  @Rogers I would like to file an official complaint against 'Youssef - Rogers specialist ' Reason being : He did not resolve my issue, he did not provide me an explanation of my questions and he has ended the call without. This is unacceptable . Rogers has been unfair in most of his billings and they charge customers left and right - with 0 visibility on how to raise a dispute.And on top of it, their specialists behave in this unruly manner, when customer complain about this unfair billings. Is Rogers out to loot their customer money ?

  @RogersHelps how am I suppose to get service? I’m in Thailand on hold for 2 hours and hung up, I canceled a cell line. They are still billing me and they require to call but hold for 2 hours and then hang up? THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET 🌎

  Hey Roger's can you explain to me why when you Roger's blocks for spam, I go in and block same # that your system STILL allows this number to go thru to my voice mail? Does this not defeat the purpose of the block? Getting 10 vm a day from this one spam# FIX YOUR SYSTEM @Rogers

  @OntarioFrugal @RogersHelps It was lucky mobile right? They said my online debit credit card failed the auto deposit requirements. @LuckyMobileCan didn't help at all..

  @RogersHelps I cannot access my account, I’m Thailand and locked me out because it’s saying a suspicious log in, when I told them I was going to be in Thailand, and when I call, the recording says I high number of calls and hangs up on me. HORRIBLE!!!!

  @Rogers After 2 hours on hold, only to be disconnected. What is going on, the chat box can’t help, online can’t do the request you need to talk to someone and now when you call it’s hangs up as wait times are to extreme
