    @REWoman @Rogers I had the same experience with Fido(a Rogers owned company) legacy customer for 27 years. New customer offers have been nearly continuously lower. Eventually, a business Package became available at another provider where I could get nearly 3 for 1 plus biz perks, etc, so I left.

    @RogersHelps many people in mount peral NL haven't had extremely intermittent internet and no TV for close to 24 hours. How has this not been addressed or even noted on your outage pages

    I've been on hold for over 2 hours with @Rogers and the Customer Service rep hasn't even provided an update on what's happened... This is horrible and completely unprofessional.

    Hi @Rogers - your “loyalty” customer service is everything except loyalty or customer service. After +15 years and +$ 800 monthly you lost me. Switching to a company that prioritizes us, your customers #rogers @RogersHelps
