Hey @RogersHelps how long is it exactly that you expect customers to stay on hold for service? Greater than 1 hour? I've been told that my issue can only be resolved over the phone.

Hi @RogersHelps your customer service is beyond horrible. I've been dealign with an issue since Nov 27. I cannot access my bill or my account. Your customer service tells me no one is available. Very unhappy customer.

@RogersHelps My services have been fully restored and functional since about 9:45 or 9:50 since the Wi-Fi briefly crashed again for 5 minutes and the TV It was for about 5 minutes before coming back online again. I'll do a DM about the confirmed outage in Unionville earlier though
