@AboutRogers So we will see some discount on our next bill because @Rogers wasn't able to provide us service ,the same way they charge us if we are late to pay the bill

Hey @Rogers I'm assuming all your customers will be receiving discounts this month for the service outages. Its only fair considering you instantly charge us overdue fees if we're one day late paying your bill.
