    Any Rogers Ignite TV users in the Fredericton area having issues with channels loading slowly and freezing? We have since last night and multiple restarts haven’t solved the issue. Internet and home phone work fine. @RogersHelps

    @RxHavoc @Rogers Spoke to Rogers support. Said there is nothing they csn do and can't issue a refund until it appears on my bill next month.

    @nawazkanji @RogersHelps @murray4908 I was in the same boat, finally spoke to a senior manager who said it was a Yahoo issue. Apparently locked a number of accounts who haven’t changed their password in a “long time”. Only “senior tech support managers” can reset the password I was told.

    @RogersHelps I have not been able to access my email since Friday night. I have spoken to a "specialist" twice. They assure me that when service is restored I will get a text message. But, cmon, 48 hours without email access?!?
