    @RogersHelps Line down on access to beach by my place will be covered in snow tomorrow. Perfect conditions become a trip wire for people accessing the beach and for snowmobilers also accessing it. Please help b4 Monday am scheduled repair b/c possibly very dangerous.

    @RogersHelps Cable line is down at public access road to a beach beside my place. My services working but when it snows tomorrow cable line could become a trip wire for those accessing the beach. Rogers support said Monday. Seems rather late if wire is obscured by snow. Help.

    @RogersHelps I still get that message. Call, press one for new service and then the message that my call cannot be completed as dialed. Really want to discuss switching to Rogers, but you guys are making it impossible.

    @RogersHelps y’all are too jokes man. You send me an email an hour after the outage saying my services are down. Then you send a notification to the wrong phone number saying it’s fixed. Get your stuff together.

    @Rogers Removed Crave from account 3 times now (once online and twice by phone)! It does not show up as an existing subscription but I continue to get charged for it each month. So much time taken to try and solve this simple issue! Frustrated by this continued charge!

    Having trouble returning a piece of equipment to Rogers after we got rid of home phone. Can't identify what they mean by "MTA Equipment Rental". After 2 hours on the phone, getting no help from @RogersHelps. Does anyone have a picture of this thing?

    @ThePuRRRBlog @RogersHelps Hoping your issue was resolved! It takes so long to even get a simple update re; an outage or work being done in the area. Mine is finally up and running but it’s been days of connectivity issues.

    @RogersHelps I'm home again...sorry had a catastrophe (we've had no internet really for the last 3 days!) & I have an 18yr old girl & 16yr old man...its not fun...help me upgrade my device & modem pls!!
