@RogersHelps yeah now 8 pm Saturday night. Ignite tv is still unwatchable. Picture freezes, sound freezes, picture goes black every 5 seconds. Hopeful it's corrected by the time the ball game is on tomorrow. Tried calling but the auto answer help crashed immediately upon answering. lol.....

@AboutRogers @Rogers My internet has been down for 48 hrs now. Since I am an ignite subscriber I also have no TV service. Roger’s brand is should no longer be considered a premium service. Going to be looking a other options. Simply unacceptable at the rates they charge.

@Payneleonhart @RogersHelps I've also been having issues connecting to the wifi on my ps4, and the OBS servers were down this afternoon as well. Looks like it hasn't been fully restored yet, but hopefully things will be back to normal soon.

@sylprov @vote4robgill @Rogers This is only true if a text, phone call or data was used. Can’t use it if the service was down therefore you couldn’t be charged for it. Unless you used something right before it went out

@RogersHelps Rogers you need to fix your Ignite TV. Picture freezes every 10 seconds and so does the sound. Tried calling but over three hour wait to speak to a technician. I have three cell phones, internet, Ignite TV and smart home all with Rogers. Gotta think about this!!
