@RogersHelps Our business phone is on Rogers. We lost a lot of income due to the outage and we aren’t the only business to experience that. It was a #disaster however for those who needed emergency services but couldn’t call 911. #ExplanationNeeded

@Rogers better think carefully as to the compensation. Most, including me, believe a 1/30 credit would be insulting considering all the revenue businesses have lost due to the outage. If thats all they will compensate, I guarantee a mass exit. I already did. #rogersoutage

@AboutRogers @Rogers Why don’t you get your tech support people to either attend the live chat messages, or the phone calls, or allow us to break the contract without penalty. Because your virtual assist says there are no problems in my area but I have #nointernet

@vote4robgill @Rogers Interesting. I was not impacted by this outage but used to have cable with Rogers. It once went out for two days when they accidentally buggered the line during some nearby development. I was credited at least $30 and that was just TV, nothing urgent.

@RogersHelps I find it difficult to believe the accuracy of the above. I am in Richmond Hill Ontario. No service. The hold time at customer service is over three hours. At 7AM on a Sunday morning. Anna won’t take texts. Can’t deal with the volume. #rogersoutage “Vast Majority”I doubt it

@Rogers @skye_casey No TV service for 3 days now. Mostly no internet either and when it was up was painfully slow. No down completely again. Called Rogers, after 6 different menu prompts, message said unable to answer my call... just pathetic!
