@IdleNoMoreNadia @RogersHelps I get it…it was hard for me to leave too. Seemed complicated. I finally just went into a store and started asking qs. It should say on your bill what is left to pay for a phone if you got one. And you pay ahead a month for service.

  • ALR67v3 Metis_Proudly On The Fringe (@ALR67v3) reported

@RogersHelps When will the outage affecting Eastern Ontario be fixed? Or should I call Bell now that Fibe is available in my area?

  • MDiguer Matt Diguer (@MDiguer) reported

@RogersHelps internet worked fine last night, woke up and now it’s out. Is there an issue in the area?

  • __cartersmith Carter (@__cartersmith) reported

@RogersHelps what the heck is going on?! The internet has been down yesterday and again today. I can’t believe I’m paying for this 🫠 I can only imagine what my cell bill is going to be this month. I really hope your compensating your customers who are affected by this

  • IdleNoMoreNadia FullyVaccinatedNadia🌻🤍💛❤️🖤🌻 (@IdleNoMoreNadia) reported

@AureliaCotta @RogersHelps I would, I’m just worried about having to wait until everything is paid off and then they’ll probably bribe me with some BS adjustments just to keep me a “loyal” customer

  • London51398735 London (@London51398735) reported

@RogersHelps Total stupidity. Rogers takes peoples money doesn’t invest in infrastructure. That’s the problem. Cut my service, YOU ought me money. END!!!!!

  • AureliaCotta Aurelia Cotta (@AureliaCotta) reported

@IdleNoMoreNadia @RogersHelps Jerks. I still say move your account, you are paying an outrageously large amount for cell service in Toronto.

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@TobyMB @Apple @RogersHelps It disappointng to have your device stolen but it's not their problem

  • Cbass_Plays CbassPlays (@Cbass_Plays) reported

Hey @Rogers I'm getting really tired of seeing your ads on billboards saying Nova Scotia's most reliable network. When I lived in Toronto from 2003 till 2014 you guys were among the worst I've had experience with. Take them down or face class action & have to prove your statement

  • kevynocallaghan Kevin OCallaghan (@kevynocallaghan) reported from Township of Selwyn, Ontario

Hey @Rogers do better at upgrading customers that have been with you 25 years. Appalling treatment at your Peterborough location. Fail at #customerexperience
