@JohnHaleCrimLaw Sadly administrative justice moved completely online. On surface sounds good... Just before great @Rogers outage LTB Member kept losing connection. Then I lost connection I was forced to conduct direct examination of my client by telephone!

@RogersHelps I have been charged $80.25 on my bill for a service that was never activated and completed, I had to cancel the number port as it was not supported. I am not paying for something that I did not use because Rogers did not support it.

@RogersHelps Man, I don't care. This is just another glaring example of how Rogers doesn't do what it says. Just like you aren't Canada's most reliable network, nowhere in any of the letters or press releases did the CEO say NEXT bill. "Proactively credit", doesn't mean in two months

@RogersHelps (team owner and rights holder) might be choking my bandwidth so it’s hard to watch @BlueJays on @AppleTVPlus ? Or maybe more problems?

Wasn't @Rogers suppose to be issuing 5 days of credit, per line, due to the outage? Cause I don't see any credit on my $391 phone bill.

@paulsparalegal @Rogers True, there's always the risk of internet issues. On the other hand, I've had court cancelled several times because of dangerous driving conditions. During the pandemic I did a number of trials online that would have been cancelled in person because of snowstorms.

Dear @Rogers @RogersHelps and @BlueJays - the fact that as a Rogers Ignite customer with TV, Internet, phone and 4 cell lines cannot watch the game tonight - despite an the fact that I pay for a premium sports package - just plain sucks. In fact, it's absolutely ridiculous. #BOO
