I have my cell service through @RogersHelps and they keep calling me. At least that’s what my call display says. I answered once and they wanted to talk about if I was happy with everything but I honestly don’t trust that it’s not a scam. I won’t give them any personal info.

@RogersHelps TV is missing many channels. Just a black screen. Customer service phone line said to take in the box to store and exchange. Store said there was a problem with the account, and they couldn't exchange. Had no answers. What is next step?

We have been waiting since March and @RogersHelps sends in this *** hat, interior design,technician that left after 10 minutes. What a complete JOKE of a company this is. Take my money every month but never really help the customer.

@rogers can someone please explain to me why I pay you $300 a month for ******, inconsistent service? Trying to watch a ball game but can’t ! Rogers is the Absolute worst!
