. @RogersHelps there is something that Rogers executives need to realize. Old people use cable because it works. Your service is ****. If it doesn't work, no one is going to pay a fortune for this ****. Fix that service. Fix it.

@RogersHelps Still out in L9W... since Wednesday morning! Keep being told it's being worked on, and could be up to 24 hours for a fix... hard to work from home to pay for a service I don't have! Lost my patience - get this fixed already! @rogers @CRTC
