    @ModernAgri_Tips @Bell @Rogers Both are terrible. Just tried to switch services and the amount of ***** both companies dropped is unbelievable. Wasted probably 10 hours of time between calls and failed installations.

    @JamesonCanada @Berniceness @Rogers I know lots of companies who do it. I did IT Tech with one company who decided to outsource to Manila. They had record profits while it caused significant customer friction and cultural shifts within the firm.

    Has anyone else under @Rogers or Shaw wifi been having trouble with their internet connection the last several days?? I've tried all the troubleshooting they mentioned and none of it has helped with the internet connection going in and out!! Fix your internet connection @Rogers

    Trying to figure out which customer service is worse @FedEx or @Rogers ordered 2 new phones on June 4th. Over night delivery. One is lost. One got to our city and then was returned to sender. Zero help from either

    @Berniceness @Rogers They hire foreigners willing to work for less WITHIN Canada too, it's why they're able to pay minimum wage now but never could in the past.

    @RogersHelps @Uncle_Jed_1 Shaw was already behind the curve (was a Shaw customer for like 20 some odd years) and since that acquisition nothing has really changed customer service has gotten worse and over all rogers service hasn't gotten any better
