@RogersHelps just ran a speed test in Whitby.74 mbps * so now my son has to use my hotspot to complete his college assignments and likely use up all my data giving me an additional expense because the service I’m paying to have doesn’t function at the rate required to use it.

@go_mask @RogersHelps Sss as me for me in North York. Honest to God Rogers is the most unreliable network in Canada. You should be embarrassed after the outages that have happened last summer. Bell never seems to have these issues. Only Rogers. What joke.

He was just reading a script. At the end I asked for a customer service survey. He said I would get it in the email. I have still not gotten it two days later. I ended up having to pay the $600 while @RogersBiz continues fooling people. I wouldn’t have given in but
