@Rogers @RogersHelps My internet has been down all afternoon, and I’ve been on hold for 1.5 HOURS trying to get support. This is completely unacceptable. How long are customers supposed to wait just to speak to someone? I need this fixed ASAP.

@TFCin110 @Rogers @RogersHelps Not necessarily by phone. Rogers has to work with you and respond to CCTS within 20 days. Document every failed attempt to get help—it’s evidence. In short: CCTS is free for you, but Rogers pays $ for each accepted complaint. So there’s definitely an incentive to resolve it ASAP

@h_n_z @BenLypka @Rogers Rogers has pissed sports fans off at every possible turn over the past summer. There’s the bullshit price hikes for their ****** streaming service and getting rid of the radio stations in Calgary and Vancouver. Is there not something to be said about keeping customers happy?

@h_n_z @Rogers So which podcasts are Rogers launching in BC and Alberta? The “business” was fine, they were just too stupid/lazy to figure it out.

@mmabrey1 Should've answered the phone, @Rogers . This is a bad look ! Glad I switched years ago, their customer service was always bad. For those in here saying "switch to Bell", respectfully, no. Get cogeco if you can. Bell are the biggest crooks in the game.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers When I call Telus it's always some third world garbage ******** like India or the Phillipines.

once again the @Rogers @Sportsnet app is acting like utter ****. Trying to watch on dely - freezing, jumping making it almost impossible to watch. For a media company you app is an embarrassment

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers That's precisely the problem for having a monopoly. I trifecta in CANADA. It needs to stop!

@RogersHelps I have requested to be contacted to resolve an issue by email, but you are continuing to try calling a number that is no longer in service. How can I talk to a human without being able to call from a Rogers SIM? Chat is unable to resolve.

Worst customer service from @Rogers @RogersHelps . On hold for 90 mins. First person had mo clue and the second person makes up a outage to explain my issue. When asked where the outage is posted he disconnected the call. Absolutely shameful how Rogers treats their customers
