Absolutely garbage experience from @Rogers and @PurolatorInc with getting my SIM card. Without phone service for days, and Purolator sent my deliver to multiple different places, none of which were what was promised. @Rogers was combative and unhelpful.

Rogers hires immigrants , pays them 18 dollar for service call regardless of how much time they spend on installation or service call and that includes travel time, @rogers is over priced and slave driver

@RogersHelps Does this link even work? I get stuck in a “click here to see if there are outages in your area” and all it does it load the same page over and over. Also, it has a reply button - so I tried to say there is a problem - but it also does t work.

@Rogers on your website,“chat function is available 24/7”. Yet when you try and open up a chat, “Thanks for contacting us. Sorry, but you’ve reached us outside of our regular business hours. Please try again later.” AND you never mention what your regular business hours are!?
