@melaniesimoesre @Rogers I feel that pain. We've had techs out, and they always point to there being too much noise in the neighbourhood. They file the complaints with Rogers, but until they fix the main trunk in the neighbourhood, we get daily drops. Sometimes 8-10 times!

@David_Moscrop @RogersHelps I use a data-only pay-for-use plan from Virgin Mobile meant for tablets ($25-45/mo depending on how much I leave the house), paired with Fongo for my phone service (free domestic calls, 6 months of global texting for $16, and I even got to choose my own number).

@Wilnerness @Dan_Dickerson Disappointing having to listen to the opposition broadcasters talk about their team playing ‘our’ team. Good mic work on their part; too bad @Rogers doesn’t have their own broadcaster. Oh wait...

@RogersHelps No, I’m on hold - STILL. At this point 3x as long as I was when the first operator (Brandon in Halifax) put me back in the cue. Stop apologizing and provide customer service that matches the ridiculous rates you charge for your service. #onholdalldamnday #everytime

@Rogers is THE worst phone company. This is the third time in a month that I have caught them trying to charge me more money without informing me of changes and other issues. SCAAAAM

I have to say that I was quite shocked that @RogersHelps made no attempt to save my business before I switched over to @virginmobilecan . I thought being a customer for 7 years would have warranted something. Oh well

@RogersHelps Hey @RogersHelps, that link to check service interruptions don’t work, what is the point of pinning a link that never works? How do I check the service that seems to be down on my area?

Hey @RogersHelps I finally gave up on my modem and switched for a new one. Activated my wifi but the 5g network is not showing. Can you dm me how I fix that?
