    @B0Ob_bee @TELUS @Rogers That’s the thing. My plan includes unlimited us/cda calling and texts. I looked at switching to one of the secondary carriers but none of them support the Apple Watch, which is by design. BTW, that $140 is the total price including taxes.

    @RogersHelps no service for almost 48 hours for me and the house right next door. I expect my monthly ignite bill to be completely waved at this point

    @NickySemkin @RogersHelps Seeing as you're going to be the one to fix your problem, I'll tell you what they are going to say. Unplug your modem, what 10-20 seconds and plug in back in, if that doesn't work, they will give you a ticket number and tell you "our technicians are working on it, we're sorry."
