    @RogersHelps seriously this is ridiculous. My cellular service was back online early this morning. My Ignite came back around noon was able to watch tv. Now Wi-Fi is great but the TV is awful. No sound or channels not loading. GET IT TOGETHER

    @AboutRogers This is absolutely NOT true. Our service has not been restored, not even intermittently. Zero internet, cable, wifi. I called again a few mins ago…can’t reach a human. the automated message acknowledges we have no service and they’re ‘working on it’. @RogersHelps @Rogers

    @RogersHelps are you going to provide a new update? many people and businesses are still without internet, etc. It appeared restored this morning but went down again for so many. Freaking unacceptable.

    @RogersHelps To Mr Tony Staffieri Critical infrastructure to take outage for over 8 hours with limited to no redundancy and business resumption is more than a disappointment and unacceptable. Root cause not withstanding. Operational risks of Canadian network is vastly exposed to the globe
