@linwood_barclay @RogersHelps That's what Bell means by "Let's Talk." Let's talk about how bad Rogers sucks.

@CousinCatnip @RogersHelps It's remarkable how often they treat you like what's clearly their problem is your problem. I swear I used to fight with Rogers every week on something outage related that immediately stopped switching providers.

@linwood_barclay @RogersHelps And they will deal with you online as they also deal with numerous other customers at the same time. Their service is so poor

@linwood_barclay @RogersHelps Maybe my case is unusual, but I’ve never had any trouble with Rogers. $270/month for two cell phones, one landline and internet. Any kind of issue has been sorted out quickly. I switched from Bell years ago because their customer service was unbearable.

@netflix @Rogers Hey maybe when you offer other people's services and charge a customer 2x a mth for a service you should get your crap together when I request one to be removed off my bill. One just keeps blaming the other and I am out hundreds of dollars. Cancel all of you!

@RogersHelps Yes my further question is how do I work while your internet is off? Can you provide me a backup internet service?

Huh. So have been on hold for almost an hour, waiting for @Rogers so-called 'loyalty dept' rep to chat with me. Recording 50 minutes ago said my call was next. Great customer service this is, especially from the 'loyalty dept' right? @Bell @TELUS is looking better all the time!
