Who else is trying to leave @Rogers after today's outage? I've been trying to contact @RogersHelps for many hours and they are conveniently "closed" every time I call. I must be an idiot for thinking a communications company would be able to communicate with their customers 24x7.

@BenGordon92 @RogersHelps @LeafsLindsay These cheap bastards will only credit you for the # of days that they are down! So if you pay $60 month for cell service and if it takes 2 days to fix this issue, you will GET A MEASLY CREDIT OF $4.00 +HST WHICH IS A ****** JOKE ESPECIALLY IF YOU LOST BUSINESS REVENUE ETC.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Your *billion dollar* telecom company’s incompetency has put people in danger, emergency line was disabled, small businesses were affected and the credit you’ll be offering won’t be enough to cover for the damages that you’ve caused. Shame on you!

@RogersHelps @Rogers I pay for a 911 service with @koodo. Does this mean I’m getting a rebate, too? What about LITERALLY every Canadian? We should all get rebates. #RogersOutage
