@PhotoMediaGuy @Rogers We were down for 5 or 6 hours one day last week, and regularly lose connection. I feel bad for our provider, who relies on Rogers. Why is it that the little guys are the ones working to install better infrastructure on the ground instead of just saying it?

@Rogers since your big outage your tv internet and home phone service sucks. 3 service calls in 4 days. Latest outage since 10 am and it’s 1:20 am and I’m still out. This is unacceptable. Estimated repair time was 1 am. I’m trying to be patient but I’ve had it.
