@RogersHelps Well it's something that #RogersBank supports. #Fraud dept agreed the charge is suspicious but stuck to their script. I'm going to pay this garbage charge and saying goodbye to @Rogers. NO ONE should be using this bank. Won't ever consider other @Rogers services because of this.

@Rogers no matter how many times you call over a 2 year. And tell them you're getting dropped calls the Internet doesn't work you have to travel 10-15 minutes out of the way and all they say is did you turn your phone on and off try resetting your phone

@Rogers @RogersBiz @RogersHelps What a farce! An organization (renowned), has pathetic customer service. No one to attend their call centers, offers for services which they do not honor and a Loyalty program which makes you feel like a pauper. Had that experience, let me know.

@Rogers I had a new hardware and was told by agent that connection fee is waived off. When I called in again next day was told there are no notes to reflect waiver. What should customer do better next time instead of relying on what agent is supposed to do ?

@RogersHelps so I take a fancy new internet connection after changing from my awesome @Bell_Support - now I see some one time charges of 150 dollars which was clearly waived off when speaking to sales rep and again confirmed with Customer rep.. really regret this now - how to ?
