@Rogers another outage it seems, this is like a daily chore, get into a call with tech support, wait for 1 hour in the queue, then they say they cant help, pathetic. intermittent internet issues for past 3 months with no resolution

@AshleyBotting @RogersHelps I left their internet a month ago because of Mar-a-Lago and they also keep calling and calling and sometimes ask why I left but most of the time just hang up on me. @RogersHelps stop calling or I will cancel business line too.

@RogersHelps How about automatically refunding customers when your systems are down? You know it happened, yet you do nothing. I shouldn't have to be on hold for an hour to request a credit.
