    As much as people are relying on AI for help for customer success. Anytime you ask a question AI is like sorry we can’t help. And people are reducing front line staff Case in point @Rogers. Took me 5 hours to get in touch with a human. I tried live chat and I just got moved around 3 times and I am still waiting. AI simply isn’t there yet. Hire more people and train them or at least train your AI better please

    @JayGenXer @Rogers I’ve been trying to call, but the AI just keeps telling me to try again later. Now I have to go to a physical store just to remove one of the add-ons. @Rogers sucks.

    @Loveataurus @Rogers Drives me nuts. If I block a number why would they let it still leave a vm? Like make it make sense. So aggravating. Im thinking of changing carriers. I have 3 phones with "unlimited" data. The highest internet which seriously sucks *** goes out more than its on 1/2
