@RogersHelps @Ali, I have sent you another DM. This billing issue is not resolved. I am still being charged for the internet and tv cancelled in June and am being called often being asked to pay it. Equipment was returned in June. I have a receipt. Please stop the fraudulent billing.

Waiting in line for tech support from @RogersHelps ... 37-57 min wait time. Then I'm disconnected. Great service. Call back - now an automated msg in place - all internet down in Newmarket. No estimated fix time.
