    @RogersHelps 3rd day in a row since the big outage where the TV service has been nightmarish. Can't watch anything live and recordings from last night are all messed up too. What exactly is going on?!?! A 1 day credit is not enough, this is 3 days later and totally unreliable.

    @GurpreetDeol1 @RogersHelps @SukhdeepDeol5 I don't have a problem with it being down..I understand there are circumstances but the fact that we are paying nearly double here in Canada for half the services,I would expect much more reliable service and performance as well as clear and proper explanation as to what happened

    @RogersHelps is there an issue with your tv/internet in Orleans? TRIM ARE, we have rest box and modem 2x. Channel 315 and 251 keep cutting out and freezing for picture and audio.

    @Rogers … Day 4 and STILL my Ignite TV is not working properly. Don’t want to cancel and change companies but willing to soon.

    @RogersHelps Ignite TV in many areas across Ontario (including Maple where I am) is freezing every 2 seconds and the rest of the time no audio... 4 days without proper service. What a joke.
