I have been with @Rogers for over 25yrs. WHY? Because of their exceptional customer service. Canada also has Bell / Aliant, Telus and some other small players. All of Rogers' competition offer lower rates but their customer service stinks. All my friends & family are with Rogers.

@RogersHelps At this point my time is better spent researching other carriers. We just will do what we do every- keep resetting the gateway (multiple times a day) and wait for a better service carrier. I’ve spent hours trying to get a fix in place, it’s just not worth my time now #RogersFail

@RogersHelps I am rogers internet customer at L5R0G9. At the end of Jan, I had an internet outage and was because one of the Rogers technician disconnected my services. The same thing happened with me yesterday evening. I am out of internet and there is no help from Rogers.
