    @RogersHelps No - despite talking to IT four times. Also, I have been told I must return old equipment and would be sent a return label 3 times but never received the return label despite having the correct email address - and yes, I have checked spam and junk

    People in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. Iā€™m likely to switch back shortly.

    @allkindsXO @RogersHelps Yes. I finally gave up last night after the chat system booted me out when I was 3 in the queue. Woke up this morning still not fixed. So 12 hours and not a hope in hell getting help from Rogers.

    @RogersHelps The problem is I cannot receive the MFA code. It will not come to me. The backup is useless. So I cannot access email at all. On a cell, on a computer, on a tablet. Like how many hours should this take?
