@RogersHelps It’s not an “intermittent service interruption”. It is a total elimination of services. Like zero cell/data service for the entire day. And merely repeating you’ll “continue to provide updates” every hour, is not actually providing an update. #rogersoutage #rogersdown

@RogersHelps I don't have a landline, and I use my cellphone to pick up daily on-call jobs in the mornings. Because of this outage I have missed a day's wages. I'm not alone in this. Please tell me you will be providing some sort of compensation for your customers.

@RogersHelps This is unbelievable, no service for the past 12 hours? I’m very angry and so is my employer. Working remotely does not work if the ******* phone can’t find a network. This day has cost me hundreds so far. You bastards have no trouble taking my money, how about some reciprocation

@RogersHelps You need to seriously get your **** together! This is so unacceptable! I have been with Rogers for YEARS with my cellphone and have never experienced a complete outage of service! You are the biggest communication conglomerate in Canada. DO BETTER!!
