@RogersHelps If @Rogers wants to keep its vast majority of customers, they should really sit down and credit everyone who was affected a full month. Crediting 5 days is a slap in the face to everyone affected. It’s an easy decision when it comes time to renew contracts #switchnetwork

@RogersHelps Considering the outage affected people who aren't Rogers customers as well, Rogers should be compensating EVERYONE affected by the issue! A little transparency as to WHY this happened would be nice as well. Being a little vague there Rogers as to the readon for the outage.

@RogersHelps If someone looses one day salary then your 5 day credit is not worth it. My husband lost hundred of dollars due to outage. You have to credit for full month otherwise be prepared for lawsuit.

@RogersHelps - More details: We are AT&T customers who roam while visiting Montreal. Whenever the Telus signal was stronger, our phone would switch to Telus and work. During a one-brand outage, customers need to be able to manually choose which signal to connect to!!

@RogersHelps It should be a month not five days what a joke. I was awaiting your response but now I am definitely changing to another operator. What kind of greedy business people are you? Five days isn’t worth 17h outage for someone working from home! #rogersoutrage #rogersdown
