    @Rogers your customer service is the worst. I waited 30 mins on the phone only to have it hung up. I then tried using the virtual assistant and after 30 mins of waiting it timed out and cut me off. I’m glad I quit my services

    @Rogers The entire town of Crystal Beach,ON has been without reliable service since the blizzard on December 23rd. My acct info isn't going to help you. We understand that damage occurred. Believe me, we get it. Everyone else is back to fully operational except you.

    How utterly & completely unsurprising that @Rogers is now trying to pass the blame to my ISP instead of on their technician for causing my wifi to go out. Can't even file a formal complaint against the technician because I'm not a Rogers customer.
