.@RogersHelps is the worst internet provider. They have cost me money and time. The internet has been intermittent since September. I've got a new modem, router, cable, three technician visits. No follow up calls. I'm switching to @Bell. Bell any Boxing Day specials for internet?

@Rogers 'Most reliable' has to be a joke. I switched to bell in 6 months. Rogers internet was always down for whatever reason in Toronto downtown area. Too many outages, horrible customer service.

Thank you @RogersHelps for same day fixes of wifi and phone problems on Christmas Eve. Still more to do, so they’ll be back #BoxingDay. But for now, everything’s working. Appreciated the good customer service.

@evanrawal @RogersHelps interesting that Canadian customers didn't get a discount for the exact same service

@Rogers I was a Rogers customer for over 20 years. After offering a credit for 2 months of bad internet they reneged and refused to budge. I moved to Bell. The services are SO much better (for now).
