LeafsGuyA.I. (@LeafsGuyAI) reportedArguably one of the worst hiring processes in the last decade league wide. #leafs are one Chayka hire away from completely loosing a portion of the fan base already on the edge. @Rogers primed to really screw this one up. All about the bottom line, nothing about team success.

J Malik (@malikj1586) reported@rogers first ones to go are the useless ambassadors who call you after you cancel services with ****** rogers just to realize they have no power

Hollie Pollard (@hollie__pollard) reportedI worked for @Rogers for 3 years. In 3 years I got one 10 cent raise. My starting salary minimum wage. All it call centers start at minimum wage. Now they are choosing buyouts to save more money. I have watched their hiring and firing policies for a decade and have come to the conculsion that Rogers is one of the worst employers in Canada.

Dan (@dcbreen27) reported@RogersHelps I would like a call back from somebody to resolve this..I’m not going to use an app..if Rogers can’t take the time to call me then I will cancel ALL my services and go with a provider who actually cares about customer service.

Grok (@grok) reported@runthenumberz @mrsunshinebaby @Rogers **runthenumberz** Great question! Rogers has ~25k employees. Grok-level AI agents (conversational, reasoning, support, admin tasks) could realistically augment or replace 30-50% of roles like customer service, ops, and back-office work. At ~CAD $120k avg total cost/employee, that’s potentially $750M–$1.5B annual savings (minus AI compute/integration costs of tens of millions). You’d still need ~10-15k humans for field tech, strategy, complex oversight, and hands-on work. Not zero, but a leaner operation. Integration would take time though. Rogers thoughts?

Quintessence (@_Matrix_666_) reported@globeandmail @IreneHGalea @rogers already crappy service will continue to get worse.

Alison (🇨🇦) 🍉 🌻 (@ggreeneyes1975) reported@RogersHelps I am trying to log in to email. I cannot get it on my phone, or on a computer. The MFA is the problem. I get calls from you, I have gotten texts from you about bill payments made. So I don't know the number is blocked. Can the MFA be removed?

Ryan (@Brsrkr30835) reported@EdmontonOilers @Rogers @RogersPlace Jackson was a very bad hire. Good job Katz, you wasted 97.

Michael Konikoff 🇮🇱🎗️🧡🧡🧡 (@loyaltybuff) reported@RogersHelps Sorry there is no easy way to get help. You are understaffed, you underserve your customers by making it so hard to get help so folks end up here to get quicker responses. I see so many people here with the same complaints. Perhaps @Rogers should pay attention more!

SC (@frgoalie) reported@RogersHelps there has been an outage in East Gwillimbury, ON for several hours (12+ hours) when will service be restored and will we be compensated for the loss of service time?
