    @Shamar1025 @Rogers Cancel with them. I am in the process of it as well. They cancelled a promotion they promised me half way through. I even showed them an email with what they promised. Now I am waiting for their management team to call back. 5 business day wait. Trust me Rogers is ridiculous.

    Well thanks to @rogers and @sportsnet although I live 40 clicks out of Edmonton and have a Premium SNNow subscription I guess I’m blacked out tonight. Not one response from SNNOW support. @PR_NHL you really need to think about what type of streaming you offer

    @RogersHelps been talking to my neighbors, we've all be having the same issue with your service for years. This, after having my tickets rejected many times because "there is no issue" Disgusting.

    @RogersHelps In being advised that I was paying for the same service twice, I was told the best Rogers could do was provide a 2 month credit. I hope you do a better job of valuing your other long term customers. #customerexperience

    @RogersHelps I don’t get how your service consistently goes down in the lasthour since I’ve been home, all my services keep cutting in and out. And this has been happening g since yesterday
