    @jrodgers @Rogers When the spectrum is 100% privately owned, we've seen this invite market abuse. Just like the 407 is great for some people, but without the 401 (for all its problems), the 407 tolls could be even more ridiculous.

    @RogersHelps Internet service down in central Oshawa over an hour now. Not a single word about an ETA for repair. Staff cannot e-mail, access calendar, etc. Is Rogers on this or not? According to other service tracking sites, there is a massive outage in Ontario/Toronto/GTA
