Nearly an hour ago, the @Rogers support line assured me I wouldn’t lose my spot in the queue, and I should hear back from an agent within “11 to 16 minutes”

Going on 48 hours without internet, @RogersHelps sent a tech to the wrong address this morning, tried to book a new appt and was told systems are down and would get a confirmation text later. 3+ hours on and no confirmation or follow up yet 👍🏻

@Rogers Are you trying to sell phones or drive customers to your competition? If Marchand is your idea of a reward then your company has many problems with values and fair play!

@RogersHelps Why should I have to do all of that when I’m driving? And why should I have to deal with poor service in a major city? For the amount we pay for your services we shouldn’t have to

When @Rogers charges you a service fee for nothing I love when a company I’ve been with for over a decade ***** me any time they can it’s incredible I’m cancelling in a world where everything is getting more expensive I’m not just going to sit here and take this!

@Rogers installed internet and phone for my in-laws on Friday. Doesn’t work. Number ported over from another provider, now somewhere in limbo (?) so they can’t receive phone calls. Modem can’t be added to account. No internet. No updates. No estimated time or date for fix. Awful.
