Also, @Rogers has removed ALL free preview channels from my plan. Shaw has always allowed these. Why the change? How mean is that?! And Do Not stick a #5G tower in the Cow Valley! We never wanted Rogers to buy out #Shaw, your "service" sucks.

@RogersHelps Spent 30 minutes on hold on live chat to speak to an Ignite technician only to be dropped and asked if I wanted a transcript of the no conversation we had 3rd day this week my Rogers Ignite has gone down and I've had to rely on my phone data #Rogers

@RogersHelps is there a problem with internet in this area L5M 5A1? I talk with the tech support awhile ago and the problem still exists. After we talk around 11:30 I think the internet is okay and then at 12pm disconnected again and then after 23 mins it’s was disconnected again

@RogersHelps is there interruptions at the moment? Mine is down but haven't seen any notices. Also just had another outage 2 weeks ago, seems to be increasing in frequency recently.
