    @rogershelps it’s taken 6 months and five interactions trying to get you to stop double billing a 94 yo customer. You had one job: refund charges without cancelling the box she’s using. Task failed successfully.

    @Rogers worst experience ever. Four days, five calls and being on hold for over two hours and I still can’t speak to a live agent! What a great way to spend a Friday night!

    @RogersHelps - tv and internet out last night. 51 mins on call just to speak to support. Technician supposed to come in this morning between 8-10 and not so much as a call today. What excuse are you gonna make for that? My next call is going to your competitor.
