    @RogersHelps So again, the responsibility for your technology not working is on the customer and then you have the nerve to suggest I purchase it again!

    So frustrating to be doing an online chat with @RogersHelps rep only to have the session time out after rep leaves for 2 mins. That was after a 25 mins conversation where he wasn’t even listening to my issue. An issue that their credit dept caused. 🤬

    @ColinPenner @RogersHelps Bell is generally accepted to be superior to Rogers in almost all areas. That could be the problem.
