@RogersHelps, I was convinced to upgrade my old ignite to new ignite(more $), because free pods would fix my wifi issues. Tech & Sales told me pods are free, Support says $5/mth! Only thing saving you is @Bell_Support can't figure out how to get fibre from street to my door. 🤦

@Rogers more than 9 hours without service is disappointing. Having issues in the area is always your answer. I have been with you only for less than two weeks and feel that this was not the best decision. How long this will take to get a repair?

@Sportsnet @Rogers can’t watch any of the games your app. It’s been 3 weeks. Fix the problem or at least acknowledge it. Hundreds/thousands if tweets. It doesn’t work on iPhone/pc/PlayStation/Xbox. Nobody has addressed it. You are robbing people of their hard earned money

Anyone else having trouble streaming @Sportsnet? It happened during yesterday's Jays' game & again today. Cannot reconnect. Keep getting an error. Arrggh... Not sure if it's a Sportsnet issue or a @Rogers issue.

@benwag247 I live right where @FAN590 signal fades to fuzz. I purchased MLB audio package when @Rogers brought back an actual radio broadcast. TV simulcast was terrible hopefully the don't embarass themselves with that stunt in the future.

@RDeckard_2049 @KkfromAB @Rogers Oh ok; good to know. I seem to recall, about 10 years ago, hearing that Bell used Telus' network, but that may have been incorrect. Lucky regularly promotes deals for Bell, so the "joint at the hip" with them is obvious.
