    @RogersHelps spent 3 x 1 hour calls w spt after merged w Shaw, u still couldn’t allow me access 2 my mobile account. They said would call back. Never did, was 3mos ago. I have called support 7 more times, waited, call hangs up. Today cut my phone off. I can’t see bill. Not good

    @RogersHelps One of the sensors is not working, a technician came and changed it, but still we’re not able to alarm the system. We’ve called so many times to no avail. Very frustrating and yes to be on hold for almost 2 hrs is a waste of my time.

    @Yuvrajsv1rk @Rogers When I go in person to a @Rogers store, they won't deal with issues (including cancelling contracts), only sales.
