Rogers still owes@me a week of service from the Ottawa blackout back in June when all my services went out including cell. And I haven’t received my credit for the national outage - Rogers stated it would be on the next bill. Its not.

Cham (@chamharis) reported@Rogers why does your internet stop working everytime there's a thunderstorm in ajax. The Dominican Republic has thunderstorms and I never lost internet at the hotel. @Bell internet is working fine in the area.
