@Rogers @RogersHelps I think your training needs to be updated so when someone calls in to inform of a death of customer and needs a change to account name, the rep doesn't try and get you to add a new cell phone to the account.

So frustrating to be doing an online chat with @RogersHelps rep only to have the session time out after rep leaves for 2 mins. That was after a 25 mins conversation where he wasn’t even listening to my issue. An issue that their credit dept caused. 🤬

3/ They just keep billing us ridiculous high amounts for a service we aren’t even able to use. @Rogers clearly doesn’t care. Kids can’t do their schooling. I’m paying more having to use cell data for work. Hoping maybe the media can help! #rogersscrewingus #the6ix #breakingnews

@RogersHelps The instructions you provided are for iOS and there are non for Android. The reviews also highlight this problem. So @rogers gets the $35, I have to contact the App Store and don't get to watch the NHL. Maybe fix things on your end and not ask the customer to do so.
