  • MaziarRadvin Maziar Radvin (@MaziarRadvin) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Who cares?!! I had an email for a job interview which I was very likely to get it. I couldn't see the email because of the Rogers outage and my response in the following days seemed too late! I simply lost a job!

  • xx639572947 xx (@xx639572947) reported

    Why is @Rogers down again?

  • PrenticeJoan Joan Prentice (@PrenticeJoan) reported

@rogershelps After 29 years as a wireless customer, and after 5 days of no services, and after receiving a bill today that is $100 higher than last month's because your company can't figure out what is Canada and what is the US, I am well and truly done. It's not me, it's you.

  • JeffreyBrinson Jeffrey Brinson, Ed.D. 🎗 (@JeffreyBrinson) reported

@musicsmith14 I wish I could have seen it but true to form the last few days, my @Rogers signal paused right as it happened. When it came back the camera was on him running to home.

  • Bloorwick David (@Bloorwick) reported

@RogersHelps My tv service is still not back … it’s been a week. Free month for everyone at a minimum

  • CarloRPaqueo Carlo Ronaldo Paqueo (@CarloRPaqueo) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers 20+ yrs Rogers customer here. If I see a $5.50 / one day credit on my next bill, I’ll simply assume that you don’t appreciate my customer loyalty, and search for someone else who will.

  • stvfa_ 𝔖𝔱𝔞𝔣𝔞‏ ރ (@stvfa_) reported

@Rogers how is your service still trash till this day I thought you guys fixed your issue

  • WrathofSod Sods (@WrathofSod) reported

@angelfroggy @RogersHelps The real question you should be asking , is if Interac is such a critical service, why don’t they have redundancy in their network to failover to another provider during an outage?

  • BitcoinBalki Bitcoin Balki (@BitcoinBalki) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers The “credit” I see on my next statement will 100% determine whether I stay with your company or not. I’ve paid Rogers roughly $3k/year for well over a decade. It’ll be interesting to see what your value of me as a customer is.
