@RogersHelps Hey @RogersHelps, 3 days no service, and counting, transportation company that runs 24/7….no communications with drivers, customers and shippers. Bet your measly compensation won’t cover that loss!

@vote4robgill @Rogers Yes, actually. Service interruptions are very much a first-world problem. It was one day. It does not benefit anyone to be terrible to people to get what you want.

I’ll tag @Rogers as @RogersHelps has not responded. 3 days and service still interrupted in many areas. Can’t imagine how long I would be on hold if I called. Would love to hear if anyone has tried and how long they were on hold.

@TdotTrucker My biggest issues is that not many of the news stations are making much of a deal about people not having access to 911 all across Canada. @JustinTrudeau sir this needs to be addressed. @Rogers

@RogersHelps was just on hold for 45 minutes. Then was transferred and then told they had to high a volume to take my call. Rogers should NEVER be allowed to merge with Shaw. They can’t even manage the company they have.Bell’s looking really good right about now #rogersfail

@Rogers "As CEO, I take full responsibility for ensuring we at Rogers earn back your full trust" The first action to earn back our trust is immediately cease advertising Rogers as "Canada's most reliable network." #rogersoutage #rogersoutage2022
