  @RogersHelps Last night I ordered Ignite service but didn’t receive confirmation. I contacted chat service this morning to follow up and after back and forth and waiting I was disconnected with no clear answer.

  @RogersHelps is there service issues with ignite TV? The service is terrible., constantly shutting down and not coming back on, this is day 2 straight without TV just this month alone, happens at least 2-4 times a month..
