@Rogers phone company is something else. Their customer service literally has no idea what they’re doing. They charged us a month ago for a phone and on shipping day said it shipped and gave us back our deposit without saying anything. 🙃

@RogersHelps They both have their own separate accounts/billing. Mom in fact was just moved over from @Bell. Orders both placed last Sunday, Mom (new account/customer) was the only one that received Airpods

@FuzE_gus @Rogers I switched from Bell years ago to Rogers… Unfortunately they are one in the same! I am experiencing the same problems with Rogers as you did, Loyal customer, for way too many years, means NOTHING to Rogers. Time to move on.

@Rogers @RogersHelps how is it I pay $75 and when promo is up I call to renew. Same plan is now $115 and because I'm "loyal" customer you offer $5 off a month. Then you have online promo for me but I have to pay $30 for self install? Taking advantage of ppl during pandemic...

@timandsid would I give $150m of @Rogers money* to George Springer over 5 years? I'm a fan. no doubt in my mind what I'd do. sign him. *a sizeable chunk of this comes from my mobile, cable and (previous) landline accounts over the past 17-yrs as a loyal customer.
