@gmbutts @Rogers Since you travel to the US on business frequently you should see if you can get a phone from T-Mobile. They offer unlimited voice in 🇨🇦 🇺🇸 🇲🇽 and unlimited data worldwide. We kept out American phones when we moved here because Canadian carriers are terrible.

@RogersHelps is Quite possibly the worst customer service company in North America. Returned the equipment 6 months ago, received confirmation of this, yet still billed for it. Have called once a week for the past 6 months and am continually told it is being taken care of....

@gmbutts @Rogers Been with Rogers for almost 30 years, been satisfied for the most part over the years with any issues that have arisen, after last contract expired was told dad to pay a hefty premium for new phone and needed to be returned or bought out after two years, would of tripled my bill!

@gmbutts @Rogers I own my phone now and just use their network, no contract. When I'm not happy with them I just threaten to leave and quickly issues get corrected.

@RogersHelps @gmbutts Lol. I was a customer for 20 years. Never missed a payment. Phone and internet. 15 min at Virgin cut my bill in half. Never been happier. Also, you own the Jays but refuse to spend any money to build a winning team. Your the Yankees that run the club like the rays. It’s gross.
