@Rogers Are you kidding me! You customer support system sucks. It took me 3 days to get something simple fixed. You want to take over Shaw? I am going to shop my services. I can get support from Apple in a few minutes.

Having problems with my phone so I contacted @Rogers. I'm told I need to be transferred to a specialist so I waited for 5 minutes. Specialist asked me if I restarted my phone. When I said I had they told me they needed to transfer me to a cell phone specialist. Seriously???

You can always rely on @RogersHelps to ruin gaming whenever possible! They might not be reliable with support, providing services, providing just about anything... but boy are they reliable for garbage service all around! Just trying to enjoy genshin and the update, but nahh 😴

So, instead of just letting me cancel my services, @Rogers decided to charge me for the month AFTER I cancelled, didn't send me a bill, but sent me to collections?? How ******** is this business? This is robbery! Get at me @Rogers because no one is giving me answers when I call!

  • P314Steven Steven P (@P314Steven) reported
