Hey @rogers you need to hire more people fast: Two days in a row I called your service line because the apartment I am moving in has a deal with your company and the announced #waitingtime is 3 hours. Now I selected the option “call back” and the voice said 5 hours.

  • CherylBergen CMBP (@CherylBergen) reported

@ItsDeanBlundell Once @Rogers charges you their digital access fee, cable box rental, service access fee, paper bill fee, digital paper fee, paper access rental and the “government (not really) regulatory recovery fee” your $25 basic cable ends up costing you $79.99.

  • GowansStephen Stephen Gowans (@GowansStephen) reported

@RogersHelps Thanks for the run around. It was the move team that rescheduled to 3 days after your installer bailed. I thought "RogersHelps" might actually help. More disappointment.
