    @RogersHelps ummm, outage results in spotty wifi at home even after service is "restored" so I end up having to use my data, NOW you want me to buy a speed pass since my data will be used up before my new billing cycle. What a joke that is.

    @RogersBiz my business phone lines have been down now for 3 weeks and everytime I call I get transfered to a bunch of different people and then I get disconnected. This is costing me tens of thousands of dollars. No one at Rogers has helped me so I hope this gets me some answers
