@RogersHelps 2/2. When my phone is searching a network, it should find Fido, period, for LTE or 5G. No network as shown in the picture. Every day. Almost all day.

@RogersHelps I’ve reviewed it and can confirm I was never told. All good. I’ve been a customer over 12 years but today is the last straw.

@RogersHelps It keeps getting better. After 2 hours and 8 minutes now I’m on hold again so I can cancel all my Rogers services.

@RogersHelps Did all of that. Still no service

  • sarahpvictoria
    sarahpvictoria (@sarahpvictoria) reported

@RogersHelps Thanks I will go tomorrow. I’d like know the rationale though for moving to automation-online support but still not being able to email an eSIM QR code. Why are fees going up?

  • shawna_r80
    Shawna R (@shawna_r80) reported

@RogersHelps I did already. You told me to call tech support. I waited 2 hours just to have them hang up on me.

  • john_tucci
    John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported

@RogersHelps How can I? Most of the time you go through the verification and then it says that they are too busy and hangs up. I had to call the sales department and get her to put me through. After support answered, he wasn’t helpful at all. I asked to pass me on to the cancellations.

@CanadasLeafs @Rogers I Waited online for over 2 hours wanting help with a move… and was disconnected. I have been a Roger’s customer for over 35 years and this the peak of horrible customer service. #rogers
