@RogersHelps The TV is still screwed up. My honey comb plug ins still not lighting up. TV works on and off. Very bad service. I think everyone should get a free months bill for this extremely bad service if you want to keep your customers. 🤬

@RogersHelps Lies. Just because the TV service is has very slow access to a few channels and the internet is slower than the data on my phone doesn’t mean service is restored. Going on 50+ hours with serious issues to my services. You need to fix your processes so this doesn’t happen again.

@Dogs_ruleme @DossierCom @Rogers Customers are not warned about service upgrades. There was a huge failure in change management, however if the reports are true.

@StefenColalillo @RogersHelps Switch out to Bell. I called them and they sent a technician out the next day and got my internet running. Happy I moved to Bell considering how some Roger's customers are still down. I really hope this doesn't happen to Bell as well.

@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers My question is: if you lost $1,000’s doesn’t that mean you make $1,000’s every business day? It was one day. Do we have to be so angry at Rogers rather than grateful for the service they provide? Every business has setbacks and make mistakes - we are all only human.
