@AboutRogers @Rogers I'm happy a solution was found and is being fixed but 18 hrs and counting with no data, text or voice on 3 phones and 4 tablets on a business line. This is crazy. I've also spoken to friends whom I suggested switched to rogers from other companies and reassured them this is rare

So @Fidomobile @Rogers its been all day now..... I can only use my phone on wifi......cant call or text.... Any idea when this will be fix... And how we will be compensated for losing a full day of service....

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps You need to refund us as we lost a full day of work, this was not ‘intermittent’!! Completely down since 6am and still going. I don’t want to have to call Rogers to ask for compensation, you need to automatically issue refunds to ALL of us and issue a clear statement.

@RogersHelps asap is not good enough for the amount Canadians pay telecoms. We need a solid ETA and reason such a massive outage happened. The link which is supposed to give continued updates has no actual updates or information and this has been ongoing since 1 am last night...
