Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • gregory_levitt Gregory Levitt (@gregory_levitt) reported

@RogersHelps can I ask my question here or do I need to go through the virtual assistant that then makes you wait for a person to help? I went through that on December 12 but my problem remains

  • DeValera15 Alan Forde (@DeValera15) reported

@praneet_kataria @Rogers @RogersHelps Agree Praneet, am 2:13 into DM w them and hopeless. During call I went to Apple & confirmed that Rogers never registered my AppeCare. Sigh.

  • XLR8NL Opposed Mechanic (@XLR8NL) reported

Wondering if @Rogers has anyone in fleet monitoring their GPS data. A service van doubling the speed limit through a school zone, using the side of the road to get around speed bumps, not stopping at stop signs says they don't #scarystuff

  • GKSchneemann Gordon Schneemann 🇨🇦 🏳️‍🌈 🇺🇸 (@GKSchneemann) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers @CWTAwireless Too bad wireless in Canada is so over-priced—Rogers included.

  • Damnuber let's talk (@Damnuber) reported

@Rogers why'd you just need me to keep contacting you with more information the problem has not been solved there's nothing I can do as I've tried everything you guys have recommended which seems to be just restarting the router. So what information do you guys need

  • otosalex alexotos (@otosalex) reported

For reference, I was kicked out of a work call because the internet went down for 20 minutes and this issue has been ongoing for a month +. @rogers has not been helpful with this issue at all, and they also refuse to offer any sort of real help other than scripted responses.

  • ColonelAngus17 Colonel Angus🍊🌹 (@ColonelAngus17) reported

@Rogers @Sonia_Kang I worked for Rogers as an outsourcer, they would routinely avoid paying commission on sales and sales were prioritized above any customers issue. If you weren't trying to make a sale, you were fired.

  • otosalex alexotos (@otosalex) reported

Here is an actual phone call that happened with @Rogers regarding the internet still going out daily for the last month Rogers: It doesn't seem to be on our end... but we do notice that there is congestion with our network in your area but it doesn't seem to be on our end. :D

  • TaniaFreedman Tania Freedman 🇨🇦 (@TaniaFreedman) reported

My courier package from @Rogers was undeliverable because someone there put an incomplete address. After half an hour of escalating to his boss, customer service says there’s nothing they can do about it, and suggested I call Purolator to sort it out myself. #badcustomerservice

  • mikeoes mike levitsky (@mikeoes) reported

@Rogers 500 down seems great until you realize Rogers throttles speeds as they chose for reasons that benefit them and customers are left confused why speeds arn't as advertised. Stick to smaller providers who are honest and transparent.
