@FictionalDiary @RogersHelps Rogers prioritized restoration so that Wireless customers will get their service back first. They worked hard all day yesterday to do this first. Service outage is one those things that happens and you have to accept it.

6:12am et… @rogers @RogersHelps I still have no internet or home phone! That is now more than 24 hours with no estimate of when it will be restored and you have still not provided an explanation. Your customer service has always been bad but now #abysmal.

Day 2 of the Nation Wide @Rogers Internet Outage. Still can't use my debit card, which is fine as I forgot my PIN(/s). Made the cashier count out $25 in unrolled quarters. I'm sorry. I was not expecting to wake up in 1994 yesterday.
