Stephen Jackman (@SteveJackman) reportedHow in the world did the @CRTCeng allow @Rogers to buy Shaw??? Youโre supposed to protect Canadians itโs your only mandate. The service quality is down the shitter in BC on Rogers(Shaw) Internet. Frequent volume changes on upstream and downstream signals. Automated AI support bots that donโt do **** for anyone. There had to be some back room bribes to allow this farcical deal go through.

Susie (@Susie1283430968) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They all have their call center agents out of the country to save money but I wonder how much they save when customers leave because of the bad experience

Mertecracker (@JWatson42) reported@RogersHelps I have requested to be contacted to resolve an issue by email, but you are continuing to try calling a number that is no longer in service. How can I talk to a human without being able to call from a Rogers SIM? Chat is unable to resolve.

CptNash (@CptNash2) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because since 2008,many companies were offered outsourcing financial incentives and generous tax breaks. I personally was on a team that closed a contact centre in Canada to relocate to the Philippines. I can tell you that it has nothing to do with superior customer experiences.
