Over one hour on Live Chat and still no response from @RogersHelps Continually experience audio drop out and pixelation, making content unwatchable. I pay too much for lousy service.

@RogersHelps Please do. Customer care is lacking to say the least. I went to Roger's after Bell to compare, I didn't want to switch. But, I was ignored, treated like I was bothering them, lied to about a phone I wanted, instead of simply checking inventory. Not to mention the attitude.
