@RogersHelps @Rogers How vast is your vast? Home Internet is still down over here. It’s such a shame you should have a real slow emergency response and no backup plans for failed services. E.P.I.C N.A.T.I.O.N.W.I.D.E F.I.A.S.C.O

@Eskieas @juskazu @RogersHelps Happy to see and hear I am not the only one having issues with connectivity today. Internet and everything is back up, but trying to login to Xbox or even get my NAT working are not possible at the moment. Now, we wait lol

@ElmDrawsStuff @RogersHelps How about a month's credit worth instead of $1.60? No service has caused much more losses for some people who own businesses, no debit.

@cco8226 @RealAndyLeeShow @RogersHelps Well, if you were a lowly paid support person in the Philippines, and your take home pay was based on how many calls you could handle in a day, wouldn't you give people the same answer? It's all about volume. Helpful advice is completely optional.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps I would like to know how you are going to credit or compensate us non Roger’s customers for this outage. We were also effected by this outage. If our banking was down and have no credit-cards we were also up a certain creek without a paddle.

@RogersHelps Apology accepted but you need to share the reason for the outage. Far too great an impact for, 'Sorry, we're gonna do better. Here's your credit.'

@thevivafrei @Rogers The reality is the outage had absolutely nothing to do with competition. They are completely distinct issues

@RogersHelps This outage exploited a major problem in Canada and how this **** company has a monopoly over Canada

@thevivafrei @Rogers Perhaps, but lack of competition means more people relying on each provider. So when that provider goes down, it has an outsized impact. Government regulation is a different albatross around the neck of the free market that needs to be addressed *as well*.
