Already paid $480 appx in the name of Rogers as they asked but now asking another $333 in a separate email. It’s just a poor customer service with lack of transparency in the process and looks like a classic scam pattern when they keep asking to pay and pay. I entered in a good faith paying month to month basis and that was processed as well. But, it’s been a week they keep asking more and more even though I have a good credit history.

Any plans to rectify this as I feel like I'm wasting money on programming I can't fully enjoy?

Ann (@Yvrscribe) reported@RogersHelps my elderly mother's landline doesn't work nor does her TV. Her phone is literally her lifeline. We called and said a technician would come by Tuesday. This is not acceptable. Please help us.
