    @RogersHelps No idea how a billion dollar company can’t fix their stuff. I’m paying enough! I got scammed when I signed up to upgrade my XR to the promax..and literally doubling my bill. When I questioned it I was “misinformed by sales staff” stiffing me $130 a month! 😖 phone gonna go back.

    @RogersHelps This is ridiculous, people can't be without service especially service that we as customers pay for. In this day and age a phone is very important. Needs to be back up and running ASAP!!!!

    @RogersHelps Correction- All wireless customers are experiencing a total service outage for all wireless services. Our team is barely working to restore services kind of whenever. We are required to apologize, though we don't really care, and will provide no further updates.

    Wtf @Rogers aren’t you supposed to be “the best” look out shaws next.... Best be taking a hit and crediting is ya for this. I have work to do that I can’t now. So a days pay and my bill will be fine.
