@Rogers @RogersHelps Rated to be one of worst communication company in the world, run by poor leadership team . Listen to your customer, simply see how angry your customer are even before any outage. Take this as an opportunity to transform Rogers as customer accentric company.

My @Rogers cell phone service is down! In 20+ years of having a cell phone I've never experienced this...but this is 2021.
