    @Rogers You've sent tec's out to the house twice now. Outside line replace (it was damaged. Imagine that our road was ripped up this summer). You've replaced the modem and my ignite cable box. We ran new ether net cables. And still I'm having issues.

    Angry with @RogersHelps, I called and spent HOURS on the phone (MULTIPLE CALLS) to get my legacy Netbox swapped and it was a disaster. After multiple calls and a service appointment (where they brought the box and took it back), I'm very angry. @RogersMediaPR #CustomerService

    Anyone else experienced huge problems with @rogers They have refused to accept cancellation on account way back in sept 2022 and driven account owing collections to $738 What a useless company @CRTCeng should do something @bell called them 3 times and they refused to cancel

    @Rogers I’ve been on hold for an hour trying to get in contact with a customer service agent to pay my bills with a new card. I would do this on my own on your website but HAVE NO WIFI. ???? I’m scared to hang up because I don’t want to waste the 1 hour + I’ve been on hold :(

    @RogersHelps I keep getting calls from “promo” companies claiming they are calling on @Rogers behalf to offer me a 30% discount, not knowing I’m already a Rogers customer.

    So fighting with Tec issues in regards to my @Rogers internet for several months now. The download has never been an issue. Today is the first time it's been under 500mbps. The upload speeds are so inconsistent. I expect a little flux but this is crazy.
