    One thing for sure is that @Rogers has the absolute worst customer service. 115min waiting in a que get down to #2 only to come up chat session ended. Their wireless service in this area is absolute garbage as well

    @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

    @dhewlett @Rogers I have big problems I have found here in Poland guy who can shapes shift etc and changing colour of eyes. I guess that Goulds and entire sci - fi saga is somehow true and this sick action about goulds too.

    @RogersHelps I have but a) i cant sign in to use your chatbot and b) nobody can answer my call . I need to speak to an agent and have spent hours because the aupposedly resolved issue isnt resolved at all

    @RogersHelps I have the matter sorted - after 2hrs on hold, and a total of almost 3hrs to resolve the issue. For the amount of money I spend on @Rogers services, I would hope you'd hire more support members to reduce wait times.
