@RogersHelps When is your infrastructure going to stabilize in the K1T2R9 area? It has been unstable since Thursday, with a broad outage across all of eastern and southern Ontario. Today it is back up, but still unstable. In addition: What caused that huge outage?

The worst thing about this is how customer service kept saying, “well you have a new phone now!” A phone doesn’t replace how much my old phone meant to me. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS SERVICE. Shameful. @rogers @rogerssupport

All my memories, my photos and everything are gone or “blown into the wind” all I wanted was my screen to be repaired. If I knew this would happen yes, I would of backed up my phone but who would expect this to happen? Absolutely horrible and poor performance on @Rogers
