    @Rogers You need to stop charging people a month ahead for service they haven't even used yet, it's stupid.

    What is happening with customer service lines? Doesn't matter landline or cell phone? They are keep saying that they're extremely busy call later for last twenty days @RogersHelps

    @MikeDelpieroX @Rogers I would, but from my experience, the CCTS is as useless as JPEGs to Helen Keller. My last complaint to the CCTS got dragged on for more than a year before they finally tossed me to the curb, despite the fact that I was clearly getting ripped off. They're an absolute joke.

    Yeah first you cut out sports radio in the Vancouver market then you increase the cost to watch sports yet again. Go **** yourself @Rogers @Sportsnet

    @RogersHelps I can watch the games on my TV, that’s not the issue. I’m just wondering why suddenly Blue Jays games are not on the Sportsnet app when they have been for the longest time. Who or what is Sportsnet+?

    @Rogers: “May we ask why you are cancelling your service after 15yrs?” Me: “I got no time for a company that announces a $4B purchase and not even 24hrs later, terminates 100s of employees and closes down numerous radio stations citing ‘budgetary reasons’….” #FuckRogers

    @4thLine4Life @RogersHelps I'm in Manitoba, and all Rogers cell phone users I've talked to are having issues with data, calling, and texting. Overpriced underserviced garbage

    @Talon_Jenkins94 @Rogers @NHL **** was like 16 a month like a year and a half ago

    @alancross @Rogers I think their consistently long waits and poor customer service, are intentional. That way, customers simply don’t call. @Rogers is a communication company. If they wanted to provide better service, they would.
