Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • CanadianGuy55 Guy Smith 🇨🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 - get vaccinated (@CanadianGuy55) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@Rogers I’d like to believe that, but I can’t. A huge percentage of takeovers and mergers result in the junior partner in the deal shedding staff at some point. Just give me better, more reliable and affordable service than Shaw, and I’ll be quiet, I promise.

  • catmcfarland Cathleen McFarland (@catmcfarland) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Rogers At what cost? Rogers once told me that I was being charged extra bc NWT being part of Canada was a “grey area”. Will you simply geographically excise these groups needing service, or charge so much that it’s not practical? We need competition, NOT more Rogers.😐

  • metakgibson Kenneth Gibson (@metakgibson) reported

@Toon_Dreessen @Rogers There's usually a tracking # when you return equipment. I always track to make sure it arrives at destination, things can go wrong in the mail. You agreed to steward the equipment when you took it, you can't just toss it in the mail and say it's no longer your problem.

  • DaphneSchibler Daphne Schibler (@DaphneSchibler) reported

@RogersHelps is there another outage in Brampton?

  • momoforever911 Momo (@momoforever911) reported

@RogersHelps So, i was asked for my postal code and never heard back...

  • M_Limiroski Marcelo Limiroski (@M_Limiroski) reported

@RogersHelps ...and again my Internet slow/intermittent. Congestion issues happening since October..and still not fixed! I'm tired of this..so many hours sending DMs.I've been a loyal customer but I give up.. just waiting for Bell to knock on my door with a good offer

  • drizztvoljin drizztvoljin (@drizztvoljin) reported

@Rogers I'm sad that I don't have a Shaw account I can cancel in protest over this. **** off we don't want you.

  • Catsforever2020 Mike (@Catsforever2020) reported

@Rogers Rogers was basically kicked out of the west years ago. Ted Rogers sent his henchman out here to quell unrest. Residents of BC sent him packing back to Ontario with his tail between his legs. So let’s cut down what little competition we have by letting these jerks back in.

  • JustabassI @justabass-icguy (@JustabassI) reported

@Rogers New jobs? like shaking down 91 year old ladies for hundreds of dollars because she couldn't return equipment because her long term care facility was under lockdown? And then REFUSING to do anything about it until it hit the media. God, I hope this sale is blocked by the gov't

  • terrellsprecher Terrell Sprecher (@terrellsprecher) reported

@jkenney @Rogers Less competition is never a good thing. You’re dumb.
