Just wanna shout out @Rogers for quietly adding Chromecast support to the Ignite TV app. Nearly doubles the value of my package being able to throw whatever I'm watching on whatever TV or Screen in the house, WITHOUT having to have a billion Ignite boxes

@Scruffy_lookin @RogersHelps @telusmobility Since it's pay as you go, there isn't anything to cancel. If she wants to keep her number, you'll have to get Telus to port it out from Rogers

@EvyElio @BobAndreakos @RogersHelps Nothing but issues with ignite. I went 4 months at my last house without being able to play an online game. Months later they fixed it realizing a box outside was the issue. 4 months of customer service saying “ everything’s good on our end”

@RogersHelps and what would that do? Literally nothing. Pathetic internet service, and better yet, when my internet no longer works I have to use all my data just to do schoolwork! So now I have none of that! What’d ya know it just went out again! Can’t even type a tweet!

@Rogers why is your service so terrible? I pay a lot of money for your "service" that is marginally better than 2G. 1.2mbs upload and download. Very much looking into buying out and leaving Rogers permanently, 15yr customer.

@RogersHelps I’m so happy that I’ve been a customer for 10+ years and STILL don’t have consistent wifi. Literally a disgrace to the world that this company exists. How does my ignite internet go out 2 times in 20 minutes? The cost is insane for the service you provide. Pathetic.
