@RogersHelps Been a customer for over 20 years and this is the worst period I have had with Rogers. Clear outage in a two-block radius impacting 50 customer or so, and your lame reps telling people to reboot modems. Only second tier manager admitted it. #rogers #rogersoutage

Surprise surprise, @Rogers internet is down again. Why am I paying insane amounts of money for a service that they aren’t providing?! Oh and I hafta jump thru hoops to get a credit back for the “at least 48 hours of outage and there’s nothing they can do about the timeframe”?! 🤬

@RogersHelps that bloody internet outage made me reset TV’s, smart devices and more. In fact my rca cable to Tivoli was shorted. I expect a refund on my time. I charge 26.75 which is my poor wage, so I need a credit.
