@RogersHelps Yes I have. This problem has been going on since the last baseball season. It is NOT an app issue. I’ve seen other people mentioning it on other platforms. It is extremely frustrating that the Rogers response is always to reinstall. It changes nothing.

@RogersHelps No, I’m not interested in being involved in a whole big thing…there’s nothing wrong with my device…your network speeds are terrible…I was simply letting you know

@RogersHelps I understand my area has internet, TV, and home phone issues due to a cut Fibre, is this also causing issues for cellular data? I can barely send this tweet due to your slow network

Hey @RogersHelps . Internet has been down for 12 hours now. Can we get an ETA on when we can expect it back? I appreciate that people are working on it - but would be nice to know when. Thanks.

@RogersHelps The response will probably be ‘working as designed’ but my point is if it interrupts the game, it is an awfully poor design.

@EdwardSRogers suddenly @Rogershelps is calling, emailing and texting me non-stop with unwanted offers to join @disneyplus. I do not want ANY offers from Rogers or Disney. My. Rogers marketing preferences are all OFF. Your emails fail CASL spam rules, no unsubscribe button.
