Lisa aka Books (@booknerd9876) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers TV stutters, blacks out, freezes and audio cuts in and out. This is happening daily and repeatedly on every single channel. Please inform your customers when this issue will be resolved. I had a service ticket put in yesterday, but so far have heard nothing! Incredibly angry!

Michael Balter (@JAYSoverrated) reported@RogersHelps Since Friday, we have not had full or optimal service. On Friday, we had nothing. No internet, no ignite, no phone. Since the "fix", wifi inconsistent, ignite is spotty, text works with data and other things only with wifi. Way more than 1 day credit needed. This is midtown T.O.
