@RogersHelps this is crazy ...net is not working since 6 hours in Brampton...again on a working day...we loose our time...please get this straight ...it is really frustrating..I don't understand how can you not solve an outage for a while area quickly and are taking hours.

@theyoungrossco @Rogers @INTERAC I am a little skeptical that this was strictly related to a maintenance upgrade in their core network. Only because of the duration of the outage. Once you know **** went bad it doesn't take that long to reboot and load the release you were previously running.
