    @RogersHelps hi there, my rogers home internet keeps disconnecting every 5 - 10 minutes or so. It was down earlier and now every 5-10 minutes. Is there a service disruption or is it my modem? Please advise. Area: Brampton (mount pleasant)

    @RogersHelps I waited nearly an hour to talk to someone on the live chat on the website. Their own solution was to "uninstall and reinstall"...

    @RogersHelps How about commitment to have someone contact me about the fact a manager, despite the ubiquitous assurance from CSR's, has never called me back about the Phantom BlackBerry Decommissioning program. We can DM we can solve this problem. As for the other. I won't accept no.

    @RogersHelps IPhone 12…yesterday I did change my Rogers password and setup my new laptop ..so now on the native mail app it’s asking for me to re-enter password & well it’s not working

    @RogersHelps Its outrageous. I'm paying an absurd amount. Not even sure a change would be an increase but I don't want a new contract because your programs are byzantine and it's a waste of my time. @Rogers gives its customers the current network ONLY is they change their contract? Pathetic.

    These clauses should not be allowed. Mobile service is not accessible to marginalized people as it is. I wanted to give an older phone to a senior but it's locked to @Rogers & they just wash their hands even tho I've paid thousands?! Shameful @CRTCeng
