    Bought a new home in Ottawa and was told @Rogers and @Bell_Support had special promotions. Rogers is the only one that called with an offer and so far have knocked it out of the park! Was always a loyal Bell customer.

    The amount of times @RogersHelps has service problems is ridiculous for what I'm paying for. And if it's just my phone, I guess the company saw I was passed my two years and want me to buy new so they are making it have issues ughhh

    @RogersHelps why do you guys keep charging me more and more every year for the bundle? And when I try to move to another service provider, you guys suddenly give a good rate? But when I ask through customer service, they can’t do anything? I now have to pay $158.19/month

    @Rogers Why is it every phone I get seems to stop working properly right when the contract ends...no reason it's all internal nothing broken just the apps and the programming. Funny how that works. Seems like another scam. Pay us for phones that break
