@RogersHelps People don’t have the time or patience to contact you & fill out your security form, etc etc over & over again for problems with a product they’re paying a lot of money for. It should be consistent & reliable. My neighbor just switched to Starlink & I’m ready to follow her lead.

Crazy how over the last 3 years my @rogers internet has gotten worse, but yet more expensive? In a society were alot of people can work from home, but yet they cant provide is this service that everyone pays top dollar for. Absolute dogshit.

@Rogers internet out again! Third day in a row! Not to mention overly frequent outages since June, including your nation wide fiasco i July. I'm starting to wonder why I should continue to pay for such unreliable service. Get your **** together!
