@rcarrick My dad is in nursing home his Rogers bill over $180 per month, @RogersHelps we wanted to cancel internet but Rogers said his bill would go up. How pathetic of them, I want to lower his bill and they said take away tv channels. Seriously? Take away his entertainment ?Pathetic

Hey so my internet is still not working properly and I've blatantly been lied to by multiple @RogersHelps agents telling me it'll be fixed within certain period of time only to call after that amount of time to find out nothing's been done. It's been a month now wtf

@Rogers walked by a rogers store at eagles landing (duff and major mac) and asked if they can help change my billing online.. they said do it online yourself.. I am thinking there's no one in the store so what can they be busy with to not help a customer

Can anyone tell me what has happened to @CNBC on @rogers? Something called CNBC World (totally different) seems to have replaced regular CNBC and I don’t know where to find the regular network. How about you, @RogersHelps ? Anyone?

@frozenmustache @Rogers My cable hasn’t worked in over 5 years now. I have never watched a show in completion without it constantly skipping and going out of sync. Rogers said they don’t guarantee the service 🙄
