@RogersHelps Problem solved. I shutdown and restarted my iPhone and iPad and the app is working on both devices now. Apologies, I should have tried that first.

Hey @rogers hours to set up and reschedule an appointment with dropped call, redundant questions and misinformation whereas with @Bell called and had an appointment in 5 minutes WITH CONFIRMATION! Next time I am flying with someone else. Oops…wrong issue!

@RogersHelps Yes, I updated last Saturday. I tried to watch a recorded program this morning but received the error messages. I tried to reinstall the app but still received the errors. The app does work on my MacBook however which I update to MacOS 13.0 Ventura.

@Rogers Thoroughly disappointed with my wireless port over. Still having account issues and am now told it will be up to a week to fix an internal Rogers account issue. I'm being charged and not receiving service.

@RogersHelps Or you could say what the problem is instead of making your customers waste time jumping through hoops. You know that I know that you know I am not uniquely without service but rather one of thousands experiencing the same outage for the same reason.
