Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DontDefendKV Ww W (@DontDefendKV) reported

@RogersHelps Still no internet in Stouffville. “Vast majority” seems to be a lie as many are still without service.

  • Lazyassedmenac3 Ma’iingan Odeh (@Lazyassedmenac3) reported

@smboos @RogersHelps @Rogers Sometimes to keep the peace I will credit someone a day’s service and then give them a monthly credit of $10-$15 depending on how they treat me on the phone. But as far as company policy goes, if you’ve lost a day you’ll get credited a day.

  • TraceyKent Tracey Kent (@TraceyKent) reported

So easing up on 33 hours with no home internet service from Rogers. @RogersHelps Kleinburg.

  • babypenguino x (@babypenguino) reported

@RogersHelps @Justin64190239 Ok but what about the fact that I had service for a few hours but now it’s completely gone again??? Wtf is happening

  • mrjsouth Margaret Southwell (@mrjsouth) reported

@rogers... still sporadic problems with internet. TV cannot find channels and cannot connect to apps through the internet.

  • shollins77 Sarah Hollins 😷🇨🇦♈️🐾 (@shollins77) reported

@Rogers is still not working properly. TV keeps going out. Fix your damn network! Enough. #rogersoutage

  • axwong AlexW (@axwong) reported

@RogersHelps Totally unacceptable for a major service provider sustaining an outstanding for more than 8 hours without redundancy and business continuity. Hardware software issues notwithstanding.

  • BEPC22087964 Middle Minded (don’t fall off the edge ) (@BEPC22087964) reported

@birgitomo @Rogers Explain how that would prevent more than a fraction of the people effected by the next outage.

  • RLNimbus VRNimbus (@RLNimbus) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Any chance for an update? My home phone works but net still down, support lines too busy to get thru and it’s been 7 hours since the last tweet. Could at least communicate with your customers…

  • SmuggyBear80 Indigenous Man (@SmuggyBear80) reported from Calgary, Alberta

The #rogersoutage is nothing less than an event. An eye-opening event. Companies like @Rogers cannot have a monopoly on wireless/wireline networks. We've got to let @JustinTrudeau @theJagmeetSingh know that this country cannot experience a large scale outage like this again.
