    @RogersHelps Hey Roger's.. so here in waterloo ..westvale..babysitting grandsons..hear a big bang at round 5.30ish am No internet..no cable.. what is up..been 3 hrs..how long till fix.2 teenagers..need internet..thanks

    @RogersHelps I’m another customer of Kanata North - no internet for the last 2h and I have rebooted the modem at least 3 times - no connection yet, WAN IP is not assigned. If you have an outage please just acknowledge it and provide status.

    @RogersHelps @KongoSpeaks Why don't you have an outage map? afraid it will worry your other paying customers? plan on refunding us? Do you plan on sharing what the cause of the outage is? I pay > than $100 a month for internet alone, and the best you can do is be selective about who recieves updates?
