@RogersHelps How is that customer satisfaction when I have to wait four hours before I can speak to anyone about an account? My time is valuable too - at least to me. Obviously, Rogers doesn’t give a darn.

Check your @RogersHelps bill carefully. I saw charges for 33 intl sms that I didn't make. When I asked, they couldn't identify who they were sent too. 2+ hours later they gave me random #s that I've never sms'd. Actual #Rogers CSR quote "We never have issues with our system".

@RogersHelps is there a known issue with homephone in the Newcastle area? Having issues with intermittent one way audio. All other services are working fine.

@RogersHelps Why didn't Rogers resolve my issue since Sep 22, 2022? Monthly payment is being deducted from credit card for the service.
