Why on earth did @RogersHelps make my life so difficult when I was attempting to report a payment. Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.

@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers Are you this stupid in real life or only on here?

.@Rogers really sent me an email saying that my bill is going up $5 so I can “continue to support Rogers investments and 5G” like I somehow owe them an extra $5 monthly contribution?! My contribution is MY MONTHLY BILL?!

Thinking about leaving that telecom monopoly player @RogersHelps for one of the smaller piggyback joints cause the whole experience is cooked. I'd rather buy my phone out than pay for the nonsensical plans. I've been a loyal customer 20+ years + a prev emp.

@RobFai @Rogers Do you really think @rogers cares about customer service? None of them care... it's all about money to them and nothing else matters.

@Rogers Part 2 - Your infrastructure doesn't allow customers to reach the support due to 'excessive call volume (=everybody calling to complain re unauthorized increases. Ridiculous options to get through to an agent. AI ftw. Cost cutting at its finest. Bigger bonuses inbound

@RogersHelps So let me get this straight? You’re telling me to pay the exorbitant fees until a better fee comes along? If it ever does?? yet if I cancel, come back say a year later I can save big-time money? What kind of retention is that?

@RogersHelps It was down for 12 hours on Sunday. Now the middle of a Thursday. How can anyone depend on you? How can I schedule calls and trust I can even be there?

@RoastedKeyboard @Rogers Their actual product is also the worst. 20+ drops a day, Cable Internet, Winnipeg, for only $100 a month. They have stated their cable needs to be replaced, yet refuse to do so. "Screw you, we have regulatory capture!"- xoxo @Rogers
