    @RogersHelps - I’ve Spoken to a dozen tech support employees, managers and in person service techs. You’ve had constant outages in Brampton for a good 10 days. Very constant, unusable. When are you going to get your stuff straightened out? Give us a definitive timeline.

    @Rogers It’s not attractive offers. It’s service that works. A service you can count on and rely on. You can count on me to pay my bill, I cannot count on you to provide the service I pay for.

    @RogersHelps Just want what maintenance is being done in Brampton? I’ve spent +20hr on the phone w/ @rogers, not here to spend more time. This isn’t an account request, it’s a ‘beside the broken Rogers fiber cable from last week, what else is happening?’ That hasn’t been fixed yet?
