    I love how @RogersHelps harassed me with emails asking for my feedback and when I gave it I’ve received no follow up to any of the issues I am experiencing. Not sure why you wanted it so bad when you’re not going to do anything with it?

    I imagine the "legal department" from @ServiceCanada_E doesn't leave v/ms threatening arrest unless you press 1. @RogersHelps can you somehow cut down on all these spam calls? My phone has been jammed all day with this garbage

    @Rogers So dissatisfied with the service from Rogers. Doesn’t seem anyone is listening to our complaints. Remotes missing from new install boxes for Ignite, stores will sell remotes. TV boxes useless without them yet we still pay for poor service @bellcanada can you do better?

    @Rogers what is your problem with customer service. Been on hold for over one hour. My ignite remote will not pair with my tv. I have tried several times over that last 2 weeks. You don’t seem to care.
