Wow since @ShawDirect was bought by @rogers it seems the service is complete garbage. I had Shaw tv and internet installed for 3 days before having to unhook it myself & mail it back. Got the best internet service they had and it cut out constantly, tvs wouldn’t even work. Brutal

@Rogers @RogersHelps still trying to get internet installed, which was scheduled for Saturday 12-2. After being on hold for 8 hours on Saturday, speaking with 4 customer service reps, got an install for 8-10am this morning.

@dalybeauty @RogersHelps I had similar problems, l've made several appeals to support system over and over but no help was rendered until I was referred to Grahamtech14 on Instagram they helped me fix my account they can help you too.
