Sir Ahole🇨🇦🇮🇪🏴🏴 (@aarsenault72) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers Teksavvy has hreat customer service, but almost never need to call em. Maybe once in almost 2 decades. Had Teksavvy for maybe 12 or 14 years, then had to switch back to Bell for fibre ( before Bell was forced to share infrastructure), because Teksavvy was being crushed with slower speeds. I despise Bell. Their customer service is even worse then Rogers. I switched to Rogers cable high-speed because I just couldn't take Bell anymore. Rogers sucked as well. Finally, Teksavvy secured a high speed Fibre network a few years ago and I switched back.

Jas (@keepontruckin78) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers After Rogers Home phone got bought out and gutted by Primus I left them. The writing was on the wall as they couldn't compete on coverage with Telus in BC and their prices kept increasing for mediocre service.

Coinciding with the launch of Roger’s Satellite, now we regularly and sporadically see “SOS” where our bars should be. What gives?
