@RogersHelps hi the last two nights when we try to see and record jeopardy channel 25 or channel 9 ottawa it won’t show up on channel 9 and channel 25 won’t record. It’s almost like the service doesn’t switch to the signal at 730. I would be happy if we could record it help

@RogersHelps Is there refund options for Sportsnet Now? I signed up as an NHL Live customer from last year but your service is horrendous compared to what we had last year. I’ve had the service for less than a week. I’ll look for other options for NHL games this season.
