So I just read an article saying @Rogers cell service is returning to normal but I'm going on hour 20 of no service. Hey @RogersHelps will we all be prorated a day on our bills? As my 4 year old says "that's a great idea!". 👍

@RogersHelps @Rogers You better be giving us discounts on our next billing cycle because we did not get "your service" and some of us lost considerable business who have cell phones only to do that! Who is gonna pay for our losses?!

@RogersHelps I would like to believe that the majority of your customers understand that not every business is perfect and that issues can arise. It's how you respond to them that matters. Reimbursement for lost services would be a perfect example of respectable customer satisfaction. #Rogers

@Rogers So I’m already paying the highest prices in the world for my mediocre wireless plan, and now there’s a whole day service outage? Where’s my refund for the losses incurred? Smells like class action lawsuit to me...

@RogersHelps You better issue us all some kind of refunds for this. For some of us this is our only phone.

@RogersHelps Derailed my entire work week with your near-24 hour outage. What steps is @Rogers taking to compensate people who've been impacted? The interruption was anything but intermittent, and seemingly every customer of yours in my social and professional network was impacted.
