@ashkaur @Rogers It makes more sense doing it during the week than doing it on the weekend when more people are off work? I think your brain is broken.

@RogersHelps @1Rhino I have been trying to reach someone because I'm still without service this is beyond unacceptable. Customer service? Pathetic

@RogersHelps still no cell service. A little premature with the apology emails. Can you get this fixed so I can call to cancel my plan?

@Rektengle @CTVToronto Not surprising. No 'failed update' can, or should, take down an entire telecommunications provider for that long unless their infrastructure is being run by complete idiots. @Rogers needs to come clean if they want to gain back any trust or respect from customers. #rogersoutage

What's the deal with @Rogers? Ever since they came back from the mass outage, getting a stable and reliable internet connection has been a challenge. It keeps cutting out for short periods. WTF is with that? Want reliable internet? Don't get #Rogers

@RogersHelps Just unplug the network, wait 10 secs and plug it back in There, fixed it

@RogersHelps How about you guys actually do your job and get the data connection back online? Or is that too hard for Canada's most unreliable network? Or how about you guys actually do your job and filter those "suspicious SMS" out instead of having us do your jobs for you and report it.

@RogersHelps Services should be credited for more than 2 days. I'm experiencing a ton of issues still says later. I'm unable to send pictures through text and I keep dropping off the 5G network onto 4G or LTE and it's not loading any data. Please be more transparent and credit accordingly.

@RogersHelps @RebellionSocks You mean your technical team which has the competency of a bunch of passed out drunkards are hardly working to make the outage as long as possible. 3 days thank god Telus still works.
