@HowTrotter @Kompski @RogersHelps It's been confirmed that this was some kind of maintenance/ network update gone wrong but I agree if unacceptable for a million or billion dollar company and that being one of the main competitors in Canada doesn't prevent it from being hacked or cyber attack

@cylofive_Gaming @lisaverdon @RogersHelps Goes bigger than just cell service, ****** over 911 dispatchers and debit services. Also yeah, even if its only for one day they still are charging for a service they aren't providing and should refund that service cost they couldn't provide.

@RogersHelps Here in Ottawa we have a lot of lag...supposed to have a 75mps connection...only getting 15 with very high latency...cannot use netflix, crave etc...going on 3 days is pretty bad

@CTVNews Receiving texts/SMS from 3 days ago, just this morning...internet especially streaming still buffering...so will the credit be for number of days of outage AND inconsistent service?? @RogersHelps
