Rogers gave me an L by upgrading my upload speed to 160mbps on ignite gigabit untill today when I renewed my Promo. My Upload speed are back to 30 mbps. Customer support is useless as usual. This company only has a few technically competent employees.@RogersHelps #rogers @Rogers

@Rogers Here's an idea. Don't bill your customers until your Ignite services are stable and fully available for at least 60 consecutive days. I don't think that we've had 1 day since the big outage where thinks didn't keep going up and down #unreliable #badcustomerservice

@goose68ca Sorry. @rogers sucks. Mine was down. They couldn't figure it out until I saw 4 work teams 4 houses dwn around the corner from me. I told them what was wrong. They sent one of the guys to confirm. 10+hrs to believe me. Idiots!!

Finally ridding ourselves of @Rogers. Internet listed above TV Package Home Phone $90/month (non-promo $189.90/month) For comparison, we are paying $193/month for 1000 Mbps down (usually only like 750) and 30 Mbps up + TV on Rogers.
