    @RogersHelps At least an IVR message with perhaps a repair eta would at least let callers know that an issue is known, and being worked on..Shaw used to have that…

    @RogersHelps Calling a customer at 9:00 PM to push a service upgrade is already unacceptable. What made it worse was the agent arguing with me and insisting that yes its the right time , Is this really how Rogers trains its call-centre agents? #north bay #rogers

    @Battleship63 @Rogers Starlink would be better, yeah. As much as I'm annoyed with this 5G unit having frequent service interruptions I have to give it credit for being inexpensive. It's only $40 a month. It's also convenient because it's relatively small and I can take it anywhere with me.

    @RogersHelps It always amuses me that the standard response is “check the website” - if your internet and phone service is out, and like us, you don’t have a smart or cell phone, that’s not a thing one can do easily.. have you though of an IVR message that informs of outages?

    @RogersHelps hangs up on you after an hour because they know you have nowhere else to go. Peak Canadian monopoly behavior. Zero accountability, extortionate pricing, and third-rate support. Burning my money would be more satisfying. #rogers

    @RogersHelps Hey - we’ve been trying to get ahold of someone on the customer service phone line for a few hours now. Someone drove through a downed Internet wire severing service to my sister in-law’s house. Can’t get anyone to address it.

    @lynnmercereau Rogers tried to charge us $15 for roaming charges and we never left Canada on our way to PEI. When we called them on it, the charge was reversed with no apology and the automated message made it sound like they were doing us a favour. Time to jump ship @Rogers @RogersMediaPR

    @HoneyboyWilson6 @Rogers I NEVER had a relationship with @Rogers

    @RogersHelps All payments go through. This is not the challenge. It’s the problem which is why I want to speak to someone and you want me to talk to AI.
