@RogersHelps What's up with your support? My ignite service was erroneously disconnected by Rogers a week ago & I spent 2 hours on the phone getting service back. Now my bill is wrong because you didn't apply the promotions I had originally. Been on hold 1+ hours again. WTF??

@Rogers & @RogersHelps you are losing a customer that has been with you for more than 25 years over $60/yr + tax. I pay close to $2400/yr + tax. Your agents gave the wrong information. Now want even more money from me. I don't think so!
