@ChaosCharmer @RogersHelps @Rogers Yeah silly me for relying on a company who's logo is "the most fastest, reliable network ever" Maybe they should have acknowledged the issue at onset instead of waiting til late morning to announce it. Where would I have gone? An overcrowded library who cannot take more clients?

@RogersHelps @RogersBiz This is my second outage in a week 😠 One week ago today was an "area outage" Shame on you. I pay you people more money than any other bill and I'll need to rethink that.

@Joyhenderson78 @RogersHelps Oh but I’m sure we’ll have to call, ask for it, be offered a lowball, worth less than a day’s service, and push for more, right?

@stopthetelusph @FictionalDiary @RogersHelps BGP is a mechanism to exchange routing information between networks on the Internet. The big routers that make the Internet work have huge, constantly updated lists of the possible routes that can be used to deliver each network packet to its final destination.
