    @RogersHelps Since December 24th when I changed my service, every monthly Ignite bill has been wrong. Including this last one. I have wasted over 14.5 hrs trying to resolve. I’d like to cancel everything.

    What @RogersHelps does to its customers is absolutely CRIMINAL. I had to hotspot my data in order to conduct business from home and get charged from my cell service provider. If you want to maintain and fight to keep competitors out, the LEAST you can do is be competent!
