@Rogers It's complete unreliable CRAP! Stay away! #cancelrogers

@Rogers Then I’m told to call back in 2–3 hours—no option for a callback either. Paying premium prices, but this definitely isn’t premium service. @Bell be seeing a new customer in the near future

@RogersHelps does Rogers still have a retention department or do these Customer service reps take care of that?

@RogersHelps Too late. I'm cancelling. It's been going on for two weeks and the "help" techies tell me they've fixed it. No use for this anymore with my current deal ending in three weeks.

@RogersHelps @Sportsnet the unhelpful tech support just yold me "if you want to watch the complete game, record it". THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING THE GAMES "ON DEMAND"? It is WILDLY false to advertise, and have people pay for, cable packages that include "on demand" replays of nhl games

@RogersHelps Oh don’t worry, he will cancel our account with Rogers. Enough is enough, our money is good but not enough to give us service, got it.

@RogersHelps It either applies or it doesn’t, you can’t play both sides. When you ran out of answers you starting asking for my husband. The decision to cancel is mine… funny how that works out. You pissed off the person who makes the decisions.

Thanks @Rogers... Your website said that service would be back by 7 PM... 7 PM comes around, and now it's saying 8 PM. Seriously, you need to do better. I'm sick of the constant false advertising from your company! #CRTC

@RogersHelps @MannySforza Except cancel, that should be a no brainer. ”Press here to cancel and print a return shipping label.”

@RogersHelps Troubleshooting won't help when my whole neighborhood is down.
