@RogersHelps Wow! I switched to Ignite at double the cost, with much less reliable service. Way too many drop offs. When I ask you to send a technician to trouble shoot you tell me I’ll have to pay for the technician. About to switch providers. I’m so frustrated!!!

I honestly think Canadian government should give a punitive fine to @Rogers due to two global network outages, or to have an antitrust investigation. @CRTCHearings #Rogers #rogersoutage

@aducky84 @AboutRogers @RogersHelps The 911 thing is horrifying. How many people who actually required emergency services were unable to make that call in the last 24 hours 😔

@AboutRogers @Rogers Your *billion dollar* telecom company’s incompetency has put people in danger, emergency line was disabled, small businesses were affected and the credit you’ll be offering won’t be enough to cover for the damages that you’ve caused. Shame on you!

@RogersHelps Good evening I was recently charged for 130 messages that I did not send from my phone. I have been a Rogers corporate customer for several years and am very disappointed that Rogers would want to lose a customer over $80 of unfair charges. How do I cancel account?
