    @RogersHelps That’s very kind to try an help. They have been Rogers customers for over 40 years and your response here was definitely faster than the hour or so it takes to get through to tech support or customer service. No thanks. I’ll be switching their service.

    @RogersHelps Your service drops on me on a regular basis. In the last 7 days my internet has dropped at least 50x. This has been occurring since I moved to Rogers. Today I called you retention. They basically slapped me in the face with $10 off/month. I’m not even getting srvc U advertise.

    Last month, as a Rogers' customer, I experience an outage with others across Canada. Image my shock at only receiving $1.50 credit for the inconvenience of having no access to my mobile. Time to rethink about my loyalty. Been with Rogers for over a decade. @RogersBiz

    I lost almost a full 24 hours of phone service and nearly missed deadlines of stuff for buying a house because I couldn’t use my phone and they refunded me less than $3. Nice. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps Our internet has been on and off all week making it VERY difficult to work. And now we have been down for almost an hour. Are there outages occurring? I checked online and shows none

    @PunkR3volution @RogersHelps I think they have done a password update, I had to change it in settings on my phone, shut down and restart, I could then get into my email - hope that helps
