Darryl Narain (@DarrylNarain) reportedBetween @TekSavvyCSR and @Rogers who do I blame for my internet being down for over a week now. They point the finger at each other while the paying customer suffers. Yet, if I turn off my CC so they can't take more money for said service, I'd be in the wrong.

Matt Muszynski (@mattmuszyn) reported@RogersBiz @Rogers This has been going on for months. You sent me two QR codes via Purolator, both failed and when I asked for replacements, they never came. I have a photo of the error screen from the last one I received as proof. Now I’m being told they’re “past their due date” and nothing can be done, yet due to your own negligence, I’ve been running to in-store Rogers business locations and sitting through hours of hold times just to get this sorted. And somehow, I still received another QR code just last week that also didn’t work. So how exactly is this past its due date when you’re still sending them out? Now I’m told no replacement is coming and there’s nothing that can be done. That’s not an answer. I’m a loyal business client who has spent thousands with Rogers, and this is what I get, months of runaround, unprofessional staff and a 72-hour wait just to speak to a supervisor. Mistakes happen, but from a company like yours? Sort this out please.

Hollie Pollard (@hollie__pollard) reportedI worked for @Rogers for 3 years. In 3 years I got one 10 cent raise. My starting salary minimum wage. All it call centers start at minimum wage. Now they are choosing buyouts to save more money. I have watched their hiring and firing policies for a decade and have come to the conculsion that Rogers is one of the worst employers in Canada.

Serbian Lady D (@VojvotkinjaSRB) reported@MapleLeafs @Rogers Why am I being served by Indians when reaching service desk? Do I live in fking India or Canada? Do I pay you scumbags in Indian money or Canadian? People should just start canceling their contracts. This is outrageous to be served by Indians as a Canadian paying customer

SC (@frgoalie) reported@RogersHelps there has been an outage in East Gwillimbury, ON for several hours (12+ hours) when will service be restored and will we be compensated for the loss of service time?
-
John (@Ireallyamjohn) reported@TheTorontoSun @Btowie21 "Voluntary buyouts" are often a face-saving precursor to mass layoffs. Any @Rogers employee who turns down the buyout is playing with fire.
