Today I am recovering from my latest attempt to get any level of service from #Rogers @RogersBiz @RogersHelps . I simply could not face the effort again today. They make it very hard to be their customer. Will try again next week.

@RogersHelps You need to review your processes. You booked a service call for me that took place at 4 pm today & the tech confirmed my modem was dead & replaced it, fixing my issue. 2 hrs later you texted to say issue was part of larger problem & you were canceling my service appt. 😒

@NBurton27 @camcharronyvr NHL Live on Samsung tablet and Xbox One were the best, probably because the MLB people had perfected their craft and listened to their customers. @RogersHelps is horrible.

@Rogers I have been facing issue of unknown long distance from a long time. I am tired of paying 1 dollar per minute. There is no warning when a international call is made. What kind of loot is this. Most of people I know are facing this issue.
