@RogersHelps after my wait. The rep had to go to the Rogers chat to get my service going. AND still they couldn’t apply it. Come on here. How ridiculous is this. It’s a simple transaction! May as well go to a private company. Honestly.

@DeniseUptownGal @Rogers I'm so sorry that happened to you. Something similar happened when I was younger when I didn't get a notification until AFTER I was beyond the limit. It sucks! I changed provider for the first time in years after that!
