    @RogersHelps Need to know about the contract termination or phone exchange policy if the phone that I bought 4 months ago is giving health issues. I like the phone features However, I find its too too heavy to hold and my wrist started hurting now.

    It's weird that I have so many problems watching @City_tv on my @rogers cable considering who owns it. I had to switch to watching it on Prime because I had a black screen on my TV. It often cuts out on me. @RogersHelps

    @Rogers .....We have been trying to deal with a cancellation and its incorrect billjng but no help from @rogers. Was on hold waiting for a supervisor for an hour and a half and then disconnected. could you help look into this.
