    @RogersHelps WiFi down in Kingsway area (Toronto). We experience multiple service disruptions per week (often hours at a time). How can people work from home? We just switched to Rogers a few months ago. Was it a mistake?

    …I've attempted before to inform my bank @PCFinancial and @RogersHelps about similar breaches and have been stonewalled by CSRs who failed to recognize the severity of the issue. I'm really happy to see a completely different type of response from @InVisionApp.

    @RogersHelps For some months now, we keep getting phone calls from different long distance numbers, in the US, saying my home phone number has contacted them when we know it hasn't. Can Rogers please help?

    @RogersHelps So, it seems Rogers #DONOTCARE change the plan, remove add on and put extra charges for unnecessary features which was never been requested?

    @RogersHelps no internet all day with having to work from home is not easy! I better not be charged for data overages having to hotspot for 8 hours! Terrible
