Now I'm waiting for my test results; which are supposed to be texted, without cell service. Nice one @rogers

Maybe give Rogers a subsidy (with tax payers money) to fix a situation created by an oligopoly. We NEED serious competition. We are paying TOO MUCH for TOO LITTLE.
