@RogersHelps Man, I don't care. This is just another glaring example of how Rogers doesn't do what it says. Just like you aren't Canada's most reliable network, nowhere in any of the letters or press releases did the CEO say NEXT bill. "Proactively credit", doesn't mean in two months

  • BenDaPonte BenDaPonte (@BenDaPonte) reported

Dear @Rogers @RogersHelps and @BlueJays - the fact that as a Rogers Ignite customer with TV, Internet, phone and 4 cell lines cannot watch the game tonight - despite an the fact that I pay for a premium sports package - just plain sucks. In fact, it's absolutely ridiculous. #BOO

  • DrDDOM DMartin (@DrDDOM) reported

Is @Rogers down again? Or is this just us?

  • nfld_trudy Trudy (@nfld_trudy) reported

@RogersHelps Daily disruption with internet connection - especially during Zoom calls or when watching streaming channels. End up turning off video during calls because of unstable connection notification or call freezing.

  • funseekr Funseekr (@funseekr) reported

@cablecableinc @rogers what is going on with service in the Kawarthas tonight?! Let's see how fast I can change ISP after tonight! Because 3.5 hours and counting to stream a 90 minute movie is not worth what I'm paying you.

  • ScottKAnderson Scott Anderson (@ScottKAnderson) reported

Can’t wait to see the case study about the @Sportsnet @BlueJays @rogers communications fail today. PR101 would have helped

@RogersHelps @_sgg_ “Hope to take a look”. How’s about we just look for another provider? *Canada’s most unreliable service provider.
