  • Daniewitafanie Danielle Jones (@Daniewitafanie) reported

@Invest23TELL @RogersHelps Yeah, I’ll tell my customers to grow up and pay cash bc I’m with out service to run my square. I’ll tell my dad to grow up bc we have no way to communicate bc he’s in the hospital. I’ll tell the companies that I need to pay today to grow up bc I have no access to banking today.

@SierraMikeEcho @Rogers @RogersHelps Yet another 1st world country, with prices too match, not supplying the service or an explanation as to its poor performance. Technology that takes over a prior system that worked is hardly an advancement is it. Greed & corruption most likely the cause.

  • JohnLuchetti John Luchetti (@JohnLuchetti) reported

@RogersHelps sitting here in Brampton and Canada’s Most Reliable network is anything but Reliable. The network is going up and down like a toilet seat in a truck stop! Geez!

  • andyboyce2404 Andy Boyce (@andyboyce2404) reported

@markblei @RogersHelps I’m actually looking into that. In the past it hasn’t been an issue but this outage hit hard!

  • JohnyBlade10 Rebel Scum (@JohnyBlade10) reported

@CanadaBarry68 @Rogers So does this mean u cant use vpn on their network

  • GreyHastur GreyHastur (@GreyHastur) reported

@thevivafrei @Rogers The failure of Government in this situation is its failure to police its own regulations on a private company. Why not make it a thing that when one system goes down, the others pick up the slack? Why is infrastructure a competitive thing at this stage? It is a hinderance!

  • MikeFDavies Mike Davies (@MikeFDavies) reported

@Rogers @Scrabbo_Donk This same answer is copy and pasted to every issue! C'Mon @RogersHelps , surely you are better than this?

  • LuvCan47 Pratik (@LuvCan47) reported

  • dara671 Dara (@dara671) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers Mine is still not working so hell no this is not acceptable. I’m assuming I’m not alone with not having service restored and trying to get through by phone or live chat is a joke.
