    @RogersHelps there is a problem with @TSN_Sports 1-5. Black screen not loading on Ignite TV box. "Channel not available, try again" message. Those are only channels not working. What is going on?

    @Rogers Hey why there is no option to track my international minutes balance in the app or anywhere on the site. Had a chat with your technical support & no help. U guys wana bill more if i overuse my 1000min but no way to track it. THIS IS STUPID, FIX IT. #rogers

    @Zieberry @RogersHelps @Sportsnet All we want is consistency with the service. Landline internet is almost 70% experiencing issues...tv and internet speed is dropping...how and why does Rogers continue to struggle??

    @RogersHelps offered us a price which we accepted and sent us a contract with much higher prices even though customer service representative said they would honour the price from the day we accepted the offer. It’s been 13 days of calls, long hours on the phone waiting
