And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Are you going to provide a credit to all ppl in Ontario? It’s bad enough we are dealing with the covid garbage and these lockdowns and other things. Our only form of communicAtion to our loved ones is via cell phone and home internet. This has caused stresses and more to us all.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Our contract renewal comes up in this September. I’m not going to even begin to tell you how this non existence of cell and data service affected us today. How we’re compensated will determine if we remain Rogers customers. The ball is in your court.
