East meets West (@KeeperOfSheep) reported@Rogers why do you keep calling from 18552526995, but never leaving a message... With scam calls at an all-time high wouldn't it be more productive to leave a brief voicemail and a note on file as to why you're calling ?

Canadian Girl (@ClownsAreEvil) reported@alancross @Rogers Omg so is Bell! Tried to change one thing and it led to 3 weeks of trying to fix it afterwards! Canada's telecommunications companies suck.
-
GQTREBOR (@gqtrebor) reported@RogersHelps your phone system sucks #feedback ******* just hangs up on me time to switch to Telus

🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@alancross @Rogers That’s what’s happens when you lay off your staff and hire 3rd world countries to run your customer service. After 45 years as a customer I cancelled all my services with Roger’s over their “new” customer service

Your choice may not be mine & that's ok! 💙💚🌬 (@jmw52) reported@RogersHelps Where do i start? Mobile app drops internet connection (other streaming apps seemingly do not), recordings missed, recordings saying you're finished watching 5 minutes in. Fast forward or reverse do the opposite. Stop or exit button frequently unresponsive. 2 tvs same issues

Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported@MikeDelpieroX @Rogers I would, but from my experience, the CCTS is as useless as JPEGs to Helen Keller. My last complaint to the CCTS got dragged on for more than a year before they finally tossed me to the curb, despite the fact that I was clearly getting ripped off. They're an absolute joke.

Dave (@Goodwaaan) reportedWhat is the next step to resolve an issue @Rogers ? I literally cant even get on hold in your queue . Is the next step filing a complaint with the CRTC ?
-
susan🌴🇨🇦🇬🇧 (@feb0219) reported@RogersHelps I jus know if tried again, this time I pushed the number to cancel my service!!! Low and behold, my call was answered immediately!!! I was able to talk to a very nice CSR, who was able to take care of my moving services request. It seems the moving option is not a high priority

James Hughes (@JHughes681) reported@MartyYork This should seal Popkins and John Schneider’s fate. Fans who went to today’s game should be demanding refunds. @Rogers should have to pay for this FAILURE. Sponsors seriously need to pull out and stop their financial support. @EdwardSRogers needs to feel some real pain.

Pam Fulford🫐🇨🇦 (@Pam709NL) reported@Rogers you seem to have inserted an unnumbered channel between 20 and 21. Now when I talk into my remote and ask it to go to channel 20 so I can watch CBC News Network, it doesn’t know what to do. No big deal. I can type in 20 but just find it an odd thing to have done.
