    @AboutRogers @Rogers Stop stating that it's intermittent when in fact it's been down for hours .For once accept responsibility and be transparent and forthcoming about it .

    Just received a bill from @Fidomobile which I was able to pay despite the fact that they and @Rogers have been down all dang day. That’s because my internet provider is Telus. Which is still very much working. Y’oll want to hurry up there...?

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Whatever the software change was, you'd better back out quick, it didn't work. Took way too long to figure out the root cause, and unacceptably long to communicate to customers, and still no ETR. Bad business. You might want to get a crisis management team. Oh...too late.

    @RogersHelps @RobDitta Sure. Just spend another 2 hours on hold trying to get a refund for a MAJOR issue. Rogers takes ZERO ownership for anything. Pathetic.

    @RogersHelps Literally the most expensive carrier in the world and your network has been down for 18 hours with little to no information on when it'll be fixed or what even happened. Someone best be getting fired and us customers especially long time customers better be getting some comp
