    My @Shawhelp @RogersHelps cable boxes are not working. I don't think the internet is consistent either. Ever since the forced 'upgrade' from Shaw to Rogers hardware. I need a service tech on site to fix this problem. Loyal customer for over 20 years.

    sweet Jesus @RogersHelps do something about the amount of spam texts on ur network! Ported from Telus a month ago never or rarely had any, since coming to Rogers that’s spiked to 30+ a day

    @RogersHelps Service came back roughly 5:30 AM. Another four hour outage. Starting to feel intentional as if you’re throttling us on purpose trying to limit our usage for deliberate periods of time.

    @Rogers having trouble explaining to the off shore customer service reps that I only want to speak with rogers employees who are working within the borders of Canada. I know I'm just a drop in a bucket, but I'm about to take business elsewhere.

    @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.
