@Rogers Let the media see what kind of company rogers is, I thought id try to resolve everything internally but they don't want anything to do with this issue. I have got 15 phone calls now and they told me to talk to CCTS and that's how they just hand it off to another company for me

@RogersHelps it’s 3am, you changed the ETR thrice, and have so many upset customers it’s terrible. My service came back <10 hours ago and you’re already killing my data because I NEED internet and it’s been a day without it. What gives man? 😩

Wow just when you think @Rogers couldn’t get worse they do. Clueless customer service representative’s, technical support that lies to you and a manager that can’t figure out how to do their job and now wants a technical support person who said only a manager can help to do it.
