@Post_Brodie @RogersHelps It’s sad to say, but this is ‘normal’ for Rogers. Doesn’t matter what it is, you are on hold for a LONG time. I spent more than 2 hours trying to get help with our account. Spoke to 3 different people and when they transfer you, you go to the back of the line every time. Brutal!

Well @Rogers, we tried it your way. You sent a tech out to check the signal & really is just your ****** equipment. This latest pvr only lasted 6 wks & I can't even turn it on at this point. The tech said he'd order a new one but how would I know? #rogers #customerservice

@RogersHelps No thanks. I dropped Rogers. You offered me less services for more money. My bill went up 31% & when I asked for a better deal after being a customer for 37 years your response was to lower my cable to basic for $10.00 more than I was paying for Ignite TV popular. ******* crooks
