rogers at premium rates. 4 techs have come out and still having interruptions with the service. TX signal still above the 33 to 49 range. HORRIFIC SERVICE ! The monthly bill is still sent out.

Still don't have my Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 and the pre order bonus ends this Friday. I have both @SamsungCanada and @Rogers @RogersHelps claiming we aren't responsible. So essentially I'm screwed for being a loyal customer to both companies.

@Reality40913941 @Rogers @EdwardSRogers Not to mention when a better deal comes along 31 days after you sign, they will not honour the new price FOR THE SAME THING because you're 24 hours outside of 30 days. Horrible company.
