@RogersHelps Also, when this went up a spam answer came up. I blocked them one less spammer for me to deal with. So, I'd have a problem with both answers.

What in the actual hell, @RogersHelps @Rogers. There’s no internet again. This is the fourth time in the span of a week. That 5-day bill credit that we’re getting for the outage before now needs to be a whole month credit because of the unreliability!!!

@rogers Ignite tv unwatchable yet again. Problem started Sunday pm and is black screen Monday am. Bell has finished installing Fibe in my neighborhood. Time for a switch?

@RogersHelps The very least Rogers could do is waive the upgrade fee as Rogers once again knew there was an issue on their end and decided to not let stores know about it and have customers pay more to go to a different phone. Scam.
