@RogersHelps It happens to both live and recorded programming. I have an iPod Touch running iOS 15.7.1 and the app functions properly so it seems to be an iOS 16.1 issue.

@RogersHelps Or you could say what the problem is instead of making your customers waste time jumping through hoops. You know that I know that you know I am not uniquely without service but rather one of thousands experiencing the same outage for the same reason.

@RogersHelps Yes, doesn’t work, still have the issue , even after rebooting the ignite modem and tv box where has the Bluetooth connection, Ican only assume it’s a recent ignite tv upgrade that has to do with wireless Bluetooth connection ! The AirPods are Bluetooth fine with other devices .
