    @CarryTelecom internet down AGAIN today. Support has done nothing. They haven't contacted @Rogers about the line or outage. They want me to agree to a bill if it's not the line before they even investigate?! Like I trust them to be honest... WTF is this @CRTCeng?

    @RogersHelps So you guys just keep apologizing that we are busy, busy and busy. Do u think people want to be social media wasting their time chasing Roger's? I have lost enough money since morning. Not asking for a favor to fix an issue, which is created by your own techinical representative

    @RogersHelps I already have a ticket number but it's seriously unacceptable that OVER 2.5 hours from the time power was restored to the neighbourhood, Rogers internet, home phone AND cable tv are still down. Enersource doesn't even show any more power outages in the area.

    @RogersHelps Already checked online. There’s no timeframe for when it will be fixed. Been down since a power flicker this morning. Husband will be calling tomorrow to complain as this is completely unacceptable.

    @Rogers A five-day credit?! Really? Seriously? Give your head a shake. This should never have happened in the first place. You can do better than a mere five-day credit.
