@AboutRogers @Rogers Tony one word, redundancy. Cause it seemed like the whole network was working off of one laptop today.

@oneflysubie @CityNewsTO @Rogers You will never see a $25 credit from these pennypinchers! You will be lucky if you get a $5 credit from these slimeballs! If I had a small business and if I lost a lot of money due to their stupid outage, I would sue their sorry *** in small claims court!

@CTVNews @Rogers should give the public & businesses the real number about how long their network will be down cause it seems they don't care what's happening. They could've gotten more programs out right away other than saying it's going to take until Monday to get everything up again.

@RogersHelps 4 hours for a response to the country is not acceptable. I understand problems happen, even with top stable systems, but open upfront communication is a priority.

@pollyhfx46 @RogersHelps yeah stuff goes down which is why you build failsafes! it is extremely unlikely that every single failsafe is going to go down, especially if you build it correctly!

@RogersHelps My services are not yet restored. Despite charging premium rate for the internet service you guys have a Stone Age tech to serve 9Mn retail consumers and govt services , not to mention disruption of basic services like debit credit card. Pathetic!!
