    @RogersHelps are you guys having an issue with your cable boxes? Both sets of grandparents are having issues with there cable. They pay to be able to watch tv. What gives?

    so I have TV cable and no Rogers Internet (their internet service was absolutely terrible - we happily switched to @TekSavvyBuzz years ago!!) and Rogers' plan is to take something away from us to try to coerce us to buy a service we previously hated!!?? Bye @rogershelps @rogers

    @Rogers @RogersHelps 2 days ago trying to cancel my TV, one of your engineers turned off internet which I need to WFH. After being told 48h max to fix, still nothing. Talked to ~5 agents so far, none can tell me anything. On hold 75min tonight. 13yr cust rdy to switch ISP

    @gmeanwell @RogersHelps Interesting...my email from them says it was a CRTC issue. Any excuse. NOT HAPPY about this. I use the app a lot.

    Thanks, @Rogers for discontinuing yet another service, with killing off Anyplace TV. I'm sure I'll be seeing a decrease in my next bill for this loss? Hmm, I'm guessing not. You're making it easier & easier to get rid of cable.

    @RogersHelps Stay away from Rogers Fido! They don’t teach customer service at Fido! Not paying for something I never paid for before! Had to change phone number due to harassment! Stay far away from Rogers Fido! Bell has customer service training not Fido!
