@Scramjet99 @CheriDiNovo @Rogers Why, are they service technicians?

  • Laura_Canada Laura Mingail (@Laura_Canada) reported

@beth_janson Consistent accountability to customers should be a priority for any company, and they should not benefit from any government related benefits if they can’t be accountable. A standard @rogers compensation for 2 days of service shows disregard for Canadians.

  • kerosenelive Ren 🎗 (@kerosenelive) reported

@RogersHelps still down in white oaks…

  • Toronmayor2026 Robert Ben (@Toronmayor2026) reported

@RogersHelps But WHAT cause the problem??

  • JeremyDBradley Jeremy Bradley (@JeremyDBradley) reported

@niallison23 @RogersHelps @Rogers The vast majority of wireless customers are on a contract if they want that fancy new phone "free." Our company was released from contracts after Rogers made a big booboo with our account so we have $35/mth service. And we have backup providers for everything. So we're good!

  • GTBilly13 Billy (@GTBilly13) reported

Anyone that has ever phoned @Rogers helpline made this joke yesterday: "Have you tried powering down your #computer and #modem?"

  • NeilGunner Neil Gunner (@NeilGunner) reported

If by "back online" @Rogers means really slow and inconsistent service and inability to use things like FaceTime, then sure, I guess technically people are back online. Way to set the bar pathetically low, @RogersHelps. Do better.

  • karensweetfos karenfoster (@karensweetfos) reported

@Rogers I want to be reinbursed from that whole day outage....

  • ahhegab AhHegab (@ahhegab) reported

@RogersHelps The basic idea of a mobile phone, that it doesn’t lose connection in emergencies. I would rather get a GSM or UMTS service rather than loosing everything. Or even partnership with other networks to get a minimum calling services in case of loosing yours! LTE is not enough!

  • TinaCinBarrie Tina Colangelo (@TinaCinBarrie) reported

@Rogers you're services may be back but your internet service in Stroud/Innisfil still sucks the big one. Omg...fix it already. 6 weeks of pure garbage internet service with no explanation why. You get better service in the country than the city.
