@RogersHelps We are still having problems w/ ignite TV freezing & volume cut out. This is Wednesday - Are we ever going to get our service back? I agree 5 day refund isn’t enough.

Day 2 of no wifi and what does @RogersHelps @Rogers say? ‘We agree there is an outage in your area but can’t tell you when it will be fixed. Have an amazing day!’

  • JohnHansenCa
    John Hansen (@JohnHansenCa) reported

@RogersHelps I find it inexcusable that you designed your network to allow a single failure to take out both cell service and internet service. Like designing a building with the feature when the elevators are out of service the stairs become unusable.

@RogersHelps Oh, your pinned tweet is still useless, at least on my phone. I thought that might have been updated after last week's problems.

@RogersHelps Hi, Pointe-du-Chêne NB had a local power outage last night for a couple of hours. Power was restored while I slept but this AM I still have no internet - gateway device is just blinking orange, even after unplugging, replugging.

@RogersHelps No problem. It took me an hour to switch to Telus the day after, plus I used the opportunity to locking for 2 years with a new phone. Thanks Rogers.

@RogersHelps $15 for another lost day of work because you screwed up your maintenance again? You need to do better, but you wont cause your Rogers. Sincerely future Bell customer.

@MjbOriginal @RogersHelps Becuz Robbers suck and never stops. The real problem is they wont upgrade their entire system infrastructure like Bell did 4-5 yrs ago. Bringing FO to every house instead of 50 yr old analog lame cables still hanging over trees.

@RogersHelps Class action lawsuit coming your way!!! You guys have done far more damage to businesses. Delivery drivers that rely on their cell phone were impacted huge as they could not get any calls for pick ups and drop offs all day! We're coming for you Rogers!

@CTVNews @Rogers 5 months reimbursements won't help many businesses that lost thousands of dollars for over 24 hours in your blackout throughout Canada. Business owners will have to sue to get some money back from your incompetencey of running your network. #RogersOutage2022
