Cheryl Hunter 🏳️🌈🇨🇦🌻🦋🇺🇦 (@LadyEmmasGhost) reported@Garnet_2203 @CanadianCoffey @Rogers Rogers can go to Hell. They charge their customers $80 to have in person help at the store location. The only reason to punish your clients is to train them to use online services and robots. They’re definitely looking to replace humans.

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps It’s the worst on NBC. I have reported it many times. They’re still trying to fix it by contacting NBC. I have had pixelating on other channels, but that seems to be improving although it is intermittent.
-
NickL (@nickl007) reported@RogersHelps Just turned it on, using xfinity service with your box, no issues on the current program which is just sports news.

Storm Silvawalker 🇨🇦 (@StormSilvawalk1) reportedJust tried using @Rogers @Starlink for texting in Gatineau Park where cell signal drops out but got nothing. The cell signal dropped as expected but there was no satellite connection for SMS. Is this area not in service due to traffic or something? Pretty disappointed.

Hopp (@HOPP7727) reported@RogersHelps I'm stuck in an infinite login loop on my iPhone. I've cleared Safari, changed my password, and reinstalled the app. I need a technician to manually re-sync my Digital Identity and check for duplicate UID profiles.

playtendobox (@thejaytc) reported@RogersHelps On march 7th i called in and changed my plan however rogers failed to push it through. After over a month and several call everything got settled, the bill for every service i have should be 266 after tax. The bill I received was 330. This is completely unacceptable

Mike Ashkewe (Heart of the River / O’dah ziibing) (@BirdmanODST) reported@RogersHelps long standing disconnection issues, have reset countless times now remote wont work or pair. changed batteries and reset this morning already. your data from your end will show how mamy times ive fought with this

BatmanAndRobert (@MacDoug1) reported@mikeszeller @Rogers The NEXT box was just plugged into the TV and a cable cord. The Xfinity doesn't work without connecting to Rogers Internet. I already have Bell internet. I'm not paying for a 2nd internet connection just to watch TV. That just seems like a cash-grab for cable-users only.
