    Why on earth did @RogersHelps make my life so difficult when I was attempting to report a payment. Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.

    @dalybeauty @RogersHelps 26 minutes isn't bad for Rogers Ignite service. I've hung up a couple of times after an hour. There's a specific group in Moncton for Ignite service with a different 1-888 #, if you can find it.

    @RogersHelps trying to speak to someone about my ignite service for 26 minutes. Can't get the right dept, then an agent with audio so bad it's like she's on the moon. The ignite person disregarded my concerns 1/2
