    Going through the annual rigmarole with @RogersHelps re: internet bundles. Last year's rep was great, but I'm definitely paying an arm and a leg. This year's rep's best offer was....paying an extra $25 for less services. Is it me? Am I the problem?

    @RogersHelps 866-469-3904. Rogers marketing had called me at least 4 times a day for 2 weeks after I have told them I was not interested. As a long time (25+ yrs) customer I’m seriously looking for a new carrier if it keeps up.

    @RogersHelps I have been double charged for my Roger's service. I have been on hold for over 2 hours when trying to get the charge removed. This is ridiculous and a waste of my time
