@RogersHelps Hopefully there will be a credit on everyone's account for being down for so damn long #CustomerService

@RogersHelps can you define what some customers means? everyone I know across Ontario with Rogers service does not have a working phone now. My cell phone service is down for 8+ hours need to make backup plans if you can't restore restore service by 5 pm today.

@RogersHelps oh, no problem :))) it's not like i pay hundreds a month for phone bills or anything. It's not like there is essentially no competition in Canada and I'm stuck being gouged by Rogers, and then their service doesn't even work.

@RogersHelps Intermittent (adjective): "occurring at irregular intervals; not continuous or steady." I thought you might need to see the definition of intermittent. This outage has been occurring at a regular, continuous, steady interval. #rogers #rogersdown

the @Rogers wireless outage has me very worried about students writing exams. My exams are over already but I really hope students writing today are met with compassion and understanding

@Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo This is getting to be an issue. Living alone through Covid makes having phone service pretty important. My internet has worked but my phone is still not working. When will this issue be fixed?

  • NaterieB Naterie (@NaterieB) reported

@RogersHelps I see your website says home phone is not affected by the outages- not true. My recently widowed, senior mother is totally cut off, no cell or home service.

  • alexpriddle1 Alex Priddle (@alexpriddle1) reported

@RogersHelps service is still out, are you going to pay all my employees, and lost profit for today due to this? Service has been out all day! What is going on, I don’t want a blanket response I want to know why my service is still out, I’m so tempted to just go and switch
