@scottdagostino @RogersHelps I work in Telecom and yes, it feels like a bad upgrade. My Telecom friends were thinking to fix this they might of had to do it in person, no remote access, which extended the outage

@CP24 @Rogers is completely unreliable after two blackout events and dozens of smaller regional outages in between. Enough is enough. Joke of a company that charges more than any other provider.

@charlesadler @Rogers Charles...I suspect Friday's blackout pretty much killed Rogers' proposed purchase of Shaw. Snowball's chance in hell that Ottawa's Competition Bureau changes it's mind now. Rogers blames a maintenance update. Really. A maintenance update on a Friday? They were hacked.

@shamwow712 @RogersHelps My internet is already with bell and thank god for that. But I’m ready to go elsewhere for my cell service as well. This is absolutely horrendous service and it’s not cheap! I’ve been with them for my cell phones for over 25 years!

@MalaMoragain @Rogers Well this kind of thing would certainly be a security issue and would lag the network. No wonder Rogers is breaking the entire internet.
