これは何の意味もありません (@TRSbizarro) reported@RogersHelps @towerguymatt Like seriously, why do you think its on the costumers you are scamming to notify you of when your service is down? This is a genuine question so answer it. This is social media after all, lets SOCIALIZE.

sarah (@dawnthehorizon) reported@RogersHelps It mostly happens at home, and in and around the area I live. I’ve never had this issue before using Roger’s services so it is very frustrating that my service is spotty in my own home. Unfortunately not everyone I text or call uses wifi for their messaging.

ghostwolfman (@ghostwolfman) reported@RogersHelps 4 outage in as many months 14 hrs and counting on this one and another projected 4 hrs , I am not receiving what I am paying for, the services I pay extra to watch I am missing out on, when is someone going to fire a brain and put the fibre lines underground?

Darrel Norris (@NorrisDarrel) reported@RogersHelps We have been without internet for 5 hours now. You say there is no outage in my area. I've tried turning my router off and on again. Can you help?

kaleemullah (@kaleemullah19) reported@RogersHelps @RogersHelps I have already contacted technical support multiple times. I waited for over 2 hours on the phone, and a ticket was created. Today I also waited over an hour in the Anna online chat queue. I started at around 95 people ahead of me, and when it was finally my turn, the system suddenly ended the chat without connecting me to an agent. That was extremely frustrating. My internet has now been down for 2 days, I had to take leave from work because I work from home, and the earliest technician appointment I was offered is Monday. I don’t think this level of service is acceptable. Please escalate my case and advise what Rogers will do regarding compensation for the service outage and the loss it has caused. JJ (@JJGoesLong) reported@SportsnetPR Rogers taking away Canadian tradition for the bottom line. **** you @Rogers @Sportsnet

Tammie (@tammie__cross) reported@RogersHelps Thanks for replying. The issue isn't that cancellations have to be done by phone—it's that I've been on hold for well over an hour trying to reach someone. Sales answered immediately, but customer service hasn't.

Chris (@Innes_lifestyle) reported@RogersHelps @nestapendragon This is ridiculous. If your tech cut the lines, he can easily splice them. You can not damage service and simply leave it. I, as the lead telecom tech for a major city, would never conduct myself with this egregious level of unprofessionalism. How low can you go Rogers?
