    @Rogers I am still being billed for the service(SHM) that is not working for more than a year. More over, I cancelled the same approximately 5 months back. I spent hours and hours on phone with representatives. Nothing more... What a service is this? Horrible...

    @Rich_Mellon @BlueJays @Rogers I think the issue could come in the budget while trying to sign one of the big name FA. With the reports of a 160-180 budget stuff could add up quickly. They probably have a plan, and might prefer some other guys more. Who knows.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers My acc no for Ignite Internet is 896973963. I was promised my bill amount will continue the same, but now it has come to be doubled. Please fix the issue. I cannot pay $136 a month for a service plan of just $62.

    @Rogers Spent way too much time on the phone with Rogers today. We still have no internet or TV. To help facilitate a timely resolution they canceled our service call. Sarcasm. One rep said it’s a general outage and the next guy we spoke to denied it. Help please. Someone?

    OK @Rogers @Bell Phone call uptime 99% phone call uptime is literally the same as any customer having a dropped call every 100th minute This is indisputable The only other thing is counting texts as service And deciding what the number is in the first place @Verizon

    @RogersHelps Sure for PR this sounds great! However when you have a phone with advanced modem that allows higher speed and I’m sitting literally next to the modem, this explanation is unacceptable. I’ve used CAT5e cable and I have numerous interaction numbers explaining my case. No resolution
