Not impressed @RogersHelps we need our Internet to watch tv. Please get it up and running sooner then later. I don’t want to use my data when I can use wifi instead. The tower you installed should have fixed this issue. I hope I get some money back for services I’m not getting

@RogersHelps a Rogers tech (linkon) just left my 80yr old in-laws house. They got a new modem. The tech set it up so that the modem was left in front of the TV blocking the screen. Not a big deal for me to fix but a giant pain for an 80yr old to figure out.

@Rogers I've signed up for the service for about a week and used it 3 or 4 times now and it has happened everytime. At first I chalked it up to server issues, they happen at times, but it did not rectify itself. I don't want to have to enter two sets of credentials every 15 minutes.

@RogersHelps our internet has been down for over 1.5 hours. What's the nature of the outage and when do you expect service to be restored to Pickering? People need to work from home. (I don't need the stock answer that it could take 24 hrs and 'most issues' are resolved in 3-5hrs
