@sharongregson @Rogers I feel your pain, Sharon. No idea why big companies cannot remove people from lists. Telus is just as bad.

@RogersHelps I’ve been trying to cancel my service since the start of the month. Impossible to do when no one picks up OR the system hangs up on me. And I can’t cancel in your stores.

@RogersHelps Thats great but can I not wait on hold for 2 hrs? Ive had this service for less than 2 months and already ive spent almost 5 hrs on hold. This is unacceptable for a huge company like Rogers. It tells me everyone is having problems and also not enough people to answer calls.

@RogersHelps Rogers internet is horrible. Constantly down. Lost count of the number of times Rogers has tried to fix it. At what point can I ask for a refund?

@JayJanower @Rogers And they'll add another $10-15 dollars to your monthly bill to help provide the "best customer service" The telecommunications monopoly is the worst part for this country.

@RogersHelps tried calling to set up a move request, spoke with your AI agent, never got a confirmation email. could I please get some support?

@RogersHelps Get off X and answer the phone. But since you asked, what is Rogers doing to address long wait times. Given the amount we pay for telecommunications in Canada, we should be getting better service.

@Rogers If you're cancelling Rogers service, don't rely on a phone call alone. Make sure you get written or email confirmation of your cancellation. Otherwise, you may end up being billed for a service you already cancelled and returned the equipment for.
