@RogersHelps For me it's Connections > satellite networks If I follow Connection > Mobile Network >network operators I have to disable select automatically to view available. I don't see Rogers satellite there but maybe if I was back where I was yesterday? Do I need to switch myself?

@RogersHelps The irony of a response 3 days later when service issues were impacting my connectivity is exactly the root of the problem I’m highlighting. Yes it’s figured out

I'm officially done with @rogers. I've had Xfinity cable service for a month out of the last five months. I was a Rogers cable subscriber for the last 16 yrs until my cable box died in Dec. When you order the Xfinity box, they don't tell you that you need their Internet, too. πŸ™„

@RogersHelps A customer should not have to act as a bridge between your customer care and business teams. The constant back-and-forth feels like being treated as a football rather than a valued customer.
