Everyone needs to know that @Rogers 'live' sports feeds/games are a FULL MINUTE behind Bell Canada's feed! We've seen comments about plays on Twitter b4 seeing them on TV! @Rogers system also does not have the capability to know when your system has problems. Run far, run fast!

overall not the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE but I'm very disappointed with you guys.I've been using your home internet for almost a year,I was expecting to get better plans not 15GB per month,plus Fido offers no 5G and no apple watch plans.I'm switching to ROGERS this weekend. @rogers

@Rogers @RogersHelps would rather lose a 24 yr customer than do what's fair/right, not even above and beyond, just fair. I have video proof of problems. They don't want to see them as it would show them just how poor quality their service REALLY is, not what their system shows.

@jrenshawcpa @RogersHelps The lovely woman I spoke to last night told me that there have been issues in my area - and I've been having issues since last Thursday. She's opened a ticket to look into it for me and it was working when I woke up this morning.
