Hi @RogersHelps . Is the internet down again? I can’t use anything but Netflix yet again. I was in the middle of an online application when your service cut out .. again. Is bad internet the new norm? How am I supposed to rely on this when I’m WFH?

This is unacceptable and frankly rude of the rep to automatically assume that I required a Chinese speaking line— and to assume my ethnicity and background. Do better! @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps I actually had one of them try to tell me the 'Ignite' issue was unrelated to last Fridays outage (Per a DM I received no less than 24 hours after I messaged them)...The problem is the culture of lies that start with the CEO, I hope the @Rogers board fires the entire C-Suite...

Got an email from the #CEO of @Rogers @RogersHelps to tell me "Our network is fully operational to the standards you have come to expect." I don't remember expecting my Ignite TV to glitch every 2 or 3 minutes. But it's been so long I can't remember the time before the #troubles

@rogers @Fidomobile your mass email about your sorry for the outage is pointless. I don't really care for your "sorry" when we had no way of buying groceries because your services that you still can't fully be transparent about caused problems for daily banking use.

@RogersHelps It appears to be working today, but that would be the first clear day since the shutdown. I have all my tech through you. If you refund 5 days of what I pay for WiFi, then you shortchange me. We had no computer, no TV, limited everything else, even issues with home security.
