    @RogersHelps Option 1: Rogers corrects the billing error and charges me only the amount that was stated in the original offer and agreement. Option 2: Rogers refunds the incorrect charges, including the connection fee. I will then cancel the service and switch to a different service provider.

    @RogersHelps Ambassador team gave me offer. After 2 months, I got a letter from Rogers that the charges increased starting from the following month. I called the team and no help while I am getting charged the wrong amount. i want to cancel the service & get refund of connection fees.

    Tho they will NEVER see one penny from me. Have to ask myself, "what else are they up to?" What other types of revenge does @rogers take on their former customers? They have all your information. They refuse to delete it. Do they even, "protect" it anymore? I doubt it.

    been jumping thru hoops for nearly 2 weeks with @RogersHelps trying to get charges reversed from a senior with cognitive issues who accidentally made a purchase. literally cant get thru to a human. when they FINALLY called back they put us on hold for 45 mins then hung up

    @Rogers Picture it: You're a longtime Rogers customer. One day you get a spam call from Morocco. You don't pick up. Then you spot a $24 charge for a call to the same number on your July bill. You contact Rogers to complain. It's rejected. No explanation. What gives, Rogers?🙄
