    @Pheralrage @RogersHelps Yea that’s definitely not normal and your service provider should be able to exchange it for another one even if it’s the same make and model modem.

    @RogersHelps what is going on with ignite tv. Keeps freezing and sound cuts out. Started at 4 pm. Can’t get through to tech support. You have a high volume of calls!!! Can see why! I restarted modems and tv boxes. Doesn’t help.
