    @RogersHelps Was able to reach out to them; their/your offer is higher than what Bell gave me (and you don't offer/allow home phone service if I don't take the full package, including tv; which i don't need/want)

    @RogersHelps @celinalex_ru @Rogers, how can we consumers help to track these scammers down and expose them? The numbers they call from are either ghost numbers or cloned. I've called several actual people to inform them their numbers were being used for these scams.

    @Rogers your customer service is BS. I have been trying to call for weeks now for something your FAQs and AI can't help with, yet everytime you're experiencing "extremely high call volume" and hang up on me. If you're that busy why don't you HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!

    @RogersHelps how am I suppose to get service? I’m in Thailand on hold for 2 hours and hung up, I canceled a cell line. They are still billing me and they require to call but hold for 2 hours and then hang up? THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET 🌎

    @RealDonBradshaw @Rogers Probably because they don't expect it to be a long call up. He's probably back down tomorrow. With Gimenez not at 100% they needed a back up infielder for today's game.

    Waited 2hours 08 minutes to get help from @Rogers, no answer and the call was disconnected. Wouaw, no words to describe the experience!!!!!!!!
