@RogersHelps @ProjektDnB @RogersHelps Why don't you just admit theres a GTA outage & there's over 10k+ customers in the GTA alone experiencing issues. I have been without Internet service since Wed morning off and on now completely off since April 6. Previous to which always had a steady connection.

How about this as a reply from @RogersHelps customer care "I'm sorry you feel that way Jeremy. If there is usage, it would be deemed as a valid and legitimate charge..." What training... to start with "I'm sorry you feel that way"? Perhaps an update on training is in needed.

Does anyone know a good phone company because @Rogers has been no help. I’ve been with Telus and virgin, I don’t get signal in my building with them. SOMEONE JUST TAKE MY GOD DAMN MONEY

@RogersHelps It’s ***. It’s the single worst streaming app I’ve ever used and I’ve used DAZN. That’s saying something. It’s criminally horrid.

@CircularLogic89 @CRTCeng @Rogers Thanks, I did that but the phone still picked up a roaming signal. I think because I powered it off and on at one point and didn’t hit the cellular off switch quickly enough. Next time I travel I will remove my SIM card altogether

Legit so fkn angry at @Shawhelp and their lack of customer service - ruining my business revenue and making this a god damn headache I guess they’re checked out from @Rogers I don’t have time to do the Cx service BS every time this does down / lose upload connection. FIX IT

@RogersHelps Hi, is there an issue in the L1V area? My internet and tv can’t stay on for more than 5 mins all day. This happens often. We’ve restarted 3 times today already.
