    @RogersHelps I haven't been able to sign in to my rogers email all day. It keeps telling me I have the incorrect email or password. I just changed my password a month or so ago. Yesterday we switched over to Ignite, but I was able to access my email.

    @LeMisterGabe @RogersHelps @TekSavvyBuzz And this is the type of thing TSI loses customers on. I know the "wholesale horror stories" (this is one of them). I never used wholesale, doubt I will because of the constant horrors. TSI will bring it up, CRTC will bury it in CISC for 3 yrs or similar & Comp bureau ignores them

    @RogersHelps hi! Are there currently any service interruptions in the Ottawa area? My latency is bad and I keep getting packet loss.

    @RogersHelps @crunchtimebb Why can't we get information when it goes out? An hour wait online, no info online. It's really poor service to just leave us in the dark
