    @RogersHelps Did you even look at the chat records!!! I was on & off until 1130- 7 hours without service. 3 hours on & off the chatbot throughout the night and you want ME to keep trying to get a hold of YOU to fix your service!!! I had to go into the office because there was no internet.

    Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps , your service is terrible, the technician you guys sent didn't do anything. The call wait times are insane and the online support is useless. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

    So @Sportsnet jacks up the price of their subscription service but offers less @NHL games, and now Prime is covering playoff hockey. The greed is out of control. The fans are being treated like marks and it needs to stop. @Rogers is the worst company in Canada.

    @RogersHelps Arrived. LOL - late - Improperly equipped /informed to even start the process. - had to ask home owner where the Rogerโ€™s field /street infrastructure is located then had to call the office for more help; โ€ฆโ€ฆ so far
