@RogersHelps Had a question about suspending part of our service. Anna couldn't help. I waited 30ish minutes to chat (with Amir) & was cut off in the middle of our conversation. I was on hold on the phone for about 1.5 hours but had to hang up because I had an appointment. Very disappointed.

@RogersHelps this is ridiculous spending over 2 hrs on hold to help my senior mother and stepfather to be able to pay ROGERS more money and cannot even get to speak to another human being still. I am on hold on two phones trying to help them out. Disgraceful and terrible service

@netflix @Rogers Hey maybe when you offer other people's services and charge a customer 2x a mth for a service you should get your crap together when I request one to be removed off my bill. One just keeps blaming the other and I am out hundreds of dollars. Cancel all of you!

It's been 2 months of **** service. I have a complaint with the telecommunications board active. @RogersHelps: unlike your username, it would be beneficial if Rogers would actually help. Why exactly are we paying for degraded service? Ridiculous.

If you have an outage with @Rogers they can confirm that yes you have an outage, but aside from acknowledging that you have an outage there is nothing they can do and no ETA aside from it shouldn't take more than 24 hours and they'll let you know if it's back before that.
