@RogersHelps I’m not sure intermittent means what you think it does. Based on personal experience, my phone does not work at all, according to your description, it should work at least some of the time and this is not the case. What is actually taking place is a full interruption in service.

@Rogers @RogersHelps Seriously, your network engineers weren't on top of the your own network and it took bunch of customers to keep calling you and messaging on social media for you guys to realize that a large part of your network is dark??
