@RogersHelps define "some". All of my friends with rogers and fido are affected. I am working from home and rely heavily on phone communications along with wifi. How do you suppose we continue with work. So many extravagant charges, and still no resolution for past 12 hours #incompetence

Abysmal response & communications to customers by @Rogers given how impactful this outage has been. Longest in recent memory. Something more sinister is likely the cause.
