    @RogersHelps Still can’t make phone calls, phone is working really slow, Internet really slow, services are incredibly lethargic. Dropped calls like crazy. Rogers he need to fix this and he and credit back the missing day

    @RogersHelps So what caused it? This would be key in preventing it from happening and again and rebuilding customer confidence would it not?
