SO @Rogers billed me for a netflix account which I didn't order. I call them to complain about it and they tell me this is a Netflix problem not theirs. Ummmm no jackass I didn't order it and YOU are billing me for it. This is definitely a ROGERS PROBLEM.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Over 40 minutes on hold, got to speak to someone only to have the system frozen so that she couldn’t hear me. I could hear her. Left me hanging while she arranged her break, went on break, then I hung up with no resolution to my concern.

@RogersHelps are you kidding me? Wifi problems for weeks. Senior tech attended home last Saturday. Hours and hours on hold. Ignite loaner modem was trash...reconnected old modem this afternoon, now my home security is not working!!!! No problem with your direct billing system!!

2/2: In other news, I have been dealing w/ frustrating customer service experiences w/@bell_support 📞 for the last 3 months. 😭 It was enough that I changed providers & went over to @rogers. I loved Bell’s services but there is a really low chance I’ll be a customer again. 👎🏽😔

@RogersHelps May 4th. Having internet issues. Is the server down ?? Please respond ASAP as your customer service people don't know anything on the phone or chat. My mom's and my internet is super low speeds. Can't do anything

@dmrider Canadians are told stay at home to help crush COVID. EXCEPT these selfish, entitled wealthy ASSHATS who believe rules DON'T apply to them. COVID is raging in ON, people are dying, doctors, nurses, educators & kids on the brink but Suzanne & Ed @Rogers just HAD to get away??!!
