@Rogers @Rogers this is a problem with your customer service department. It took me so long to get to the “right” department it closed & now I have wasted an entire evening listening to the same like 5 songs on repeat and the empty promise that a live agent will help me.

@RogersHelps What does it take for a customer to get service from Rogers? I reached out to you about 3 days ago and you want to communicate thru DM. But nothing happened. No one called. What do we have to do to get help?

@rogers it’s taken 6 months and five interactions trying to get you to stop double billing a 94 yo customer. You had one job: refund charges without cancelling the box she’s using. Task failed successfully.

@harry_fine @Rogers @TorontoStar WTF!? Rents are going up along with costs in my city so why should I take lower rent? With board approved increases, it is hard to keep up with inflation as it is. Why don’t you lower your fees in ?these times

@Rogers worst experience ever. Four days, five calls and being on hold for over two hours and I still can’t speak to a live agent! What a great way to spend a Friday night!
