    @RogersHelps @candelicious The way you put the word "some" instead of most is the worst type of gaslighting. Your company screwed up and it is having a major impact on a large number of people. Fully admit your mistake and then fix it. Enough of this "it's not that bad" or it's "only affecting some people"

    @sjperrier85 @Rogers @RogersHelps Theres no way to prevent these outages not to mention its harder to fix with people giving no details, and everyone says it's globally down (it isn't) and I was pissed until I saw that mine isn't down and I can still play games until I get called in for work

    @RogersHelps no updates yet. And we were told you’d be updating regularly. Any reason as to why it’s almost been 12 hours of outages ?? Usually it’s fixed in 2-3. This is complete BS. I’m probably gonna switch to Bell. No issues there.

    @Rogers @janice_dawe Saying the issue is "intermittent" or "only for some subscribers" is false and you know this. Stop gaslighting your customers! Rogers is down NATIONWIDE right now, acknowledge it.
