@Rogers (2/2) customer support to get better speeds and even sent technicians over.. no one talked about the modem. Their modem broke a while back and got one that still didnt align with the plan. I called to suspend service - 1 hour wait. This is how seniors get treated here?...

@RogersHelps Charging $27.51 for 2 days of Mobile service. I think that’s beyond my monthly $47 bill. Do the math #DontUseRogers

Highly do not recommend @RogersHelps service to anyone. Lorenza at the retention department was discriminatory and condescending towards my mother who is a native Spanish speaker. So disgusted with their service.

I do laugh at @Rogers - get everybody to switch to ignite and have internet AND TV using internet, then when services go down (like NOW and all day today) just wait btwn 1hr and 1.5hrs to actually speak with support. @RogersHelps. absolutely dismal.

@RogersHelps One specific person as far as I know. But they don't have that issue with anyone else. Don't think data issues; it's often when I'm at home.. I can't be sure if multiple because I don't text with many

@RogersHelps pretty pathetic that a multi billion $$ company can’t come up with a reliable streaming service for another multi billion $$ business. The nhl app is slow, crashes, freezes, and awful quality for $200/year. I’ve found 4 different free sites. More smooth and reliable

@RogersBiz doesn't care about clients, big surprise. On hold for hours to give them more business, they lost my order. Lead to more on hold hours, escalations, told we have "no access to help" & claiming the next person has "access" which they dont. Enuf time wasted. Hello Bell

@Rogers I’ve contacted you twice in two weeks to be told we know there is an issue but no idea when it will be fixed! I need wifi to work and kids for school! I am about 5 mins away from calling Bell…at least they will care at the beginning!
