@RogersHelps I was told that trade in process doesn't work with corporate accounts and I need to do it at a store. But the stores only upgrade with what they have in stock, so no preorders.

@RogersHelps Why? It’s a pointless exercise. In the dozen times I conferred with you guys, never once was the issue resolved. “We’ll monitor,” they said. In other words wait til I ***** again. This is a daily experience. You could credit my account a months service. I’ve more than earned it
