@FidoSolutions Hey Fido my internet has been down for the past 10 hours. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? Looks like I’ll lose another day of work at this rate. Please provide a solution. @RogersHelps

  • iamtejas___ tejas, (@iamtejas___) reported

@RogersHelps where is my $600 bill credit i was promised? rogers support needs to pick up their phones

  • TynaMcNair Tyna - this is fine 🔥 (@TynaMcNair) reported

These clauses should not be allowed. Mobile service is not accessible to marginalized people as it is. I wanted to give an older phone to a senior but it's locked to @Rogers & they just wash their hands even tho I've paid thousands?! Shameful @CRTCeng

  • armandslb Armand (@armandslb) reported

@RogersHelps tried to sign in to anyplace tv, apparently there's something new called ignite tv and even though we pay 300+ dollars a month for our services we can't use ignite tv even though we could use anyplace tv?

  • Just_Canuck Whatever (@Just_Canuck) reported

@RogersHelps no internet in Kanata….is there an issue?

  • ptyredcanuck Ptyredcanuck (@ptyredcanuck) reported

@RogersHelps What you need to understand is that this is a universal issue, it's not one device, it's not one household, it's not the router, it's not the internet service, the problem is your software, all other streaming apps work perfect, it is not an individual issue

  • tara_shields13 x - Tara Shields (she/her) (@tara_shields13) reported

@DeborahBelcourt @Rogers Ed, Suzanne & all Toronto sycophants are le problem. Until (white) privileged people truly stand up 2 them & break down patriarchy that fills their pockets? We’ll always be in this mess. Mediocre white men making bad decisions is not news. Bay Street & corp 🇨🇦 is full of them

  • Sarcastiman1 #1 Optimistic Canucks Fan (@Sarcastiman1) reported

@RogersHelps I waited nearly an hour to talk to someone on the live chat on the website. Their own solution was to "uninstall and reinstall"...

  • adriendb Adrien de Beaupre (@adriendb) reported

@RogersHelps Internet appears to be down in Kanata area, or is it just me?

  • ptyredcanuck Ptyredcanuck (@ptyredcanuck) reported

@RogersHelps So... are the streaming quality issues in many devices at least being recognized by the technical team and are working on a fix? As a customer, at least knowing the issues have been recognized and that the tech team is working on a solution, would give us some peace
