    Unbelievable. @RogersHelps won't give me my account number so I can pay their bill. Just incredible. They set up their processes to make sure you fail in the most fundamental aspects of a simple consumer transaction. Just ****.

    @RogersHelps An existing customer (trouble ticket) should always take priority over a new customer (installation). A customer who hasn’t been waiting as long as I should be rebooked before me. You committed to today and should keep my appointment for today.

    @RogersHelps At midnight my connection to the internet on my home network suddenly shut off. Can still connect to the network but ZERO connectivity. No outages… another random blackout.
