@RogersHelps Funnily… it just went down again for the second time today. Super unacceptable.

  • ish_pre Ishwara Prematunga (@ish_pre) reported

@RogersHelps CTV news story I linked earlier identified a major problem with your authentication process. As 1 of 2 major telecoms in Canada why do you not use text-to-verify? Or perhaps, internally notify the tech support agent that caller has selected "following-up" on a previous ticket.

  • RickyZimmerma17 Ricky Zimmerman (@RickyZimmerma17) reported

@RogersHelps Bell fiber will be available here very soon and rogers will be gone. My 2 internet accounts and 5 cell phones. That's what happens when your network goes to crap

  • RickyZimmerma17 Ricky Zimmerman (@RickyZimmerma17) reported

@RogersHelps My ignite 1000mbps internet sucks on a sunny day.

  • Chocolat_Kay ♡ Anna B ♥ (@Chocolat_Kay) reported

@RogersHelps You're trying to tell us we're not gonna have service ????

  • RickyZimmerma17 Ricky Zimmerman (@RickyZimmerma17) reported

@RogersHelps Its congestion plus rogers tv boxes now uses the internet, which I do not have, but it made things worse for customers. Rogers isn't fiber, and the network is going to crap.

  • nigiljones nigil jones (@nigiljones) reported

@RogersHelps Hi facing internet outage in Scarborough region. How long does it take for the service to be restored?

  • oshi_mikan Mikan 🧡🍊🧡 (@oshi_mikan) reported

@RogersHelps Considering your day to day service isn’t great, I’m not optimistic about winter storms. I tried DMing you and the person I spoke to stopped responding and then someone new started a conversation like the previous one hadn’t happened. Not inspiring.
