    @vote4robgill @Rogers I can guarantee that a class action lawsuit will be filed on Monday morning. How many millions were lost yesterday when Interac crashed and ATM's stopped working? Pretty much every Canadian was impacted, regardless of them being a customer. This is **** all.

  • axwong AlexW (@axwong) reported

    @RogersHelps Totally unacceptable for a major service provider sustaining an outstanding for more than 8 hours without redundancy and business continuity. Hardware software issues notwithstanding.

  • HereForFunTime9 Down (@HereForFunTime9) reported

    @IamNairby @TorontoStar I still don’t have internet. I only have cell service which I’m using my data for tv viewing. This is bs @RogersHelps

  • TraceyKent Tracey Kent (@TraceyKent) reported

    @ThePlatypusCA @Rogers Holy ****. You’re right. It’s probably why I’m getting no calls.

  • DontDefendKV Ww W (@DontDefendKV) reported

    @RogersHelps Still no internet in Stouffville. “Vast majority” seems to be a lie as many are still without service.

  • Nicolas59948634 Nicolas Evans (@Nicolas59948634) reported

    @RogersHelps Once my contract is up I am not ever using rogers again. You can guarantee that. The complete lack of transparency, what could possibly be so wrong that you can't admit it to people instead you literally copy and paste a broken outage map.

  • TheHenday TheHenday (@TheHenday) reported

    @RogersHelps @Justin64190239 What percentage? What regions are restored? What’s the issue? Why were the measures you took after your last recent MAJOR OUTAGE insufficient to safeguard our services? Lack of transparency, empty apologies and a menial credit to half of the people affected is not going to fix it

  • AmberBA1986 Amber (@AmberBA1986) reported

    @RogersHelps Ya so I have service now BUT if I try to call another rogers customer it rings then disconnects as soon as they answer

  • PranithaRangam1 Pranitha Rangamani (@PranithaRangam1) reported

    @RogersHelps The internet wifi in Unionville is still down. We request you to look into this matter immediately. #nointernet #rogersdown #Rogersinternet @RogersHelps

  • Lazyassedmenac3 Ma’iingan Odeh (@Lazyassedmenac3) reported

    @smboos @RogersHelps @Rogers Sometimes to keep the peace I will credit someone a day’s service and then give them a monthly credit of $10-$15 depending on how they treat me on the phone. But as far as company policy goes, if you’ve lost a day you’ll get credited a day.
