@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Bell is horrible. My brother tried to go with them and they pulled a bait-and-switch. Changed the phone number he'd had for 34 years. Took him a week to sort it out, and he went back to Rogers.

@donnelly_donna @Rogers I’ve already spent six hours on the phone with them this week and back in May it took four calls before they reversed the changes for a phone that was returned as per my contract. My time is too valuable to be spending that much of it on hold hoping they’ll help me out.

@RogersHelps 1 week after the major outage, we’re without internet for over 30 hours now. Told the CS agent we spoke with yesterday put the wrong type of ticket in! Totally unacceptable. We have 2 people who work from home here!!
