    @Rogers Terrible customer service! I called regarding my smart home monitoring. I barely understood your tech support and he transferred me to another agent that I’m still waiting on the line for 45mins for someone to pick up. This is unacceptable!

    @RogersHelps Internet Service was out on my cell as soon as the power went out yesterday at 3pm. Guessing ice storm took down your local towers? About 28 hours later it came back. You know…we’re going to have more and more freezing rain due to climate change. Rethink towers?

    @RogersHelps When are we going to be able to use Outlook again. I didn't buy Outlook only to have to use Webmail to get my email. How long is this going to take?? First there was trouble getting my mobile devices to get email and now this. Who's taking responsibility for this?

    @Dream2NFTs @RogersHelps I agree!!!! Is the worst costumer services in the world. Have you try Ana A.I. assistant? OMG! She told me she cannot see any outage problems in your area. No maps, no estimation times, nothing! Organize that lawsuit! Im in! I called, when they finally answer they hanged up!

    @RogersHelps I just had the absolute WORST experience with Jay from home monitoring. I’ve never been spoken to so poorly by someone after having a burglary scare in my home. You guys need to train your team better. We don’t pay for service just to be berated by your staff.
