Holy cow... I swear @rogers is trolling me. In the last two weeks I've had calls AND text messages asking me to sign up for Ignite Internet. I'd LOVE to... but they want $40,000 to run the cable 300m down the road that ALREADY HAS a Rogers conduit on it.

@RogersHelps Ended service with Rogers. Rogers sent emails stating I owed money, but didn’t say what for. Didn’t pay, and now my credit rating is 100 points less

@RogersHelps When you make a billing error... its always the customer been charged "more".. and the customer needs to keep an eye on their bills ... waste their precious time calling you...all the explaining & justifying.... its never the other way around.. :(

How @RogersHelps know that if a customer order online they never go to store for device set up ?? @CRTC why don't you make policy that service for store or online ...charges should be same...not on based of assumption that online customer never go to store for set up

@Rogershelps Ended service with Rogers. Rogers sent emails stating I owed money ($200ish), but didn’t say what for. No way to find out without waiting more than two hours on the phone. Didn’t pay, and my credit rating went down 100 points.
