Evening, weekend, middle of the day, morning, online, & twitter. No one answers for 45mins. I have NEVER had this problem before. Is everyone replaced with AI?

They don't have a simple call back solution to prevent their customers from staying on hold (you cannot attend any other calls for hours if you are on hold) and then get 'disconnected' automatically.

When I called yesterday they said we weren't in contract and have to pay the overdue bill before they can cancel again. Do you keep records of all phone calls so I can get them to check December?

Always was a strong supporter of Rogerβs and their amazing customer service but since last year with the cuts to staff, reduced support channels and hours and contracting out customer service to 3rd world countries who have zero knowledge on the company Iβm done.
