On hold with @rogers to change my TV service. I was told it was going to be 10 mins. Hahahaaaaaa. The only way to get their attention is to stop paying your bill. Then they call you. Hahaaaaaaa

@Rogers why is your costumer service so bad? You’d think your employees understand the word “no,” and would just put the request through, but instead you have to get borderline abusive before someone listens to a simple request. Its 2022, if someone says no, it MEANS NO

@RogersHelps Just answer this: are your employees supposed to refuse to cancel service until we raise our voices? Cause that’s what it took. We made it clear we did not need services and your employee refused to listen until we wanted a supervisor. Only then did she finally transfer to cancel

@RogersHelps Its very unfortunate! It’s not just about notifying me directly. It’s about proactively notifying all @rogers customers when service is out. There’s a significant lack of customer relations. How are we compensated for cellular data we used in place of our home internet today?
