Hey @RogersHelps, I need to know why you’re preying on senior citizens who have been loyal, paying customers for nearly 40 years, and forcing them to pay nearly $350 in “late fees due to partial payments” that they were never made aware of until this week, esp after the outage.

@Rogers I have to say, you have the worst customer service and possibly the worst cell phone company in the world. Imagine not following regulations from the CCTS, and then putting my account into bad standing, so now I'm not eligible for a phone 1/2

@RogersHelps Five days is really not sufficient for the impact this outage had. That being said, when is the credit supposed to appear in our account? It isn’t there yet.

@Rogers I'd like to know why because your company's inability to follow federal regulations, it makes me the bad customer. Worst service I have ever had from any company anywhere. Wont even work with customers to help them! Pathetic 2/2
