@kevrevrun @AboutRogers @Rogers This is a very poor mindset. Of course they are doing all they can to resolve this. Do you not think about them as a company and how this damages their reputation and as a business they are losing a ton of money likely to come with the expected refunds and pro-rated bills.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Be clear and NOT rewrite how you believe the story is. THIS outage was NOT intermittent. It was CONSISTENT for at least half a day. As a 20+ year customer of #Rogers, I am VERY disappointed in how you are spinning this. Own up to it. Can't wait for @Mintmobile to arrive.

@RogersHelps and as a former (3rd party) employee, I cant say I'm shocked at this level of incompetence. More that it took you this long. Every single impacted customer better not get charged for today, if you actually care about your already piss poor reputation re: this outage
