    @RogersHelps It seems there’s a widespread outage in the Mississauga area, I’m having issues with my wifi and so is my family down the street from me. Are there any updates on when this will be fixed?

    @RogersHelps For a few months I have been unable to use my hotspot. Other devices can connect without problem but it always says no internet connection. I believe my APN type prevents me from using it.

    @Rogers I’ve been without internet service since Wednesday, December 1 due to a cut service line. I was told that a technician was scheduled for 8-10am today (December 5) to make the repairs. I just called for an update and the ticket has been closed without any work being done.

    @RogersHelps Cannot make phone call or receive phone calls, even to Rogers for assistance. Now in the Live Chat queue and am still #47...been waiting 30 minutes already. What is going on with the phone call service?
