@RogersHelps Just yesterday. All sports recordings via Ignite service. Today when I play the recordings (after I know the results) all is fine. Never seen it before. Very unsatisfying. Hopefully won't happen again. Hate it when problems go away without understanding the problem or solution.

@RogersBiz Submitted a complaint last week regarding the outage on July 8th. The operator tried to help but promised a call back from their manager. Still waiting on that phone call. Phone lines are too busy to get a hold of you guys. How do I file a complaint? Dissatisfied!!!

Calling @RogersHelps for device upgrades. worse service, untrained staff don't know how to pull accounts. Every Staff behave differently @Rogers your support is worst
