@RogersHelps I am trying to change/add a new service to my bundle. It shouldn’t be totally impossible for me to speak to someone to get this done. I have tried multiple times a day for four days. When I clicked that I wanted a new service, I immediately got someone who said he couldn’t help

@Rogers You need to stop charging people a month ahead for service they haven't even used yet, it's stupid.

@RogersHelps I don’t even know any more. I have one ticket number and a bunch of interaction numbers. When I use Anna to check my ticket, it doesn’t recognize it. Yesterday when I called apparently that ticket had been resolved, but my issue had not.

@RogersHelps How does someone get technical support for mobile? Your automated system said “we’re busy” and hung up on me.

@RogersHelps Resetting network settings did not work.

@sharongregson @Rogers I feel your pain, Sharon. No idea why big companies cannot remove people from lists. Telus is just as bad.

@Rogers Why are wait times for tech support over an hour !? Do better or at least proactively notify customers that there are tech issues. 🫠

@Rogers: “May we ask why you are cancelling your service after 15yrs?” Me: “I got no time for a company that announces a $4B purchase and not even 24hrs later, terminates 100s of employees and closes down numerous radio stations citing ‘budgetary reasons’….” #FuckRogers

@RogersHelps Wifi calling not working so only way to fix it is by contacting an agent. Even your AI agent said that. Apparently it has to be reprovisioned.

@Starlink I'm looking into it because I'm fed up with @Rogers Their service is continually unavailable and they charge too much. @RogersHelps
