Calls claiming Visa charges, service denial telling people to speak to someone to resolve issues. This is unacceptable!!! @CRTCeng

CPost2020 (@CPost2020) reported@RogersHelps After 65 minutes on hold I gave up and resorted to X. If there is that much crime in Ottawa it takes that long to even speak to someone, we have a more serious issue than most realize.
