    @RogersHelps My internet has been out for more than an hour, no indication of a service outage and people are working from home. Your live chat has been unable to find an agent for like 30 minutes.

    @Rogers why would you do random maintenance on the internet lines on a Tues? Do you not realize that kids aren't in school and parents are working from home? We all rely heavily on internet service. Maintain the line on a weekend when there is less necessary demand #rogersfail

    @RogersHelps @briangoff We get that service has been interrupted. The questions are as follows: When will it come back? Why does this seem to happen more oft then not? Why am I paying an over the top rate for services that are not very good to begin with?

    @GunterNine @RogersHelps @CCTS_CPRST Yet they still sell internet knowing a problem is happening lol. I was reading up some people it took over 4 years to get a node upgrade
