If there was a bigger problem such as not being able to get through to 911, file a lawsuit. Leave the overworked underpaid customer services representatives alone.

My internet and cable is still not working properly, I have now missed another chance of purchasing my OLG tickets online and can’t watch TV unless I want to put up with constant pauses.
