    @RogersHelps That’s no good if they have no service (and not what I asked). I asked you to publicly announce that there are Rogers outages in areas affected by the hurricane so friends and family are aware they may not be able to reach loved ones.

    @RogersHelps Paradise NL, seeing approximately 1% of advertised speeds, service is behaving similar to dialup, severe latency, basically useless
