@michie_frank @Rogers Absolutely call and discuss this with them, because there are other providers. See if they'll put a monthly credit on your bill so you don't have to go through the hassle of switching. If not, I've been very happy with my Bell Fibe service

@Rogers My bill has gone up by $28.34 a month. Called your customer "service" line. Wait time ? One hour and 20 minutes!!! No option to be called back. This is not service. @CRTC PLEASE! We need relief from these large monopolies who upcharge loyal customers.

@RogersHelps Help me with what? I understand the issue. Nothing can be done from my end to fix this.. Clearly in Rogers hands as my IP is fine. The location my tablet identifies as is clearly marked for blackout, when it shouldn't be. Who can fix that = Rogers. Correct your blackout zones.

@RogersHelps I'm in alberta and I'm blacked out from watching the canucks game on NHL live. The whole point of NHL live is to watch out of market games. according your own blackout restrictions, it should be availiable
