    I expect @RogersHelps and @FidoSolutions to proactively credit all customers affected by today's massive service interruption. Businesses can't function. People can't book appointments for life-saving vaccines. "We apologize for the inconvenience" won't cut it.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Not connected to network since early morning. Lost connection even try to retrieve SIM card but lost the pin again. I am stuck with no service, no pin. Your guy suck!

    @Rogers you’re terrible service put me at a total loss today, I lost time, profits and overall satisfaction with your service. Feel free to take 50% off my bill for the rest of the year in compensation. Thanks for your total cooperation in this matter.

    No resolve or clarity on what this issue has been. Getting closer to 24 hours here. Makes me believe they can't be trusted with our security if they aren't at all transparent about an absolutely massive outage. @RogersHelps @Rogers
