@RogersHelps The credit I received for your outage is not correct. On a $355 monthly bill with 5 days credit like you promised does not work out to $5.00….it should be $57.00

Hey Rogers another great start to my work day. My internet drips at 8am, reconnect 20min later, reestablish my connection and it goes down again! Thanks 4th time in the last 3 weeks that I can’t work. More loss pay! @Rogers

@RogersHelps I am trying to add a package -instead you removed other packages and some channels and never added the sports package - every time I try to make a change I need to talk to at least 7 people - which I have now done and I still don't have anything resolved. Terrible.
