Text messages are delayed and/or I don’t receive them. And my phone defaults to Edmonton time? When I dealt with Shaw previously issues were better resolved and promptly.

Betty Rubble (@dakiduck) reported@RogersHelps Hello, today my husband and I went in-store to upgrade our phones as they were eligible to be done. The employees in store were great, but we spent 4 hours there to upgrade 2 phones. The poor employees were met with errors at every turn on line.
