24 hours out of internet. By the time the technician comes in at 4:00pm it will be over 30 hours. Come on @RogersHelps , this is not acceptable. Fix my damn internet, whether you have to work with Bell I don’t care. This is no way to treat a customer.

  • lock_dok DokLock. Esquire (@lock_dok) reported

@Rogers Cool you guys planning on lowering prices? Maybe opening the market for smaller companies to get in? Or are you going to keep jacking up the price for subpar service?

  • chrissythenewf CJ (@chrissythenewf) reported

@JohnPaulDanko @RogersHelps We’ve had so many issues! Recently upgraded and this is the first one. Just spoke to them and it sounds like there was an outage yesterday and a signal issue today that will be fixed in 24/48 hours. Ours is back right now and hoping it stays. I had to use my data for a mtg today
