    Hey @Rogers I am quite disappointed with your customer care approach. I was suppose to receive call back with 18-26 I didn’t . I didn’t able to connect to your online chat advisor waiting for 15 & no reply on Facebook messenger. Are you using some other advanced approach?

    @Rogers Rogers tech support for small business has been non responsive all day Hold times are over 4 hours then they disconnect you. Customer service says they can’t help because you need tech support so they put you through…another 4 hours then you r disconnected. 1/2

    woah @Rogers It is going to be two days without internet at the very least... I can say I'm even considering paying my penalization ISP . In my life I've been without service for more than a few hours
