@RogersHelps This is a great reason to switch to Bell or Telus. Rogers infrastructure is horrible in terms of reliability, management and commitment to quality. What is this, the third time in 5 years Rogers has had a major outage? Telus and Bell at 0 in the same time frame.

@Rogers @RogersHelps my wife has a disability, doesn't work, stays home. I leave early in morn, not realizing there was an outage. She was home all day alone w no entertainment, no TV or internet. Her cell is #Rogers and our home phone is Rogers so no communication.

@thevivafrei @Rogers Perhaps, but lack of competition means more people relying on each provider. So when that provider goes down, it has an outsized impact. Government regulation is a different albatross around the neck of the free market that needs to be addressed *as well*.
