    @Bell just lost a customer to @RogersHelps because they couldn't match their deal today. Wanted me to wait until Nov 28th for the Black Friday deals cuz they're great deals. Their offer was to add $10 now and save later when big deals come out. Too late. I'll save 80 now. 😔

    @CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps Yes. But I actually had Apple Care+ thru Apple. Best service. Do people actually lose their phones? I can't move from one room to the next without it in my hand.

    I’m not sure where to begin with @Rogers they don’t want to help or apparently provide the service you pay for but… if you should decide to switch and you’ve exhausted your time trying to get through to them, they send you to collections asap! No call no communication. #payup

    @Rogers why does your service suck so much? Seriously crashing every 20 minutes. For days now. Get your **** together. Either fix the ******* issue, refund people, or go ******** out of businesss. Seriously wasting my time and money. The problem is systemic so dont ask me to dm.

    @RogersHelps just got a confused email from elderly parent. They got an email telling them that incoming mail and outgoing mail is running out of delivery. I don't see a problem with their email when checking. Is this a scam that your customers need be aware of?? Thank!
