@RogersHelps I want to know what happened. You can't have such a major outage that impacted so many people and not answer to it. We depend on our wireless service for our businesses and responsibilities. Thus is very substantial. Please provide an answer @Rogers @RogersHelps

@Rogers Some of the worst customer service and little to no communication or explanation as to what happened.

  • Shumilady Beverly (@Shumilady) reported

@RogersHelps I wish “RogersHelps” was an actual reality. Showing service as ok when it’s not, unacceptable. Yes, I will call for my credit. Yes, they will provide me with one. They expect me to pay my Bill every month, I expect the services I pay for to work.

  • DanDJ1 Dan F (@DanDJ1) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Why have you responded here as if you have fixed the problem when clearly the problem hasn’t been fixed?

  • lola_1900 lola (@lola_1900) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers No no. We’re not pretending that something that was shut down for over 24 hours is because of a “software” update. You couldn’t have informed ANY ONE of your customers this but you waited over a day? I call bullshit.

  • Phillip94723804 Phillip Watson (@Phillip94723804) reported

@RogersHelps You think a thank you for your patience is suspose to fix the mess up.
