@RogersHelps Given I can't leave my phone as I am in line for whenever the support call gets booted again, bcuz no one ever answers (yes, I have the right number as do many #Canadians), I think worth filling out formal CCTS complaint form about @Rogers service. Might as well be productive

@RogersHelps Your billing dispute system is just TERRIBLE! I have to submit dispute requests through an AI agent — and only one at a time — wait a couple of days to hear back from you and then submit the next request! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Shame on you, Rogers!

.@Rogers saga continues as I am now over 3 Hrs with @RogersHelps on the line. They have now left me to be on hold again while they locate a Manager. Funny, one thing #Rogers seems to have lots of is management, but my experience suggest is low on service delivery support.

@RogersHelps This is piss poor service. I waited for over 2.5 hours and now the live chat automatically ended my chat and it was almost my turn to be served. Very angry but not at all surprised.

@RogersHelps This issue is mostly at my place, I haven't noticed at various places but particularly in Vaughan area the issue keeps persist. Is this because of the cheap plan($35/100 GB) they offered and i avail?
