    @RogersHelps I've done this already. They last told me that I would have to update to a more expensive plan ( a business router) in order for my service to work consistently. Sounds like u guys are trying to scam

    @RogersHelps I’ve been without home phone, TV, or internet service for over 17hrs. Customer service isn’t available through phone support. This length of downtime is unacceptable without proactive contact or an easy way to connect to support. Forcing people online while home internet is down

    @RogersHelps @ahmadbabar Same here. Internet is down and your outage map is not working. Had to check elsewhere to get info and your helpline hung up almost immediately because of high call volume.
