With Ignite, your home phone does not function during a power outage. My mother-in-law has serious health concerns and they subscribe to a phone-based lifeline service that needs to function 24/7 for their safety. @RogersHelps was unsympathetic and said there was no choice.

The @RogersHelps staff went on to say that there was also no choice but to change their phone number (which they have had for 40 years) to align with this new service. This is unacceptable and shameful. I wish to speak live with someone on this matter immediately.
