You don't really listen to your Deaf and hard of hearing customers eh. @Rogers After nearly a decade of experiencing audism, I guess it's time to change providers. Their customer service doesn't give a **** abut you especially when you're deaf.

@RogersHelps You've been my cell phone service provider for more than a decade, with no problems. But since December I've had: choppy audio, missed calls, no visual voicemail, reports of people calling me to hear my number "is not in service". Tech support has been useless.

@Rogers get your **** together. I’m tired of my wifi disconnecting during my lectures and every goddamn time they make us pay extra money to buy some dumb *** wifi extension and yet again the wifi still sucks ***
