    They only know what's going on when they need their money. They are becoming so expensive anyways and I think about time to switch. Its a shame that a company as big as @Rogers can't provide details on an outage. All I get is issue in the area!!

    @RogersHelps My internet is down AGAIN in the K0A area. I had to miss work last week due to an outage. I cannot miss work again. Please do something about this… This is getting ridiculous.

    @RogersHelps @fidosolutions hi, is there an outage in Toronto Midtown? Either the internet isn't working or too slow at 5 Mbps download speed (it's a 150 Mbps connection).
