    @blurrnz @JayCanada10 @Rogers Overall, Canada actually has terrible phone plans. Like, some of the worst in the developed world. We only have a few major telecom companies and the government puts a lot of barriers in place for foreign companies to come in so we play pretty absurd prices here

    . @RogersHelps what would help is if there was a tool that told you about an actual outage without the BS DMs that say nothing. If you know Richmond Hill has an outage report it. Save us fricking time

    @RogersHelps Again the internet is down in my area (L6X postal code) and it happens every month. Can we confirm that this is an area outage and when landline internet will be restored? We have work in the morning

    @Rogers - Thanks for wasting my time in trying to help me with my phone issue. You wanted me to call u back to provide more info to my problem. So I did but the service person has no idea what info you require. So, now I am on hold while they review my issue!
