    @FidoSolutions I’d love to call you to ask for an update, but oh WAIT! I can’t call you or 911 or Telus or Bell to set up my new account. I’ve been a Fido customer since Fido was introduced. The lack of COMMUNICATION/info really sux. @RogersHelps @Rogers

    This #rogersoutage is ridiculous. How can a major telecom provider take 20 hours to tackle a widespread voice and data outage and NOTHING has come back for most Rogers users?! @RogersHelps

    @Rogers @ThatOldGoth There are serious consequences to this outage & I sincerely hope it rolls back. At the very least there should be an update by this point. The fact that there isn't is pretty concerning

    @Rogers bills are going high and services are getting low. I need data every single second because of my work. Today was a bad day. Thought of changing provider like 100 times but again contract issues with you guys.
