@RogersHelps @Rogers Well my ignite tv is not working well keeps freezing only reason i got rogers is because I couldn’t get another provider never wanted rogers and now look this is why!! 6 months with them and problems 4 yrs with my orher and never once an issue

@RogersHelps Hello Rogers Support! I am experiencing Ignite TV stuttering problems now (Richmond Hill, Ontario). The TV signal plays, freezes for a second or two, and then resumes. I did reboot both the modem and TV box. I see other are reporting the same issue! Help!
