@RogersHelps what have you done to stingray music? all the channels have disappeared from my favourites, i cant add them to favourites, when i select a music channell it takes me to the stingray app with terrible low bit rate streaming sound and not the cd quality we pay for ???

@RogersHelps your customer support is horrible. Spent parts of 2 days on hold & bouncing between depts & received zero answer, promised someone would call back - no one did Called today & was told I could get equipment myself only to be told I can’t because I am a customer

@RogersHelps two 2 hour long phone calls, escalations and one emergency tech appointment later.. still no net. Appointment now set for 4 pm tomorrow. 2 people displaced to the office because of sub-par service. Do better.

I am not a fan or Rogers Ignite TV. It tapes the wrong things and On Demand has less shows to choose from, if the show is delayed due to sports like golf you don’t get the show you get the golf instead. Problems since day one @RogersHelps

@Ro_Ro_77 @RogersHelps The same happened to me, they told me that some apps was using data to download updates, but it was not the case, they charged me for every day abroad during 3 weeks, and before leaving I called Rogers customer service to ask them to turn off roaming

@RogersHelps Much appreciated for the quality and quickness of your response. Now if you could just tell the CEOs, that get the big pay bonuses, they need to focus on better products/services instead of focusing on damage control: that would be great. Thx
