@RogersHelps You're putting me through hell and it's a Global TV problem. New adapter I waited around for all day doesn't change the sporadic distorted sound issue with channel 3. Spoke to 2 more reps. Sandra gave me a headache. Second guy said it was a Global TV issue.

@RogersHelps What a disgrace of a company. Any honest and/or competent regulator (hey @CRTCeng) would have forced improvements ages ago. What a racket - highest wireless and Internet costs in the world and service reliability of a remote island. 😮💨

@RogersHelps Hello I am a very frustrated customer! I spent two hours communicating with rogers between live chat and phone, where I was passed around from person to person. My service was interrupted from September 9th to September 11th. A very frustrated customer!
