@vote4robgill @Rogers the service can't be worth more when its down as compared to when its working..otherwise you should pay more when its working properly

@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

@RogersHelps Very frustrated that tv service keeps cutting in and out and online pages taking a while to load since you “restored” service yesterday. Wondering when this glitch will be fixed? So much for watching Wimbledon in real time! #rogersoutage

@vote4robgill @Rogers What do you want?? You pay for a service, that service was unavailable for 2 days so you're getting compensated for those two days. If your life depends on cell service this much then you should have a contingency plan for this stuff. Like I do, running a social media agency.

@Rogers @MsKimR Any update on when the cable issues will be resolved?

@RogersHelps Day 3 with severely reduced digital cable channel access and no CRAVE or On Demand services in North York. At least give us an idea when those of us who are paying a small fortune for your service can expect, uh, actual TV service to resume.

@RogersHelps @BrendaM41641614 We still have the same internet outage since Friday morning, this is the third day. Postal code L5M5E2. We depend on the service to do our jobs from home. If you don’t restore the service today we will not able to work on Monday. That’s really a big problem.

@Rogers @MsKimR @Rogers what about all the people you screwed out of work hours and the ones that were hurt or in trouble or worse and couldn't get thru to a 911 service you have a legal responsibility to keep up regardless ..

@vote4robgill @Rogers The other thing is we don't have enough tech policy experts. The govt does need to investigate but they are also so far behind in understanding some aspects of this - aside from lack of competition. I am assuming there could have been a nat'l security issue too?

@Jennife50400612 @vote4robgill @Rogers This! And I’m not even a Rogers customer. So at that point who do I contact for my issues? It’s a mess.
