@RogersHelps Is it possible for you to give a real update to issue without forwarding me to a link? Don't have enough data to create a profile to get updates on your outage. Not sure why Rogers afraid to simply tweet a real update that tells us real cause and expected restoration time. Thanks

@RogersHelps It is a Canadian wide outage. It is not intermittent and it is affecting all of your customers, not some. I suspect a mass exodus from your company, following this outage and your lack of transparency.

@Rogers well its been a whole day with no phone. I would really hope that you guys will be giving credit back to the customers since it is your fault that we are bot able to use the service we all pay for. Where is the updates. And dont just say we are looking into it.
