@JMBcafe @Rogers @Bell_Aliant I had Rogers Ignite for about 6 months now. It’s better than the last Rogers service I’ve had for awhile. Had hiccups of course but I had no other issues ever since. Very good for streaming and able to stream at 1080p60 with very little issues

@JMBcafe @Rogers @Bell_Aliant I've been a Rogers customer for like near 15 years. And I've not had any problems streaming. If I do theyre great when I call and the local tech who comes is a super nice guy, he's been here twice lol.if we do have problems its typically a hardware issue.modems do be running 24/7

@RogersHelps I’ve called the customer service line and I keep getting put on to different people who are telling me the same thing!! You all do not care about your customers or those who try to stay with you long term. It’s always take take take and never want to give back.

@RogersHelps why are your chat features on Android going down so often? It's becoming impossible to use and it's very frustrating. Never had that problem with other providers.
