  @JamesonCanada @Berniceness @Rogers I know lots of companies who do it. I did IT Tech with one company who decided to outsource to Manila. They had record profits while it caused significant customer friction and cultural shifts within the firm.

  @RogersHelps Hopefully by the same time I should be rid of shaw. With the speed that they gave me at 3495 that was slow the one that gave me at 1495 was even slower. For 9 years I had exactly the same speed from tell us through a phone line that was five times faster than the garbage

  Has anyone else under @Rogers or Shaw wifi been having trouble with their internet connection the last several days?? I've tried all the troubleshooting they mentioned and none of it has helped with the internet connection going in and out!! Fix your internet connection @Rogers
