Is there any company worse at customer service than @rogers ? I’m in a hospital and waited 2 hrs. to speak to a human before giving up.

@Rogers I promise you I'll never get your services. You have some of the rudest salespeople I have ever experienced. All so damn pushy and rude. How is mocking me supposed to be a sales tactic? It could actually be the best price locally (though I severely doubt it) and I won't

@Rogers @RogersHelps You guys are Canada's biggest telecommunication scammers. A work from home employee should never get Rogers internet. Lesson learnt! Pathetic company

@RogersHelps What is the best number to call for technical support where I don’t have to listen to 100 different menu options.

@RogersHelps Nope. And eventually this is going to cause me a major problem when I have to sign in to a service like Crave on my TV. I’ve tried 3 seperate browsers(safari, chrome, Firefox). Tried a different device & even a different network(reg home internet & 5G cellular)

@RogersHelps Nope bell says thats on you and they took the proper numbers over. Rogers was the one to add 2 random phantom numbers and then started charging me month after month i called. Customer service never ended up even cancelling after 6-7 calls 4-5 months

@RogersHelps I have yet to hear back from you after providing proof (images). Also, rogers is no longer taking calls due to call volume. Please don't tell me this is a localized problem when it isn't. I also want my lost productivity time compensated

@RogersHelps How long is the technical support line take?! I’ve been holding almost two hours!

@tobi @Rogers If a carrier update can kill tethering in traffic, the rollout needs an owner and a rollback path, not a support ticket.
