Waiting for the @RogersHelps tech to arrive. Internet and #IgniteTV service is such crap. Drop outs, lost signals, speed testing at a tenth of advertised, upload slower than dial up download. It took 4 days to get an appointment. Fix it or I am switching.

@RogersHelps ENDING my service with u. I was out of the country for 3 weeks & my data & roaming were off for a majority of my stay. YET I was charged for msgs sent while my roaming was off. then y’all say it’s because my phone wasn’t in airplane mode?!🤬 my bill is almost $400!

Well doesn't look like i'm broadcasting today because of service with @rogers @RogersHelps here in #Guelph #Ontario is come and go, has been since yesterday. TV keeps cutting out and internet speeds up/down are inconsistent. Will keep you all updated on things
