    @Rogers why is it so freaking difficult to get support from you guys, I have had zero access to my email for weeks and no support from you, looking at changing my internet options as your company sucks!!!

    @Rogers I've spent over 3 hours on phone since Saturday to schedule installation of my Roger's internet modem. It's been a horrible experience so far. I'm basically paying for internet that I've not received yet, and don't know how long more I have to wait for an agent to respond

    @RogersHelps why are the "exclusive" plans offered always more expensive then what one is paying? Exclusive offers should ALWAYS BE CHEAPER AND OFFER MORE! Otherwise, its garbage

    My internet/cable has been down for 24 hours. @Rogers (with Shaw). Never had this happen before. I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home. There better be some compensation for this.

    @RogersHelps My husband works out of town. I was originally sent the mifi without a sim…. First problem. We then when and got one from where we got pur phones. Put it in and bam no service. Called this morning two hours on the phone. Went to store to be told I need to be the primary.

    @RogersHelps You do not service the area I am moving too. I tried cancelling and hit road block after road block. Really disappointed after being a customer for so long.
