@RogersHelps Been out since 1:00 am this morning, it's not intermittent, it's not some, it's a whole lot of customers losing complete service for hours. Don't try to downplay it, tell us what's going on and give us an ETA or you'll lose customers fast.

When @Rogers and @Fidomobile say “Some” user have interruptions do they mean the entire network? -Asking for a friend whose service is down! ;) Ugh 12 hours and counting, hope it’s resolved soon. Time is money.

@RogersHelps Hopefully ROGERS will do something for all their Customers this outage has affected. Hope no one out there has an emergency or anything important in which they need to rely on a service they pay for... I will call you later ROGERS to get a credit on my bill!
