    @Rogers @RogersHelps 1 hour 47 min on hold to be told a tech will have to come tomorrow between 4 and 8 pm.... for an issue that's not caused by me. Great service.

    25+ minutes on hold with @RogersHelps @Rogers After they NEVER cancelled a phone upgrade months ago when told to. ****** way to do business. 😡

    @RogersHelps Hey - we’ve been trying to get ahold of someone on the customer service phone line for a few hours now. Someone drove through a downed Internet wire severing service to my sister in-law’s house. Can’t get anyone to address it.
