@NotitiaSophos @Rogers This was always so weird to me as an international student, the prices for anything related to network providers were so insanely expensive for how restricted/poor the service was and how few options were out there. I remember being met with condescendence when mentioning it lol

@Teresaq14 @RogersHelps Last night, I was seriously thinking each carrier should have some sort of emergency partnership with other carriers in the event of massive outages like #RogersLetsNotTalkDay so that maybe, the entire nation isn't basically shut down? This seems like a good idea to me. 🤔

@DannyOdoore @GadSaad @Rogers My experience with Rogers has always been the opposite -- they do nothing until you call into their customer service, spend 40 minutes trying to get a human being on the line, they offer you a $5 credit and you need to escalate before they give you anything reasonable.

@RogersHelps waiting on the support line for 2 hours finally someone picked up, she transferred me to other department and the system just said too busy and cut my line. Thank you rogers for making me wait 2 hours for nothing
