@Spazzz491 @RogersHelps I can assure you the 5+ hour wait times to tech support say otherwise. All my friends and family still either don’t have service or it’s spotty at best. The anger is rightly placed. The big companies got fixed and we got squat 🤪

@vote4robgill @Rogers Oh **** right off. Service went down for 13 hours and thry are already crediting you 2 days. If there was a bigger problem such as not being able to get through to 911, file a lawsuit. Leave the overworked underpaid customer services representatives alone.

@RogersHelps My Home Service is not restored. As a CS major with 30+ years exp. with startups to big conglomerates, I know small things may fall through the cracks sometimes despite adhering to best practices, but 2 successive major fowl-ups shows a cultural failure that will repeat.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Well that’s a bunch of bullshit! Cause my ignite tv still isn’t working. It freezes, it glitches, the sound has issues. So no @Rogers the problem isn’t fixed

@RogersHelps @AboutRogers Can you advise what mathematical calculations/equations #Rogers will be using for said credit: (billing cycles, service type, by hour, etc)? Annoyed and frustrated customers want to know. FYI - #IgniteTV ain't working "fully" Keeps cutting out.
