  PSA for all travellers using E-SIM cards overseas. Make sure you read the terms and conditions and change your carrier to the new SIM card otherwise @Rogers will still charge you roaming even tho you have an overseas SIM card installed. Immensely terrible service. Canceling everything today.

  @RogersHelps Left you a message in the inbox. Silence. Typical. Two nights calling in the middle of the night because you forgot to take my ex-wife off the bill. Two hours on hold. Guy finally picks up with kids screaming and dogs barking in the background, then hangs up. Now I’m locked out of my own account. You can post about spam algorithms at 1am. You can’t answer a paying customer. Cut all ties. Chase the bill yourselves. Good luck.

  @Rogers this is unacceptable. For months we’ve tried to fix my elderly parents’ bill after forcing them to upgrade their TV pkg. Now it’s doubled, you force us online to dispute charges when they have no internet, and you’re kicking me off the phone for “high volume.” #caregiving

  @Rogers now I want to contact Rogers mobile services for my line and your website is very bad you can't find direct access to customer service support and this ANNA it is not helping at all The most bad experience I ever had

  @Rogers what are you doing about the scam calls I’m getting daily of people pretending to be Roger’s. I get one EVERYDAY. Each time I ask to be removed from their list. I know it’s not you guys, but you’re getting the bad rap.

  @RogersHelps the batteries in my remote were down to 56% so I put new batteries in but it still says 56%. I used brand new batteries. I’ve had this happen before with remotes. I even restarted my TV box. Why doesn’t it show the batteries at 100%?
