    @RogersHelps The technical support that I spoke with provided no support whatsoever. I performed a factory reset on my own to no avail. I was hoping support would be able to remote into the router and perform a more detailed diagnostic analysis.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps very tired of losing service in my own home and it being in SOS. I’ve never had this issue until I upgraded my phone to one that has 5G. Your customer service is also almost impossible to ever reach to talk to someone about this issue.

    @Rogers I have now been waiting for 1 hour 17 minutes just to look at changing my mobile plan and get a new phone for one of the numbers. If you don't fix this 100%, basically kiss my ***, then I am walking away form you and pray that you go under....

    @RogersHelps Don’t pacify me. Start hiring Canadians that speak English, and enough of them that every damn time I call it is not costing me time away from clients. Maybe I should start charging you my hourly rate.

    gone! Once i decide to end this frustrating relationship with @Rogers my number will suddenly become visible to them with all manner of offers to come back. I'm frustrated. I can't keep giving my organization excuse that my home internet is not working @RogersHelps

    @Rogers in Aurora, internet was to be back at 7pm, then it was chabged to 8 now 9? No update on what the issue is. Can't even call to speak to anyone. Had a branch fall on our line this afternoon. It seems intact after I removed the branch

    @GlobalBC Do not deal with @Rogers for anything. They are scam artists and they are scumbags. And their service sucks.
