@RogersHelps Here’s my issue…we have had Rogers on the phone almost daily. Why won’t someone come and fix this problem? Why do I have to use my Bell work phone while working from home to hotspot?? $600 I pay monthly is more than enough.

SUCCESS! After hours on phone, finally got a nice @Rogers manager to fix the problem. She understood that my Mum's passing made me even more upset. I'm exhausted....

@Rogers been on hold for over an hour, this is the 5th time calling, ive spent over 10 hours on hold without a solution, told call back in a couple weeks each time! where do I send my bill for all my time you’re wasting?

Now speaking to a really pleasant @Rogers manager but not expecting resolution as matter has to adjudicated somewhere. Jeez. It's like I owe them millions! (don't owe them a dime...that's the issue). This is a full time job dealing with this company.

@RogersHelps Nope. Still getting daily calls from Rogers, now transferred AGAIN to customer service...THIRD day of trying. Another 2 hour wait. No one seems to help. My credit rating has probably been affected too. So upset at getting the run around and being harassed. Do I need legal help?

@RogersHelps Long wait times weren’t my issue. My issue was the long wait time only to be hung up on by customer service and then having to do the long wait time again once I’m not agitated from being hung up on.
