Beibei (@sherrybbz2010) reported@Rogers I am very upset with your Live chat customer service. My home internet was down during midnight to 3 am, and my international meeting was interrupted. But Rogers refused to compensate me "I can credit only if you conacted during an outage..." How ridiculous!
