    @RogersHelps outage is not over yet. It takes 3 hours to get to the support and they purposedly dont reply within the timeout of the chat application afterwards so chat ends without any resolutions. Conviction of cyberattack is getting stronger ! #internetdown #rogersoutage

    @charlesadler @MJosling53 @Rogers Why did they not tap someone else in the company to appear on air? Someone who was obviously not up to their eyeballs in solving the crisis? That would be the comms fail on Rogers part.
