    @Rogers Your link is useless. You haven't provided any updates outside of "our service is down" and people should reboot their stuff (what a joke). "Will continue to provide regular updates" - hasn't happened. Why. Why is the service down? What caused this outage?

    @RogersHelps You guys better compensate, here. My business is being ruined today, as I use my phone as a critical tool. I have clients I need to reach, and deals I need to close. You guys are costing many, more than just your service. People are losing money here.

    @RogersHelps it has been more than half a day and my husband can't use his phone for business. What's going on and why's it taking so long for the problem to be fixed? It's been a major inconvenience and continues. Will you be refunding a day of lost service to your customers?
