@RogersHelps, since your system went down and my home wifi didn’t come back as fast as my phone and I needed to hotspot to upload big files for work, can you keep my infinite plan at full tilt this month? Just got a 75% useable warning and have three weeks left.

@CBCNews I know this includer mobile service and internet. Hopefully this includes their cable TV service as many of the channels I watch were not available. @Rogers

@adolwyn @RogersHelps @SaskTelSupport We have Shaw mobile and the coverage in real Saskatchewan was abysmal. Although I couldn’t even get coverage in Regina so I’m wondering if my phone was having a hard time connecting to the network for some reason.

My bf, a few kms away, & at least one neighbour, are STILL without wifi. Since Friday. It’s Tuesday. How is @Rogers still in business? Why haven’t telecoms companies made agreements w/each other to ensure service during outages-it works for travel, why not at home?? It’s 2022.

@Rogers Finally, our cable is fully back. It’s been 5 days since the Rogers debacle. We had been almost 4 days without our full compliment of channels. 1 scheduled appt but the Rogers technician never showed up (no call,text, nothing. 📺📺📺#youcandobetter
