    @RogersHelps Thanks @RogersHelps for all the help in resolving this. I would request you to please take necessary steps to avoid such issues in the future. I was out of service for 17 hours. This could have been avoided if the store employees showed a little ownership. All good now. @Rogers

    @Rogers why is it I cannot lower the amount of Gs per month to lower my cell bill in a way that doesn't make me break my family plan to go on multiple solo plans that doesn't include smartwatches? So I'm stuck continually paying for Gs I will never use?

    I have been having a problem with my VM on my mobile phone. Rogers told me to turn off my phone and turn it back on. I asked them to call me so I could see if my VM is fixed. They said no they can't do that. What service??? What support?? Inadequate. @RogersHelps @Rogers

    Every time I delete a voicemail it states I have another message and it plays what I just deleted. Is anyone else having this problem with @Rogers voicemail? @RogersHelps what's wrong with your system? @RogersBiz

    I damn well know @Rogers is just trying to take my money for their crappy streaming service that will have 1/3 of the games and/or force me to go for a cable package but #nhllive let me watch the games after the fact and it was so GOOD IM SO MAD #GoSensGo

    @RogersHelps so for the last couple of weeks I have been experiencing Intermittent disconnects. Some times just the tv, sometimes tv and internet. I get a message on tv saying it’s a connection problem and to reset the modem. Done that a few times. Still persists.

    @RogersHelps It has been 3 days since I reported a problem with my able TV. 2 canceled tech visits. Problem still exists. Another frustrating experience from a company that is supposed to be the #1 in Canada. When r u sending the technician??
