    Once i decide to end this frustrating relationship with @Rogers my number will suddenly become visible to me with all manner of offers to come back. I’m frustrated. I can’t keep giving my organization excuse that my home internet is not working.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps fix your long wait times!!! i’ve been trying to call and chat back and forth and no one is getting back to me. even after waiting 2 hrs on the queue, i get disconnected for whatever reason. so stupid

    @RogersHelps To add to this, we’re in a heatwave, & cus the internet has been down, we haven’t been able to configure our smart thermostat. Not only couldn’t I WFH but our house is hot asf too. You’re quick to charge extra fees, yet your support and service are terrible

    I better get a ******* refund on my internet bill. I’ve had no internet connection since this morning. Your ****-*** AI support hasn’t helped with anything. It has only added to my frustration. I wasn’t able to WFH today because of this @Rogers
