    @RogersHelps It's now an hour that I have been on music hold. I am calling billing for two reasons. One, I switched to Xfinity last week and I was told when it was set up I have to call to cancel my old Nextbox account as they are set up separately and getting Xfinity doesn't cancel the old one. Second, my Nextbox account had Crave and it's not on my new Xfinity account and I want to get it added. Both are simple but being on hold for over an hour with no end in sight is beyond ridiculous. No wonder people cut the cord.

    @RogersHelps @PearlJamPat Hey Rogers: This type of sales solicitation needs to stop. I don’t open the door, if they see me outside, they harass me non-stop. Asking personal questions and BS rates. I start off nice but that quickly changes when they don’t leave. The people you hire are the problem!

    @RogersHelps i never got the box nor would i even want one to begin with. The only thing i wanted was internet and the only thing i got was internet. Where did this magical box come from? i talked to your live support and they dont help. Now im on the phone waiting and its been 47 minutes.

    @RogersHelps I am having major issues with my Rogers cell service. 5 times today my phone has gone to emergency calls only. Then it works but I only get <5 Mbps. At other times I get over 150 Mbps. The service is so inconsistent my phone has become unusable for work.

    @LoveMy7Wood @RogersHelps The mindless knobs at Bell are just as friggen bad It is never-ending BS problems that never get resolved,especially when it is impossible to get an actual English speaking person or any real person for that matter Good luck
