@Rogers is your network so ****** that you yourself (the person who controls the Twitter account) cannot tweet an update to your users that over pay for your ****** service? Also in that same breath "we are working quickly to resolve the issue" is not an update

@jcorriv35 @RogersHelps Whatever the cause is, it's a huge fail on their part. What worse timing could be possible, right in the middle of a pandemic when everyone is waiting for pharmacies to call them with vax appointments.
