    @Rogers You realize that this affected some aspects of NON-customer lives as well? My online banking was shot for a while because of this. Learn. Do better.

    @RogersHelps Keep ur credit. What you need to do is publicly apologize for how poorly you handled the msging on this. To not admit there was an issue until 7-8 hrs in, even then saying “some” customers and “intermittent “ when it was far worse, is where you went wrong!

    @ZoomJer @RogersHelps That’s why I don’t use Roger’s. Was a Roger’s user years ago and not only did their service suck but service reception as well.

    @Rogers I still cannot act extended coverage on my phone. I live and work in an area that Rogers doesn't always cover and rely on going on other networks. Any idea when this issue will be solved??!?
