@Rogers Ya your company doesn't put your customers first. You claim to care but when offering a credit will turn around and make some payment up and add it to the customers bill and say it was to adjust why we gave you a credit. Worst customer service and company.

@RogersHelps so Paul at your Promenade store pretty much talked down to me after I was quoted a wrong price back in July when I tried to upgrade my phone. I’m 20 years plus customers. What the hell!?!
