@RogersHelps smart home monitoring app will not allow me to sign in, the sign in button is not working and when i take it to the website on desktop it does not work it says “ there is a problem on our end” its been this way for a couple weeks and i need it fixed.

So frustrated with more than 24 hours now of no internet with @Rogers. Called yesterday, on phone for an hour, got a temporary reprieve but off again shortly after ending the call. Called back this morning, 30-minutes later, no luck, there is a problem in the area. 🤯😖

Just a friendly reminder to my 40k YouTube subscribers. Whatever you do under no circumstances get @Rogers internet services in Canada. My internet has gone down 58 times so far in October. All trash. Avoid it at all costs. Makes it impossible to stream or game.

@Rogers day 5 after numerous promises to fix my phone, still no resolution, no call backs. I paid loyally for device protection package incl. apple care, but apple has no record of my warranty, Rogers blames warranty company and say it will be fixed, and warranty co blames Rogers
