@Rogers @MsKimR @Rogers what about all the people you screwed out of work hours and the ones that were hurt or in trouble or worse and couldn't get thru to a 911 service you have a legal responsibility to keep up regardless ..

@CottageLife420 @Rogers My coverage suddenly went down as well.

@RogersHelps Very frustrated that tv service keeps cutting in and out and online pages taking a while to load since you “restored” service yesterday. Wondering when this glitch will be fixed? So much for watching Wimbledon in real time! #rogersoutage

Linda, Covid Cigarette anyone? 💋🚬 (@Linda11119465) reported

@Robert95927662 @CheriDiNovo @Rogers Wish I'd known that, I spent the day worrying and figuring I'd run to a friend's house if we had an emergency. It was nerve-wracking to say the least!

@RogersHelps @BrendaM41641614 We still have the same internet outage since Friday morning, this is the third day. Postal code L5M5E2. We depend on the service to do our jobs from home. If you don’t restore the service today we will not able to work on Monday. That’s really a big problem.

@vote4robgill @Rogers The other thing is we don't have enough tech policy experts. The govt does need to investigate but they are also so far behind in understanding some aspects of this - aside from lack of competition. I am assuming there could have been a nat'l security issue too?

  • RyanfromOttawa

$250.00 a month @Rogers I think we deserve better service and an answer to my DM's. #rogersoutage

@vote4robgill @Rogers This is nothing for all the trouble I had to deal!

  • JoshForGuelph
    Joshua Redwood (@JoshForGuelph) reported

@Linda11119465 @CheriDiNovo @Rogers Yep, people were using the emergency line for rogers and telecommunications outages instead of calling for a real emergency. Just like how people call 9-1-1 over the amber alerts going off in the middle of the night

    Charles Adler (@charlesadler) reported

If you're working in the exec suite @Rogers and think @VassyKapelos isn't going to ask about concentration of telecommunications power, you're suffering an outage. Take the payout.
