@vote4robgill @Rogers I'm a former Rogers customer, which means I was gouged for yrs! I should get credited too. Ripped off and gouging is the real issue. How about that?

@Rob16921 @Rogers Our service seemed to be restored around 6:40pm. We just successfully streamed a show. Not wanting to push our luck, we’re taking this as a win and going to bed.

@RogersHelps @AboutRogers Can you advise what mathematical calculations/equations #Rogers will be using for said credit: (billing cycles, service type, by hour, etc)? Annoyed and frustrated customers want to know. FYI - #IgniteTV ain't working "fully" Keeps cutting out.

@MellisaWonch @RogersHelps What’s the credit going to be? 2 days full service isn’t going to be enough to keep me.

@vote4robgill @Rogers Oh **** right off. Service went down for 13 hours and thry are already crediting you 2 days. If there was a bigger problem such as not being able to get through to 911, file a lawsuit. Leave the overworked underpaid customer services representatives alone.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Prt 1. My Home Service is not restored. As a CS major with 30+ years exp. with startups to big conglomerates, I know small things may fall through the cracks sometimes despite adhering to best practices, but 2 successive major fowl-ups shows a cultural failure that will repeat.
