So @RogersHelps didn't cancel an old account of mine and charged me for ten months. They owe me over $1300 and have dragged their feet in giving my money back. Today...they took an additional payment out despite me cancelling the account. I don't even know where to begin.

@RogersHelps @Bell so the saga continues with garbage Internet service provided by Rogers at premium rates. 4 techs have come out and still having interruptions with the service. TX signal still above the 33 to 49 range. HORRIFIC SERVICE ! The monthly bill is still sent out.
