    @RogersHelps you continue to send me a bill every month even though I cancelled my acc in Jan? Each month I spend an hour on the phone with you and you reverse the bill & then send me another bill? And you wonder why I left? Worst customer service, everyone should go with BELL!

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Been experiencing intermittent connection issues and inexcusable packet loss ever since the storm. Our area got power back Monday so there shouldn't be an excuse as to why it's still having issues. We pay already too much, fix the problems! smh

    @RogersHelps Of course this completely contradicts what the first person told me, *and* what I was told when speaking to a customer service agent on Twitter two weeks ago. So like… I guess Rogers doesn’t want my money? Or what? Why do I need to wait?

    @RogersHelps My issue is the lack of any sort of ETA, I haven’t been given a concrete answer, just a run of the mil generic response of “we’re working on it”, but surely, someone somewhere has to know what is affected, how long to repair, and a timeframe of full restoration. Bad communication

    @RogersHelps The service was out twice yesterday, has been out over 4 hours today. You purchased cable cable and because we are a very rural area you seem to think you can just ignore us. You got the business and income but the service has gone to ****.

    So I tried to upgrade my wife’s phone with Rogers today. Ready to place the order and everything but the Cust. Service rep. was having issues and said he’d call me back in the hour. He didn’t. So I called them now. Told me I can’t actually upgrade for 2 months. @RogersHelps

    I’ve never had such a horrendous customer service experience in my life. Even when the call was dropped while talking to the supervisor, nobody called us back so we couldn’t even get a tech booked. Absolutely unacceptable @RogersHelps. @rogers
