  @RogersHelps You can’t get an answer from Roger’s no matter what time of day but they happily take your money for services that are down way to often

  @RogersHelps It takes hours to get through tech support and days to get someone out. It just happened randomly and I’ve seen before when the outage detector says no outage when there is one.
