@RogersHelps This is absolutely ridiculous. Its been hours and you still can't fix the problem. As if Covid isn't a big enough inconvenience...we shouldn't have to be dealing with COUNTRY WIDE outages.

@RogersHelps Rogers is not being honest with its customers. This is definitely not intermittent and no updates as to the reason of the outage. There was no failsafe to use alternative networks when such a thing happens? Government should mandate accurate correspondence for failures like this.
