@kollarboy @RogersHelps I have a contract. But I’ll look into it when it’s time. Bundles tie everything together though. Overall dealing with them isn’t the worst (though it can be) this situation is just stupid.

  • persaud_dan Dan Persaud (@persaud_dan) reported

@Rogers this is VERY frustrating. My internet has been disconnecting over the last number of weeks. Everytime I call tech support they test and suggest to reboot modem. Problem still exists. Service is terrible! My internet connection is STILL down. Need a respond.

  • twinkle_maya Misha (@twinkle_maya) reported

@RogersHelps home telephone and internet is down on Waldorf Way in Mississauga

  • Dafkagirl 🍁🤷‍♀️🤔🙄🤣🤦‍♀️ (@Dafkagirl) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@DrVivianS @jaze_ca @Rogers My experience was so opposite; I surmise it's a location issue. Although when I went, no security, just two store staffers. I had to wait outside, answer a slew of questions, get my photo taken, and show my ID before I could even enter. All that just to return a router 🥴

  • Dineshvij79 Dinesh Vij (@Dineshvij79) reported

@Rogers I am using business services. I am very disappointed from the services. I emailed technical business management office but never get reply. So where do I go to submit my complaint?

  • LucasF4422 Lucas (@LucasF4422) reported

.@RogersHelps every day at 10a, 340p, 9, and 12a my internet stops working. I’ve had my modem replaced 3 times and 5 different technicians “fix” the issue. When will ACTUALLY fix the issues I’ve been experiencing for over a month?

  • GoalDigger17 GoalDigger (@GoalDigger17) reported

@Bell I can’t upgrade my Internet because #BellFibe doesn’t get into my house. Neighbours one street down from mine have Fibe up to 500mbps. The only way I can get that speed is by switching to @Rogers. I don’t want to switch, but may not have a choice with teens + WFH.

@Rogers Hi. I’ve been with you since your acquired @Fidomobile. 17 years, 2 personal cell lines, 5 cities, 9 different homes, 3 bus cell lines, and every residential service you offer, our cust service & support over the last 24 hrs, has burned that to the ground. @RogersHelps

  • rageTruly @Rtruly (@rageTruly) reported

@RogersHelps no Internet, tv in Etobicoke. Rogers has been out most of the day. No help from customer service. A recorded messages recommends going online or waiting on phone for 1 hr.

  • TripBayless_ . (@TripBayless_) reported

@RogersHelps So I've cleared all browser history cookies cache from the beginning of time, used alternate browsers and it's a consistent issue regardless. I think this is an anyplace tv issue at this point unfortunately
