@RogersHelps @CCTS_CPRST I have already restarted my phone. I have reset the network settings on my iPhone. We have reset our network router. None of it works. I believe your provisioning group needs to make a change to allow wi-fi calling on my line.

The time to strike Canadian oligarchs like Telus and Rogers is now AMERICA!! All you’d have to offer is a $60 unlimited data within North America and you’d wipe Rogers and Telus off the map. Thus opening up the internet scheme they run. I don’t even care if the coverage is that great, I can’t even get 5g service on the plains of Sask with @Rogers dog **** service. INVADE THE INTERNET AND CELL MARKET @Verizon IN CANADA YOULL HAVE AN OVER NIGHT CUSTOMER

@RogersHelps Telling a customer one thing and then adding to the cost of a bill is not a good business practice. A long time customer that you are willing to lose may work for you but if doesn't work for me

@RogersHelps @Rogers what a disappointing experienced conversation with your top rep today. Never have i thought Roger's CS support level has gone to so low quality now What a terrible start of the day speaking to someone from Rogers this morning 👎

Remember when Rogers offered buyouts to half their staff? Well, now, when Rogers customers call in to speak to support, you now get AI ASSISTANTS! Not even live agents! If it was an hour of frustration on the phone before, it's 10 times worse! UNACCEPTABLE! @Rogers

@RogersHelps Automatic puts me on t-mobile which is awful and connecting to the good one “AT&T” takes so long. It’s annoying when it used to be a smooth transition after landing in the US
