    @RogersHelps Being able to access support when I need it is important. Long wait times happen but being hung up on is inexcusable. This is something worth switching carriers over.

    been jumping thru hoops for nearly 2 weeks with @RogersHelps trying to get charges reversed from a senior with cognitive issues who accidentally made a purchase. literally cant get thru to a human. when they FINALLY called back they put us on hold for 45 mins then hung up

    @ThaLiveKing @RogersHelps All BS lol. They let go almost all of their customer service staff last year and contracted out the work to 3rd world counties which is why their customer service went from the best to the worst out there. After 48 years a recently cancelled all my Roger’s services because of BS

    @RogersHelps internet down for over a week now. 2 technicians - still no fix. Downstream levels on all channels are severely attenuated. The physical drop line or house ground block likely hit by the surge we need an outdoor field technician to re-test and replace the drop ASAP.
