John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported@RogersHelps I should have never switched from Bell Fibe. Sometimes it’s not worth saving a few bucks to get an inferior product. The salesperson that came to my door assured me that Rogers had upgraded their product. Obviously that’s bull$hit

Christopher Castle (@Scissorb0i) reported@Rogers seems to be having trouble doing something called “providing the service people are paying for”. For several days the audio has cut out from programs, commercials show up randomly while the program’s audio continues to run, and the program’s runtime becomes fractured.

Arbutus Running Fox (@xuanyuanxiaohei) reported@Rogers On June 22, I called Rogers to schedule the cancellation of my Xfinity Internet service effective July 2. On June 23, I received the return shipping label for the gateway. I shipped the gateway back on July 2, and Rogers confirmed they received it on July 13.

Fuad A. (@BusinessMayne) reported@RogersHelps I lost internet access because of a pending work order. They couldn't cancel the work order to troubleshoot my service loss (service address needs to be updated). I was told it will expire by Monday or Tuesday. Horrible process. DM me if you want exact details and can help...

Chris Roy (@C_Roy33) reported@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers Maybe they should try reinvesting even 10% of those profits, into better customer service. I get there isn't a lot of selection in this country but i PROMISE you, the 1st company that has english speaking HUMANS i can talk to when i have an issue WILL get my business.
