    @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

    Remember when Rogers offered buyouts to half their staff? Well, now, when Rogers customers call in to speak to support, you now get AI ASSISTANTS! Not even live agents! If it was an hour of frustration on the phone before, it's 10 times worse! UNACCEPTABLE! @Rogers

    Hey, is there a @Rogers nerd out there who wants to help me get my 82 year old mum's internet installed? She's in tech support hell...day two on the phone explaining that you're trying to install the new service at the old address!!? On Stargate I'd just yell at Zelenka...but this is on you!

    @RogersHelps Calling regarding my home internet services. We cancelled back in December and returned the modem, but the person over the phone obviously didn't cancel our services and now we are hit with a $700 overdue payment.
