    @Rogers Trying to remove a “Unison-add on” as I have no need for it & no idea why it’s on my bills. Try it online and get a “sorry something went wrong and we’re working as quickly as we can” message, so try online chat to wait 2 hrs in queue only to be dropped. Brutal “service”

    @Rogers waited for 1 hour to cancel my home internet and the person disconnected. Wth?

    We deal with an indie 4 internet but they rely on @Rogers cable. When we need help to resolve an (ongoing) issue they contact @Rogers. I call Monday & have to wait 4 Wednesday am but .@Rogers reschedule 4 Weds pm & then reschedule on Wed noon 4 Friday but no-one tells customers.

    @RogersHelps It is 2x the price to change my plan while staying with you. If I canceled my service and started from scratch it’s half the price. What a travesty of a company.

    @RogersHelps I requested to terminate my account permanently as I moved out of Canada permanently. Now you have resume billing.
