@RogersBiz I’m disappointed in the customer service that I received today. Very little empathy from CS for a mistake, I guess Rogers doesn’t want to rebuild trust with its customers. I’m moving closer to a decision to leave Rogers as a service provider.

@CTVNews @Rogers needs a full investigation for everything they've done for decades to people they've hurt as consumers & previous customers. The blackout made it worse for that network cause they've been trying to hide things from the public for many years. #rogersoutage

@jiangu @atoonk @Rogers In the grand scheme of things, no. Especially if you are critical infrastructure. Ending up on the front page of every newspaper, reputational damage, and spending the next two years getting a ****** exam by every regulator, and a flogging from every legislator - very expensive

@Bell No denying you have been a superior service the oat few years... but just wondering if you had considered offering some relief (free data) for July 8th. Many of us relied on our Bell cellphones for work etc while our @Rogers accounts were down @Bell_Support #rogersoutage
