    @Rogers you're customer service is the absolute worst in Canada. Looping AI bots that you can't even contact a person. Some issues can't be resolved by your AI Bots. and it's offensive to treat customers like that.

You know how the adage, “It’s like a car crash — it’s awful, but you can’t look away.” That’s how I feel with bozo here. I couldn’t imagine having to have a dinner or spend some time in-person with him.

    We all feel her pain! @Rogers never takes ownership for their poor service. We have had nothing but problems on our street. There were 3 repair technicians on our street today. Still issues!!
