@RogersHelps no ignite at all for last two hours. Ignite was coming in and out since Saturday. Now nothing. Why are you ghosting your customers? I have more friends without full service than I have with full service. L4C. Vast majority not restored. More lies.

No surprise, my @Rogers cable is not working tonight. So this is the fourth day in a row that my services have not been working. Thankfully, @rogershelps will most likely credit me $3.80 for just one day. Who needs tv tonight, I've got to plan on how to spend that extra money!

@Rogers I haven’t been able to use my TV service in 4 days. Every channel freezes and shuts off every 10-20 seconds. Have reset modem, restarted everything and nothing is working. Really contemplating canceling if not locked in a contract. This is ridiculous at this point.

@Rogers I thought everything was supposed to be back up and now my tv is blacked out? Menus and apps work for a bit before also blacking out. You guys should be handing out a free month for every customer because we pay way too much for this nonsense to be happening.
