@divergentTea @1StarAtaTyme And the worst thing is that even if they do decide to cancel, they still likely need to pay off the balance or risk having their credit history destroyed. My parents have been vigilant with money their whole lives, and all of that is in danger now because @RogersHelps messed up.

Hey @RogersHelps your technician just told me to go **** myself after he had us looking up and down the street for him and determining he was at a completely different city. You guys really need to get your act together.
