@runthenumberz @mrsunshinebaby @Rogers **runthenumberz** Great question! Rogers has ~25k employees. Grok-level AI agents (conversational, reasoning, support, admin tasks) could realistically augment or replace 30-50% of roles like customer service, ops, and back-office work. At ~CAD $120k avg total cost/employee, that’s potentially $750M–$1.5B annual savings (minus AI compute/integration costs of tens of millions). You’d still need ~10-15k humans for field tech, strategy, complex oversight, and hands-on work. Not zero, but a leaner operation. Integration would take time though. Rogers thoughts?

@Rogers how many times do you have to make “notes on the account” before you stop spamming me with calls from your credit operations team looking for someone I don’t know? I have no accounts with you (after switching because of your terrible customer service). Sad

@RogersHelps The last mile is provided by Rogers, and upstream power levels are too high. Time to take responsibility, and stop passing the buck. What is the Rogers SLA? One 9? Outages are far too frequent, connection is down now for 40 min, no WFH. Time to repair the infrastructure?

@RogersHelps Correct. And Rogers support somehow transferred me to 4 different non-business technical support staffers who were unable to help. I’m now on hold on 1-866-727-2141

@RogersHelps Hello. I'm in Brampton and my mobile internet isn't working since yesterday. Is there any ongoing outage going on in this area?

@Rogers Never recommend red wireless. Instead of giving discount to uber blue account holder they are looting their customer. First they have showed me that I will get mobile device plus plan for just $51.50. But what am I seeing that they are charging me $112.

@6ixbuzztv One more reason to leave @Rogers service super expensive, market monopoly and still greedy at the order of the table.

@RogersHelps I've been through the ringer with the Credit Department, Customer Care, someone higher up in Customer Care. End result; I still have to pay, but I can launch a complaint against the first person I talked to--presumably to get her fired. She's the only one who was nice to me.

@RogersHelps @JMCInformation @RogersHelps you cancelled my phone service without my authorization and now I don’t have network. Can’t call or access internet. Your chatbot drops my place in line after 2 hours. What is customer service

@RogersHelps "I have already tried calling multiple times over the last 2 weeks, including a recent wait of over 80 minutes with no response. It is unacceptable to force me back to a phone line that doesn't work for a problem your system created by adding 2 unauthorized lines.
