    @RogersHelps Since late November, spotty internet, complete disconnect and abysmal speeds. We pay too much for something that does not work half the time! 5 techs came, 1 more tomorrow! I really hope you guys fix your ****. We have to work from home, this is unacceptable !

    @RogersHelps There's no personal info there.. the account doesnt exist, I called Roger's to cancel the account since October and they did not.. the bill kept accumulating and now they are asking me to pay for a line a never used!!! I'm going to sue Roger's if they try to extort me.

    @RogersHelps You didn't answer my question. Do you have the number for customer retention? I've been a Rogers customer for over 20 years and it would be a shame to leave but I also can't justify $200/mo for two phone lines anymore.

    I’m am getting so fed up with the crappy #internet service- ever since #Rogers changed my plan and swapping the modem, I’ve had the worst connection, constantly dropping and can’t add a router bc Rogers modem rtr keeps kicking in. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps Rogers customer care is getting worse day by day. Was way better when I joined them years ago. Doesn’t seems beneficial to remain with this carrier anymore.
