    @RogersHelps Service is down again in Waterloo. Just got full service back a couple days ago and now it's out again. I would call cust service to request extra mobile data to deal with it, but last time they scolded me, denied my request and tried to up sell me to a more expensive plan.

    @Andora81 @andreamcrae @Rogers One can only assume that when you insult without even using your name that can be best explained as a confused or cowardly user.If you are happy with Rogers then hang in there but many are not & are saying so. I am an MD and use a computer not a smart phone and I am quite happy.

    @RogersHelps How about you broadcast it correctly the first time… You should be crediting me for a month. Not five days. My costs of your outage exceed my monthly bill. Not happy.

    @RogersHelps text people, or actually want to interact. I use my phone primarily for the net, which previously included topping up my phone or checking my account. I've been turned down for a contract because of being unable to get a credit card due to no job, and now I have zero net support?

    @RogersHelps What are you crediting to small business owners across the country who don't subscribe to your service who were affected with irate customers who couldn't buy things from us which caused large loss of sales and reduced tips for staff and high staff wages to cover with no lbrdlrs

    @AboutRogers @Rogers You can earn my trust again by installing Bell's Fiber to my apartment building before another outage. Why was a major update to your routers not tested on one router before rolling it out to every single router?

    @mubarakchaudhry @Rogers Rogers out in Waterloo for me as well. Both internet and TV. I need internet to work. During the last outage when phones came back I asked them for extra mobile data to cope and they tried to get me to upgrade my plan instead. It costs them NOTHING for extra GB's and would help

    First game into @ZLeaguegg tournament and my @Rogers cuts out. It hasn’t been the same since the first outage. My phone works but Wi-Fi is completely gone. #rogersoutage currently OUTRAGED
