@RogersHelps Hi, the internet and TV had been cutting out for about 45 minutes to an hour, but have both been working fine for a bit now. We haven't had any further issues, thankfully, so I'll send a DM if it happens again. Thanks!

You know internet service is a monopoly based on lack of customer service. I have been trying for 6+ weeks to cancel my @Rogers internet because I was eligible for another service *with Rogers* and after several full days on hold over that period they are now double charging me🙃
