3 times i’ve called @Rogers to inform them of my move and the need to cancel. 3 times Rogers has straight up hung up on me. “We’re experiencing higher call volumes, good bye” WTF. Rogers, fix your ****.

@RogersHelps Hey Eric, my problem this time was actually mainly with your tech support not having a clue how to troubleshoot properly. I called to ask why my modem keeps power cycling consistently today and was told I need to restart my separate router. Literally makes no sense.

@RogersHelps Not true. When I called before I was told that it was not Roger's issue and I needed to go to a Samsung store. I was told Roger's only sells the products and the 1 year warranty is to be honored by Samsung. So, i went to Samsung and said they will not fix or replace hardware.

@DobberHockey I have a wifi problem at home. Calling customer service. I have been on hold for more than 2 hours so far. Calling @Rogers is like being in a liferaft in the middle of the Atlantic with no flares left. Can’t understand how anyone can stand them.

.@Rogers @RogersHelps third failure today on your Shaw transit out of Victoria BC. 20:20 PDT it "recovered" because upstream rerouted to Cogent. 22:04 it fell over again. You didn't fix anything. Something else routed around you, then stopped.
