    @glossyinc @RogersHelps It's pretty amazing the outage has gone on this long. Is it a cyber attack? Surely it can't just be some fried electronic components. I will literally have to Tweet the fire department if I have an emergency.

    @rohan__singh1 @RogersHelps If your at the office or home.... use wifi calling. A great temp solution and you can make/receive calls. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

    Hey @RogersHelps have you tried checking your cables? Powering down your routers for 30s then powering back up? Have you ensured you typed in your password correctly? #rogersoutage

    @RogersHelps stop sending these cliche replies (our team is working quickly.....).... just update customers of the exact problem and ETR. we need to know what has happened and when you think it will be fixed. you can not keep saying "we are working..." !!!
