    @REWoman @SteveJansen99 @Rogers I couldn't agree more. The absolute worse customer service I've experienced.

  • spiffyagain Spiffy (@spiffyagain) reported

    @REWoman @Rogers Their Customer Service sucks. They send you from one disfunctional Department to another, not to mention their outages, so I dumped Rogers long ago. Haven’t regretted it!

    @REWoman @JasonPrez686 @Rogers Cancel and retentions will call you with a good offer. Dont be loyal to corporate greed.

  • Channel83News Channel83 (@Channel83News) reported from Conception Bay South, Newfoundland and Labrador

    @RogersHelps the line has come off the pole for my rogers service and is currently about one foot off the ground and flailing in the wind.

  • TomBerkley6 Tom Berkley (@TomBerkley6) reported

    @REWoman @Rogers 20 years of being a loyal sucker. No such things as loyalty with being Corps if ur a customer or employee. Keep switching between competitors for lowest rates or higher wage if your n employee. Cancel Rogers you will get call from retentions tmrw with lower rate.

  • 7scorenomore Craig McLaughlin (@7scorenomore) reported

    @RogersBiz how do we get in touch with someone competent enough to handle customer billing for my very old mother in law? Hours and hours on hold followed by “we’ve fixed your problem” but they haven’t just isn’t the customer experience we expect.

  • giulianainvan Giuliana (@giulianainvan) reported

    @REWoman @Rogers Telus was the exact same here. Found a plan that would cut my bill by $100/mo. I let them know I had found this deal and what could they do as a 14 year customer? Their “deal” was still $60 a month higher. When I called to cancel the whole thing, suddenly a match ws possible. 🙄

  • FreddyCalipari Freddy (@FreddyCalipari) reported

    @REWoman @Rogers Trick is to cancel and call their winback line. You’ll get the same deal as your son or maybe better.
