    @Rogers My husband upgraded to iPhone 12 w/airpods offer on Dec 26 w/delivery yesterday. Rep arrived w/phone but no airpods + gave spiel about "while quantities last" being in the fine print. After 2+ hrs on phone w/customer service this couldn't be resolved.

    @Rogers horrible customer service- wait on hold for over 1 and a half hours to get ZERO customer service! Rebecca and Dave, you outdid yourself- lots of other options out there for service- I can pay $$$$ to other companies. Customer loyalty- there is none- ZERO appreciation

    @RogersHelps I got a new internet plan from Rogers and suppose to get an amazon gift card. But after 3 months, nothing. I called multiple times and have spent hours waiting on the phone, yet I sees nothing. Can I also delay my payments for 3 month with no consequence? Terrible!

    @RogersHelps just have a quick question about nhllive. I been a customer for 6 years now and last year I paid full price and the season was pretty much cancelled. Now it’s only 56 game season but I have to play full price. Why?

    @UbakaOgbogu Always always! Best use of Twitter frankly. I use it and get instant solutions. Like Rogershelps, Air Canada ( esp so you can avoid the foreign call centre), Loblaws, etc etc. They don’t like public criticism, like the ‘glad we could help’ tweet
