Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers - I believe your customers deserve an update on the CAUSE and anticpated resolution time of this national outage! Just saying "intermittent outages" is pure BS...tell us what's going on...you are about to lose a ton of customers I'm sure... #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps I am unable to trade, as my trades require SMS verification. So, this cellular outage, which is going on at least 5 hours for me, has potentially cost me thousands of dollars. One would expect redundancies to have kicked in hours ago.

@RogersHelps The outage has been active since 1am my time. After 12 hours a statement is made. "Continue to provide updates"? Think of how many people can't even report their outages. "Canada's largest and most reliable 5g network" did you forget to pay the hydro bill?
