@RogersHelps @P_Can01044 Your outages are everywhere and your online chat sucks. Agents refuse to file an outage case. My internet has been out for 3 hours and it shows no outage. Outrageous service!

@tobi @Rogers This won’t be a problem anymore once we get those Starlink phones.

@RogersHelps @tobi Bro: Runs the biggest tech company Canada has ever seen (and might ever see) Prajeet running the support account in Punjab: "saaar have you tried turning it off and on again?"

@RogersHelps @StephenColley18 No offence, but I’d rather watch an episode of Corner Gas than stick around for a second OT. If no one can grab first OT, it’s been a **** game, and they should just have the mascots play Rock, Paper, Scissors.

@RogersHelps The validation team informed me she is unqualified to solve the issue and has transferred me to Tech Support. The Tech Support representative is also unable to resolve the problem and has asked me to return to the store. No one is taking ownership of the issue.

@RogersHelps On live TV. What you're seeing is CNBC WORLD, and not the regular CNBC closing bell. Others I know have the same issue.

@RogersHelps TV's are all fine. It happens on all the TV's I have. It is definitely a Rogers issue. To rectify the problem I have to unplug the ignite box and reconnect it and then it reloads and works. Sometimes I have to it multiple times.

@tobi @Rogers have you tried switching the network to TSN4?

@RogersHelps For the first year RF signal from C8689 was rock solid - 4 bars on various phones, Nokia last mile, etc. Now RF signal fluctuates about every 10 minutes. I have clear LOS to tower about 1 km away. Neighbours reporting the same problem
