    @RogersHelps my ignite on demand never works. I always get error xre 07004. Considering the price point and the lack of relevant channels, this is unacceptable

    @RogersHelps Intermittent stoppage. The ignite stops every two minutes. I have rebooted a number of times. Must be a connection issue at @rogers end

    @Rogers Your reps keep calling me even though my phone is registered with the CRTC do not call list. I have told them every time to NOT call anymore. They are persistent and harassing. Next step is reporting you and yours to the CRTC. I am NOT a customer of yours.
