Michele Abdon (@ItsMikaReal) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps My internet has been down all afternoon, and I’ve been on hold for 1.5 HOURS trying to get support. This is completely unacceptable. How long are customers supposed to wait just to speak to someone? I need this fixed ASAP.

Landon Creasy (@landoncreasy) reportedSo… @Rogers @RogersHelps that’s a no on #help then? Fantastic. Oddly ironic a company that sells phones and phone services is impossible to reach by phone.

Aakash (@aakashkapadia) reported@RogersHelps hangs up on you after an hour because they know you have nowhere else to go. Peak Canadian monopoly behavior. Zero accountability, extortionate pricing, and third-rate support. Burning my money would be more satisfying. #rogers

Token 🏴☠️🖭 (@jnarai) reported@sameo416 @Rogers ******* gross of Rogers for trying to make the customer responsible for replacing equipment destroyed by a wildfire, the eqpt should be written-off by Rogers for all impacted. You're right, CRTC doesn't allow companies to charge a fee past when the service was accessible.

FK (@dagdakiayaz) reportedHey @Rogers, I requested to move my internet service last month. A technician came out and told me that the Telus cable currently in use is provided by my landlord, while the Rogers cable is buried behind the drywall. Apparently, I now need to hire a third party to demolish the drywall and access the Rogers cable just to get my internet installed. Is Rogers going to help resolve this, or should I just switch to @TELUS?
-
Rich (@GRichM77) reported@RogersHelps i already have a ticket open. that's the **** show of service that they are providing. 3 weeks of waiting, for that #chatr

banana Appleton (@appleton_banana) reported@RogersHelps No, not a review. You used to be able to get customer service help for any subject on social media messr (ie fb) Now you are sent thru a rabbit hole of the Rogers website. I want to talk to a human not AI bot about being permitted to pay on the due date of my bill as I have been

A Co (@Ady_Co) reported@RogersHelps Yes it shows that my area is down. However it doesn’t explain why my cell phone is operating slower than 3G!
-
Aakash (@aakashkapadia) reported@RogersHelps An hour on hold, a sudden dial tone, and zero solutions. @Rogers executives are pulling in millions while their support team literally just unplugs the phone to hit their KPIs. The most expensive, useless network in North America. #rogers
