  @RogersHelps Mobility support. But I consistently got support in Morocco with screaming babies and children, and men partying in the background. Then Bangladesh. both countries had language barriers where I had to repeat my question several times as little English was spoken or understood.

  I don't know why @rogers is so terrible here in northern Alberta. At least once a week, my internet and phone will both become effectively unusable in spite of having strong 5G signal on both devices. I can make this post but it'll take several minutes, and I can't even watch TV.

  @Rogers today I received easily the worst customer service ever. Walked into a store to buy a phone being advertised IN STORE only to find out, they don't carry it. Aske when a manager was in next. The staff have no idea. I call customer service, the rep hangs up on me afrer

  @maya_charles @RogersHelps @MichaelFGittins Also in SW, the internet has been down for several hours now. I've been on the customer service line for 2 hours with no response at all. Rogers' service is truly awful

  @Rogers hey why can't I ever reach an agent in Canada who speaks English, instead of Morocco, Bangladesh etc. where they don't have a clue what they're doing? We pay far too much for mobility plans for this garbage customer service.
