I called to ask why my modem keeps power cycling consistently today and was told I need to restart my separate router. Literally makes no sense.

I was told Roger's only sells the products and the 1 year warranty is to be honored by Samsung. So, i went to Samsung and said they will not fix or replace hardware.

Now myaccount past due, new bill has been issued, and I've been charged late fees because I can't reach anyone.
