When you call @RogersHelps to fix the issue, the Rogers agent asks you to provide them a password - which is not temporary because you cannot change the password immediately after. WHAT? What kind of security is this? What is going on? Are they serious?

You better not let the @Rogers Shaw deal go thru cause if Rogers cant prevent their services from going Down constantly or having weird outages in certain areas or losing everything for Hours on end They dont care about their product or customers...they care how fat their wallets

@Bell_Support To put a bow on this, Bell is unwilling to provide a customer support phone number to long time investor or anybody actually, that won’t land in a country with **** fighting animals crowing/vocalizing in the background of the support call. @RogersHelps save me

Markham internet and tv has been down for 6 hours at least and you do nothing to help us or give us any satisfaction every single time this happens (which is far too often)! Guess I’m leaving!
