@RogersHelps are there any outages in the Keele/Sheppard area? My parents are having issues with their wifi. They say it's been cutting in and out for a few days now. It just happened while we were on a Whatsapp call.

@RogersHelps @Keithbe78218659 I’ve found the coverage maps but I have no service in areas you say are fully covered. If your maps don’t reflect reality what is the point of them.

@Rogers it’s a beautiful plus 20 day outside and I’m on hold with your damn customer service because you sent me the wrong phone. 1 hr and waiting...doesn’t count the time picking up and discovering it was the wrong one. 👎

@RogersHelps is home Internet and wireless data down in Toronto again? My home Internet has been down since this morning and I’ve been forced to use my wireless data for work. Now wireless is down too and I’ve used up all my max speed allotment.

@RogersHelps I'm not an expert installations. Let's leave that to the experts. So I'm still slightly confused. A) Extra fee to enter the home in some areas? B) Technician discretion to enter (they don't add the fee, CS support does?) C) Will she have an additional charge on her initial bill?
