Hey @RogersHelps, our internet and TV have been down since 8:30am. Kids have been their data to hotspot their online school today. Where can I send the bill if they go over their data allotment? We pay very high rates for no service when we need it most.

@RogersHelps what horrible service from Rogers. No service all day. I hope u will be giving me back my data I had to use for my son to attend his online classes today? Had to put my iPad in hotspot service to allow this and to watch tv. Not impressed at all.

Friends in Ontario, avoid @Rogers at all costs. TV, Internet, doesn’t matter. Go with anyone else. Trust me You will never be treated worse as a customer. I’ve had issues with my internet for 6 months. @RogersHelps does nothing. Do yourself a favour and pick any other company

@moderncitylife @Rogers There is many reported outages. Instead of addressing each person individually, why not try and fix the areas impacted by these outages?
