@RogersHelps Yep, rebooted 2 times, even tried to reset network on my android one time. Nothing is working. Kinda weird go happen on both my phone and my wife phone at the same time

@Rogers Supporting the existing network is also important, you are taking more than 40 days to resolve an issue here in Kamloops for customers. Please have your tech teams look into it.
