@Rogers The worst part is, you try to get through to them to workout a payment plan and have to wait 3-4 hours to get through, just to be disconnected with no call back.

It's almost as bad as online services that bill you and force you out of paper but then keep an arbitrarily small history, so you can't know what you paid them to save 7 kilobytes per customer. Thanks @rogers and banks!

Ah, so the way to fix the fact my internet crashes 3-4 times per week, according to @Rogers, is to... yep, upgrade and end up paying more! Makes sense.

@Partiallyfrozen @RogersHelps It took me 2 months of phone calls, 8 booked appointments, 2 appointments where someone actually showed up, and one really good technician on that last appt. In the end I got a great technician who fixed my issue but it took WAY too long to get it fixed.

@Rogers Why do you ***holes throttle service?? Had 150 ignite yet got like 50mbps. Honestly can’t do **** with that speed. Upgrade and get 1 gig service (exactly what you guys want people to say and do by the way). Awesome for 2 weeks 600-900mbps...but Rogers doesn’t like that.
