    @RogersHelps Yes and for 3 days I have been told that they are โ€œletting maintenance knowโ€ because they can see on their end how bad things are.

    @RogersHelps I've never experienced such poor service from Rogers until the past few months. I've called several times trying to resolve issues and get nothing but run around. I'm done. What a disrespectful way to treat your customers.

    @REWoman Thatโ€™s just wrong!! We now have to take a day off work to call Rogerโ€™s due to their lack of customer service. Completely unexceptionable! Do better @Rogers

    @RogersHelps Internet via Rogers w Shaw. Itโ€™s been an issue since Rogerโ€™s took over, doesnโ€™t matter if I try the site, app or with an agent. I use visa debit. Itโ€™s only with Shawgers that I have this issue I donโ€™t have an issue with using my card to pay with any other site or service. 1/2
