    @RogersHelps Yeah we returned the modem back in January. There were no other devices. When I called yesterday they said we weren't in contract and have to pay the overdue bill before they can cancel again. Do you keep records of all phone calls so I can get them to check December?

    @Rogers even if I have an active Asia roaming pass still not able to make and receive calls. Not even customer care. Also no data . Your chat support is pathetic.

    @RogersHelps How Would That Help. I Will Go In Person. Since I Bought It The Range In The House Is limited And Slow. Up Upgrafed To The Nokia 5 G Modem ,My Iphone 5 g is Faster. Why Is That.

    @RogersHelps Still showing no outage at 90 Waller Street in Whitby but modem is still blinking yellow and I’ve heard from neighbours that their Internet and all their services are down too.

    Second month back with @Rogers and I'm already regretting it. Why have I been on hold twice for over 20 mins and can't speak to ANYONE??? So tempted to cancel my contract already.

    @RogersHelps Same level of customer service provided here I see I just spent 2 hours on the phone with your incompetent staff feeding me the same script. I have never been more disgusted with a company in my life the level of incompetence and lack of customer service should be studied.

    @Sportsnet @Rogers Please fix the audio for the Canadiens game. The crowd sounds so muffled. Can’t even hear the crowd.

    @RogersHelps I am unable to get anyone on the phone as they said they are closed. My internet has been going off & on for days now. Plse help
