    @kevrevrun @AboutRogers @Rogers This is a very poor mindset. Of course they are doing all they can to resolve this. Do you not think about them as a company and how this damages their reputation and as a business they are losing a ton of money likely to come with the expected refunds and pro-rated bills.

    @niko_pupella @Rogers But if I never got the initial text saying I actually have an appointment this doesn't help. It's not a reminder that I'm looking for. I elected to be notified by text if a spot opens up.

    @RogersHelps hello are you ever going to resolve fido services in Etobicoke today or I have to look for other operator today. Just please give up front answer. I lost over 500 dollars of work today because of the outage.

    Next up for @RogersHelps : Class action lawsuit from millions of desperate Canadians who couldn't book for AZ appoints today due to network issues. So basically, Bell customers are not only better served, but will be less likely to catch covid. Thanks #rogersoutage
