@RogersHelps Our household just had our internet service restored, at 6:45pm, after an 18+ hourlong outage. There was no place to go to find out what was going on, estimates of service restoration. Sadly, MyRogers was down the whole time, supposedly with maintenance updates 1/

@AmberChorzepa @RogersHelps We just got tv last weekend and went into the store and experienced the worst customer service ever in Simcoe. They were rude. Unwelcoming. I’ve worked in wireless for another company for 11 years and never have I seen such terrible customer service.

@RogersHelps Hey automated response. No internet. You have a huge outage in the Hamilton area. What the hell do you plan to do other then say there is an outage and 24 to 48 hours we will have it fixed. Time for your response to be it will be fixed in 12 hours as we understand this is ****.

@RogersHelps HATE Rogers. Called again, told new digital adapter needed. Got email after sent out. Old box cut off. Called again. Asked if outage in area--no. Asked if related to new box--yes. Called again with questions about unrelated email info. Got box turned back on.
