@mgeist There was a time when I would pay @Rogers $7/day for roaming. Now they want $15/day, which led me to the world of virtual SIM cards. Rogers still managed to ding me when I accidentally activated the wrong feature on my phone. Contempt as a philosophy of customer service.

@RogersHelps 2 days in a row our connection just cuts out. Perhaps it’s updates to the firmware.. but it’s getting hard to work from home (which is necessary.) Send someone to look at the issue.. but we’re not paying for that. Both times have been between 2pm and 5 pm EST

@Rogers so you send out emails talking about issuing credits for the massive outage in July but yet send me a bill with zero discounts regardless of having 4 services with you, I really should just switch to seeing as you are clearly a dishonest company

@RogersHelps It's crazy how you guys are paying us back for 5 days of service!!!! yet the issues with your unstable network has persisted for nearly a whole month now. The least you could do is shutdown your business forever and never try to provide service ever again.

@mrsrhyean @Rogers SAME THING HAPPENED TO US. The agent suggested changing the modem which led to an upgrade of the service and she quoted a price lower than what we were paying but now it's $40 more expensive

@RogersHelps SCAM ALERT: Rogers customer service suggested an upgrade of our service to improve the network stability at a cost which is supposed to be lower than what we were paying / month. The new agreement came in the mail today and it's $40 more expensive.
