@Rogers experiencing the worst experience from a large company ever. Your customer service & installation teams are sound, your client account management system is terrible. Nothing but problems. 5+ hours for minor changes + data breech issues. Your tech team should be ashamed.

One would think a company w/Communications in its name would know to warn ppl when planned upgrades may impact service. Been mostly down for over 12 hours, @Rogers, & have work to do that I can't accomplish. Thanks a ton.

@Rogers Your TV dev is incredibly bad - missing episodes, poor catalog structure and now a new "feature" - it resets a program once a certain ad is shown and once it is, there's no fast forward, so people have to find ways to skip 30-40 min of the show, as it plays, to continue.
