    @RogersBiz @RogersBiz thousands of people cannot login and just want their refunds which Roger's is not honoring. Roger's is hoping people just give up and forget about their refund. These companies pretend to be virtuous but really they don't care. We just want our money back

    when are we going to get a company to rival @rogers? Customer service is terrible for repeat customers! I'm on hold for 50min just to renew my security. I called as a new customer they answered in 5 min when they found out I already had an account they put me on hold!

    @RogersHelps hey my rogers ignite box will not turn on. I've unplugged it let it sit a minute plugged it back in. It just lights up but won't turn on or display anything to the TV. Any help?

    No one go with @RogersHelps internet they are by far the worst internet providers. Im paying $100 a month for internet that never works. On top of that their customer service is awful.

    @Thenrv77 @Rogers Oh dear. Hope they will get back to you on ASAP basis. I had similar issue with Bell and they offered poor compensation without accepting the fact that they offered bad/sad services. During pandemic they are in demand 😢. We need more alternatives here in Canada.

    @Rogers you guys chase your customers like hungry wolves for petty balances owing but take your sweet time when the tables are reversed. I'm owed money for an overpayment since I canceled my service in October 2020.
