@RogersHelps In Calgary and I don't have any cell service since this morning. In this age an outage for this long is unacceptable. We cannot do our business without these communication tools.If my business is suffering because of you then you as a company need to pay up.

@SteveClarkeMLB @Rogers Bad take. It’s a global pandemic where people NEED this connection. They could say that they expect service to be back tonight/tomorrow/next week so that people can figure out their life.

Oh hey, Twitter! It’s been a minute. A lot has changed since my last tweet BUT you know what hasn’t? @Rogers being next to useless. It’s been almost 24hrs without service 🤬#rogersoutage I normally don’t care about these issues, but a 24hr mobile blackout is ridiculous.

It was on that 7km walk into town to get help, that I realized just how appalling it is that @Rogers is STILL failing to provide customers with reliable service decades later yet our phone plans just keep rising $$$. Unacceptable. This isn’t a new complaint @RogersHelps
