    @RogersHelps My internet is super slow and I haven't been able to connect with Rogers Customers yet. I am an ignite customer and i am getting 10mbps speed while my plan is for 500mbps. This is really frustrating as I am unable to download files. Need some resolutiion asap.

    @RogersHelps Can I get an update on when my elderly mother’s landline is going to be operational again? (Ajax,ON). 4 days without a home phone is a bit much!! Can’t access emerg. services if needed. Help!!

    @RogersHelps Last year, as a result of outage I received 1$ which I couldn't use because I didn't use additional services so it's still on my balance. 59 more outages and I got one month free! Thank you Rogers, way to go

    @RogersHelps Can you just shut down your company. Friggin kids to say you shut down all of Canada over a maintenance update. Like wtf is that stupid excuse. Just give your company to bell they never have any issues luke this, the amount of times you guys go down is just not acceptable
