    I've been on hold for over 2 hours with @Rogers and the Customer Service rep hasn't even provided an update on what's happened... This is horrible and completely unprofessional.

    @REWoman @Rogers I had the same experience with Fido(a Rogers owned company) legacy customer for 27 years. New customer offers have been nearly continuously lower. Eventually, a business Package became available at another provider where I could get nearly 3 for 1 plus biz perks, etc, so I left.

    I am not a Roger wireless customer. And likely won’t ever be now. I’ve been called 11 times this weekend (8today alone) by their sales team. I have asked every time to take my number off their list. Also, I am on the do not call list. @RogersHelps how bout some help!

    @RogersBiz Great suggestion, didn't expect much here. I have been calling your tech support since a month everyday they put bandages , i lost 100's of $$ in business .

    @buddabudden @RogersHelps Alot of ppl have no internet or TV in mount peral. We are also forced to use rogers because power lines are underground without fibre. I get there are outages but roger lack of information is terrible
